Abstract

本实用新型提供一种手机按键导光板,其上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,孔或槽的侧壁上设有导光面,在导光板底部开有V形槽,靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角大于入射光的全反射临界角,远离V形槽的导光面的入射角小于靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角。该手机按键导光板可将光进行有效的分光处理,使导光板可均匀的将光传递给每个按键,不仅减少手机耗电量,也减少了LED光源的使用量。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种手机按键导光板。
【背景技术】
在手机设计中,为使其在黑暗中仍可使用,常采用手机按键照明设计,一般采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,以下简称LED)作为灯源,将该LED置于手机PCB板上,直接射向按键数字上的所需发光处,因此要使每一个按键都能够发出均匀的亮度,在LED数量的控制上便随着设计的不同而有不同的需求量,一般最少的使用数目也得在4-5颗上,不仅增加了成本,此外,也增加了手机的整体耗电量。
为了减少LED光源数量和成本,常采用导光板的形式来传递及均化光。现有技术如公告于1992年1月21日的美国专利第5,083,240号,采用导光板来作为光源。该导光板的四个边上设置多个V形槽,导光板表面均匀设置有多个孔,该孔为带有圆角的矩形孔,每个孔与键盘上的按键相对应。多个LED光源位于导光板下面,在与LED光源相对应之处,设置有凸透镜,凸透镜周围有四个斜面,LED光源的光经过凸透镜汇聚,在经过周围的斜面反射,从而将光反射到导光板面上。该导光板的设计虽可照明按键,但是仍需多个LED光源,且采用凸透镜也增加了制造的难度。
鉴于以上的缺点,提供一种减少手机耗电量和LED使用量的手机按键导光板,非常必要。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种减少手机耗电量和LED使用量的手机按键导光板。
本实用新型手机按键导光板,其上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,在导光板底部一端开有V形槽,每个孔侧壁上部分设有导光面,靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角大于入射光的全反射临界角,远离V形槽的导光面的入射角小于靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角。
本实用新型手机按键导光板,其上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,在导光板底部一端开有V形槽,在每个孔之间设置多个槽,每个槽设有导光面,靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角大于入射光的全反射临界角,远离V形槽的导光面的入射角小于靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型手机按键导光板可减少LED使用量及手机耗电量,同时可防止热点效应(hot spot),以均匀光线。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型手机按键导光板20应用于手机按键照明中。请参见图1,该手机按键导光板20需一个LED光源10,通过于导光板20表面开设一定形状的孔,而将光依次传递到远端,从而使各个光能均匀的从各个孔中发散出来。
手机按键导光板20的底部一端设置一V形槽21,该V形槽21优选的角度为70-90度之间。该V形槽21可对光进行有效的分光处理,避免光直接入射于最接近于光源的按键,造成光源入口处热点效应,也防止了光往后不被向后传递的可能。
请参见图2,导光板20的表面设置多个孔22,该孔22的位置与所要照射的按键相对应,孔22的大小要保证每个按键可穿过所述的孔22,每个孔22的侧壁部分作为透射面,部分作为导光面。透射面将光传递至孔中,以便照亮按键,而导光面则将光反射出,以传递到其它孔。距离V形槽21较近处,孔22的导光面设计成具较大的入射角,即大于LED光源10所发出的入射光的全反射临界角,使入射光能够全反射引导至远端。远离LED光源10处,因为光经多次全反射后,行进的角度就变得较为窄小,此时孔22导光面设计的入射角也相应变小,从而使整个光均匀的引导到远端。图2中仅以一条光线为例,该光线入射到孔22上,其入射角为α角,因该孔22有较大的入射角,该α角为大于入射光的全反射临界角,因此该光线在该孔22上全反射到下一个孔22,从而依次将光传递到远端;而由于孔22之侧壁一部分作为透射面,在光于反射过程中,将也有部分透射入孔22中,而照亮孔22中的按键。
在每个孔22的设计上,请参见图3至图4,孔22的导光面可分为平面或圆弧面,平面的设计可将光引导至单一固定的方向,如图3的导光面31。圆弧面的设计因圆弧上每一点的切线斜率均不同,因此引导的方向也较为不固定,可参见图4的导光面33。
本方案的另一实施例,是在导光板20的表面设置多个圆形孔,该圆形孔的位置与所要照射的按键相对应。每个圆形孔的侧壁可作为透射面,将光传递给按键,以便照亮按键。在导光板的底部一端设置一V形槽,其作用与上一实施例相同。在每个圆形孔之间均匀设置多个槽,每个槽上设有导光面,该槽与V形槽较近处,导光面设计成较大的入射角,大于LED光源10的入射光的全反射临界角,与V形槽较远处,导光面入射角变小,该设计保证将光均匀的引导到远端。槽的导光面可分为平面和圆弧面,具体原理与上一实施例相同。
导光板20的材料采用聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,以下简称PC)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethyl-Methacrylate,以下简称PMMA),其厚度约为0.8-1.2mm。
使用时,LED光源10位于V形槽21处,在槽的作用下,将光座有效的分配及引导,使光没有被聚集于近光源处,而被传递到远处。

Claims (7)

1.一种手机按键导光板,其上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,其特征在于:在导光板底部一端开有V形槽,每个孔的侧壁上部分设为透射面,部分设为导光面,靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角大于入射光的全反射临界角,远离V形槽的导光面的入射角小于靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角。
2.一种手机按键导光板,其上分布多个与按键相对应的孔,其特征在于:在导光板底部一端开有V形槽,在每个孔之间设置多个槽,每个槽设有导光面,靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角大于入射光的全反射临界角,远离V形槽的导光面入射角小于靠近V形槽的导光面的入射角。
3.如权利要求1所述的手机按键导光板,其特征在于:孔的导光面为圆弧面和平面。
4.如权利要求2所述的手机按键导光板,其特征在于:槽的导光面为圆弧面和平面。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的手机按键导光板,其特征在于:该V形槽的角度为70-90度。
6.如权利要求5所述的手机按键导光板,其特征在于:该导光板的材料为聚碳酸酯PC或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯PMMA。
7.如权利要求6所述的手机按键导光板,其特征在于:该导光板的厚度为0.8-1.2mm。
