Abstract

电缆接头塑料护套是对埋地电缆接头部分起保护作用的实用新型,它可以广泛用于通信(含电力)工程中,代替沥清灌注木盒或沥青麻布缠绕等传统作业。护套采用聚丙烯或尼龙6等材质热塑成型。接口采用插拔式,对接的两部分长度相等,40毫米含接长度保证接口强度和工程调节量。不同程式的电缆设计成相应款式的护套直接用于工程施工。

Description

本护套是对埋地电缆接头部分起保护作用的实用新型,它可以广泛用于通信(含电力)工程中。
国内通信电缆(含电力电缆)在接续封焊后,往往要求采用沥清灌木盒或沥清麻布缠绕等工艺。该法存在着野外操作难,携带难和伤电缆塑料包芯线的问题,成为施工人员的一项负担。
根据不同程式电缆的特点,设计成品塑料护套直接用于工程,克服了前面提到的问题,同时也提高了工程质量。
护套形状如附图所示,对插的两部分(除接口处)是内径相同的圆管,两端均为喇叭口状,整体似非常对称的圆棱形。采用这种形状,一方面是与电缆接头形状相一致,另一方面可以保证强度。护套壁厚4毫米左右,可充分满足长期埋地要求。图中L3、L4是圆管部分的长度;L1、L2是喇叭形状部分的长度。φ1、φ2是护套的内径尺寸。表格中所列举的尺寸,是适用于三种铅套管的护套参考数据。分别与四管小同轴、4×4对称,两管小同轴等长途通信电缆相对应。
本护套采用聚丙烯或尼龙6等材质热塑制造。具有一定强度和防腐蚀,防鼠害等特点。
护套接口设计成插拔式,即方便作业又可保证接口处的强度。40毫米含接长度考虑了工程中的实际调节量。对接的两部分长度相等。有利于模具制作和产品生产。
本护套使用时需予先套进电缆,待电缆接续、封焊作业完成后,将插式接口插合好。在接口处及与电缆外皮的缝隙部位用邮电部生产的30号胶或电缆防腐涂料配合塑料带密封,达到保护电缆接头的目的。
根据北京通信兵工程分队试用证明,护套设计合理,使用方便,在国内具有一定先进性、新颖性。

Claims (2)

1、护套是对电缆接头部分起保护作用的塑料制品,其特征在于:
a、中间部分(除接口处)是内径一致的圆管,两端呈喇叭形,整体似圆棱形状。
b、插拔式接口,最大含接长度40毫米左右,壁厚4毫米左右。
2、根据权利要求1所述护套,其特征是    L1至L4,φ1φ2等尺寸均应与电缆铅套管及电缆程式相配合。
