Abstract
Método de fabricación de una bobina eléctrica arrollada helicoidalmente con aislamiento variable, que comprende las etapas de; alimentar alambre rectangular aislado desde un carrete de suministro hasta una zona de revestimiento, aplicar dentro de la zona de revestimiento selectivamente un aislamiento adicional de resina líquida al alambre, por lo que tiene aislamiento adicional solamente en aquellas áreas de la bobina donde es necesaria la resistencia dieléctrica, alimentar a continuación el alambre aislado a través de al menos una estación de endurecimiento para permitir el endurecimiento del aislamiento adicional, antes del arrollamiento del alambre aislado endurecido en una bobina, y arrollar después el alambre aislado endurecido en una bobina de configuración predeterminada, por lo que las porciones del alambre que tienen el aislamiento adicional están localizadas en las áreas de la bobina donde es necesaria la máxima resistencia dieléctrica. Método de fabricación de una bobina eléctrica arrollada helicoidalmente con aislamiento variable de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde la bobina comprende múltiples capas, en las que cada capa está constituida por múltiples vueltas de alambre, caracterizándose dicho método porque la etapa de aplicar el aislamiento adicional se realiza de forma que el espesor del aislamiento se varía en incrementos durante el arrollamiento de cada capa, de modo que el aislamiento aumenta desde substancialmente cero en la primera vuelta en el inicio de la capa donde la tensión entre capa y capa es baja hasta el espesor máximo requerido de la última vuelta al final de la capa donde la tensión es alta y se repite el proceso sobre cada capa sucesiva.
