Abstract

一种散热器扣具,用于将具有通孔的散热器固定在设有扣孔的电路板上,其包括一弹簧和一扣合件,该扣合件由一金属线材一体弯折而成,其一端为***端,相对该***端远处形成限位部,自该限位部进一步延伸二作动杆,该弹簧套装在二作动杆上,且该二作动杆位于弹簧的内缘,***端位于弹簧的下端。本实用新型散热器扣具的扣合件由金属线材弯折而成,其结构简单、制造成本低,在高温环境下使用不会出现变形及脱卡现象。

散热器扣具
【技术领域】
本实用新型关于一种扣具,特别是指一种用来固定散热器的散热器扣具。
【背景技术】
随着集成电路技术的不断进步,电子元件的运行速度不断提升,其产生的热量也随之增多,如果不及时将其产生的热量排出,将导致其温度不断升高,进而严重影响其运行的性能,为确保电子元件能正常运行,通常在其表面安装一散热器以将热量快速地散发出去。而为使散热器与电子元件表面能够紧密稳固的接触,通常需要使用扣具将散热器固定紧贴于电子元件表面。
现有技术中,较为常用的一种固定方式是用若干小型扣具分别穿过散热器和电路板的对应穿孔,扣合在电路板的另一侧,而使散热器固定在电子元件上,由于这种固定方式占用空间小,结构相对简单,特别适合内部安装空间有限如笔记本电脑等电子设备当中,故此广为使用。如中国专利第98200376.5号即揭露一种这样的扣具,其包括一弹簧和一榫柱,该弹簧套装在榫柱上,该榫柱上、下端分别设有柱头及尖锥状插端,在尖锥状插端后缘相对设有斜向上、向外的倒刺,该榫柱穿过散热器及电路板后,通过其倒刺勾扣在电路板底面,从而使弹簧抵靠在散热器上,而实现将散热器固定在电路板上。该扣具的榫柱是利用塑胶材料一体射出成型,其耐热性不佳,在高温环境下很容易软化变形,甚至出现脱卡现象;另外,该榫柱的制造需开设模具,利用模具以塑胶射出成型,制造成本较高。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、制造成本低且耐热性良好的散热器扣具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型散热器扣具,包括一弹簧和一扣合件,该扣合件由一金属线材一体弯折而成,其一端为***端,相对该***端远处形成限位部,自该限位部进一步延伸二作动杆,该弹簧套装在二作动杆上,且该二作动杆位于弹簧的内缘,***端位于弹簧的下端。
本实用新型散热器扣具的扣合件由金属线材弯折而成,其结构简单、制造成本低,在高温环境下使用不会出现变形及脱卡现象。
下面参照附图结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。

【具体实施方式】
请同时参阅图1和图2,本实用新型散热器扣具10用来将散热器20固定到位于电路板40上的晶片30的顶面,散热器20的靠近四角位置各设有一通孔22,电路板40上围绕晶片30的四周开设与通孔22对应的四扣孔44。
该扣具10包括一弹簧11和一扣合件12,该扣合件12由一金属线材如金属丝一体弯折而成,其下部为上宽下窄的***端14,该***端14上部形成较宽的限位部142,扣合件12的上部为由限位部142的两端向上弯折延伸而成的二作动杆16,每一作动杆16的自由端向下弯折形成一大致呈倒“U”形的嵌合部18。弹簧11套装在二作动杆16上,且该二作动杆16位于弹簧11的内缘,***端14位于弹簧11的下端,弹簧11的顶端嵌合固定在嵌合部18内,且弹簧11底端的外径大于通孔22的内径,该限位部142的宽度大于上述扣孔44的内径。
请参阅图3至图5,组装时,将散热器20置于晶片30的顶面,且使散热器20的通孔22对应电路板40的扣孔44,扣具10的***端14对应散热器20的通孔22,向下按压扣具10的嵌合部18,***端14依次受到通孔22和扣孔44内壁的挤压而内敛,使限位部142的宽度缩小并依次穿过通孔22和扣孔44,之后,***端14弹性恢复而外张,使限位部142勾扣于电路板40下方,此时,弹簧11收缩且其底端抵压在通孔22上方,从而将散热器20固定并紧贴在晶片30顶面。
拆卸时,向内捏合***端14使其宽度缩小,即可脱离扣孔44及通孔22。
本使用新型散热器扣具中,弹簧11可为圆柱形或上窄下宽的圆锥形。

Claims (5)

1.一种散热器扣具,将具有通孔的散热器固定在设有扣孔的电路板上,其包括一弹簧和一扣合件,其特征在于:该扣合件由一金属线材一体弯折而成,其一端为***端,相对该***端远处形成限位部,自该限位部进一步延伸二作动杆,该弹簧套装在二作动杆上,且该二作动杆位于弹簧的内缘,***端位于弹簧的下端。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:每一作动杆的自由端弯折形成一与弹簧结合的嵌合部。
3.如权利要求2所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:每一嵌合部由作动杆的自由端向下弯折而成,其呈倒“U”形,弹簧嵌合固定于该嵌合部。
4.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:该***端呈上宽下窄状。
5.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:该弹簧底端的外径大于上述通孔的内径,该限位部的宽度大于上述扣孔的内径。
