本实用新型涉及一种泵壳体,特别是一种两级双吸泵壳体。
背景技术
目前为了增加水泵的扬程,需要在水泵的转子上安装两个叶轮,为了完成水泵中的首、次级的叶轮之间扬程的衔接,需要设置首、次级的叶轮之间的过渡流道,而在现有的水泵壳体上增加管道实现过渡,就会使得泵体的体积增大,显得十分笨重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中利用现有泵壳设置两级叶轮后所存在的泵体的体积增大、显得笨重的问题,提供一种克服上述缺点的具有双流道结构的两级双吸泵壳体。本实用新型设计两级双吸泵壳体,包括底座、吸水口、泵出口,其特征在于:吸水口连接分布在首级压出室两侧的首级吸入室,首级吸入室连通首级压出室,首级压出室由过渡流道连通次级吸入室,次级压出室连接次级吸入室,次级压出室连通泵出口,过渡流道和次级吸入室为蜗壳形。本实用新型的优点是泵壳体具有双蜗壳体,可以平衡水泵运行时的径向力,且水泵壳体可以一次浇铸成型,使泵壳体积缩小,重量减轻。

具体实施方式
图中包括底座1、吸水口2、泵出口3,其特征在于:吸水口2连接分布在首级压出室4两侧的首级吸入室5,首级吸入室5连通首级压出室4,首级压出室4由过渡流道6连通次级吸入室7,次级压出室8连接次级吸入室7,次级压出室8连通泵出口3,过渡流道6和次级吸入室7为蜗壳形。使用液体由吸水口2进入,分成两股由两侧首级吸入室5进入首级叶轮的两侧入口,经过首级叶轮的液体由首级叶轮的出口汇聚一起,流入首级压出室4,再经过渡流道6进入次级吸入室7,通过次级叶轮后进入次级压出室8,再由泵出口3流出。

1、两级双吸泵壳体,包括底座、吸水口、泵出口,其特征在于:吸水口连接分布在首级压出室两侧的首级吸入室,首级吸入室连通首级压出室,首级压出室由过渡流道连通次级吸入室,次级压出室连接次级吸入室,次级压出室连通泵出口。
2、按权利要求1所述的两级双吸泵壳体,其特征在于:过渡流道和次级吸入室为蜗壳形。
