Abstract

El presente invento se refiere a una nueva composiciónfarmacéutica y a un procedimiento para preparar tabletas de metilcelulosa tragables, que se desintegran con rapidez y cumplen las normas de desintegración de la USP en ácido clorhídrico 0,1 N así como en agua. Una tableta rápidamente desintegrable para administración por vía oral, cuya tableta comprende una mezcla compactada de metilcelulosa que tiene una viscosidad de ANDgt;1.000 centipoises; y una sal de calcio comestible. Una tableta rápidamente desintegrable para administración por vía oral, cuya tableta comprende metilcelulosa que tiene una viscosidad de ANDgt; 3.000 centipoises; fosfato de calcio dibásico, lauril-sulfato de sodio, Povidone; almidón-glicolato de sodio, y estearato de magnesio. Un procedimiento para preparar una formulación de tableta que comprende compactar una mezcla obtenida de a) mezcladura conjunta para formar una mezcla intragranular de metilcelulosa de alta viscosidad ANDgt; 3.000 cps; un agente humectante, Povidone o almidón-glicolato de sodio, y una sal de calcio comestible; y b) añadir a la mezcla de la operación (a) una solución acuosa de PVP, o rociar alternativamente la mezcla de la operación a) con una solución acuosa de PVP; y preparar granulados; y c) mezclar conjuntamente una mezcla extragranular de una sal de calcio comestible, un agente humectante; un agente lubricante; Povidone o almidón-glicolato de sodio o una de sus mezclas; y d) compactar los granulados de la operación (b) con la mezcla extragranular de la operación (c)
