Abstract

RESUMEN Se describe un método para preparar una solución acuosa de poliacrilamida. El método comprende: - hidratar acrilonitrilo en agua en presencia de un biocatalizador capaz de convertir acrilonitrilo en acrilamida a fin de obtener una solución de acrilamida, - polimerizar de manera directa la solución de acrilamida a fin de obtener un gel de poliacrilamida, y - disolver de manera directa el gel de poliacrilamida mediante la adición de agua a fin de obtener una solución acuosa de poliacrilamida, en donde el gel de poliacrilamida se disuelve mediante corte por chorro de agua.
