背景技术
在目前沙滩车制造中,前上摇架、前下摇架与车架各转向轴都是刚性联接,无法调整前倾角,前摇架***安装困难,安装时无调整空间,而且转向幅度也小,前减震效果不理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种安装时可调整空间大,安装简单方便,而且转向幅度也大大增加,便于调整前倾角的前摇架。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,它是由前摇架,大球头和小球头组成,大球头安装在前摇架的一端,小球头安装在前摇架的另一端,前摇架的两端有螺纹,前摇架通过螺纹与大球头和小球头连接,前摇架通过大球头联接到球头式转向支角上,通过小球头联接到主车架上。用球头式摇架安装组合,安装时可调整空间多。采用球头式柔性联接,结构变成柔性联接,可减少磨损及振动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如附图1所示,本实用新型左上前摇架大球头7安装在左上前摇架3上,左下前摇架大球头6安装在左下前摇架4上,左上前摇架3和左上前摇架大球头7联接到球头式转向支角5上,通过左上前摇架小球头9联接到前主车架2上,油气式前减震弹簧1安装固定在左下前摇架4和前主车架上,左下前摇架4通过左下前摇架大球头6联接到球头式转向支角5上,通过左下前摇架小球头8联接到前主车架2上。用油气式前减震弹簧1,减震效果更理想。
如附图2、附图3、附图4所示,大球头7安装在左上前摇架3上,小球头9安装在前摇架的另一端,前摇架的两端有螺纹,前摇架通过螺纹与大球头和小球头连接,前摇架通过大球头联接到球头式转向支角上,通过小球头联接到主车架上。用球头式摇架安装组合,安装时可调整空间多。采用球头式柔性联接,结构变成柔性联接,可减少磨损及振动。

1、一种带有球头转向节的前摇架,大球头安装在前摇架的一端,小球头安装在前摇架的另一端,其特征是前摇架的两端有螺纹,前摇架通过螺纹与大球头和小球头连接,前摇架通过大球头联接到球头式转向支角上,通过小球头联接到主车架上。
