Abstract

一种电动工具的冷却结构，包括设置在机壳内的电机、与电机输出轴相连接的传动机构。所述的电机上设有风扇，所述的风扇附近的机壳上开有第一出风孔，所述的传动机构外侧的机壳上开有第二出风孔，所述第一出风孔与所述传动机构之间的机壳的内壁上设置有分风风道。冷却风从分风风道流到传动机构外侧的第二出风孔，使得传动机构可以被冷却。

电动工具的冷却结构
                 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动工具的冷却结构。
                 背景技术
现有技术中，电动工具的风扇靠近电机设置，使电机容易受到风扇的冷却。但在整机结构采用电机轴心线与工具头轴心线成一定角度的方式的电动工具中，其传动机构很难受到冷却，在使用过程中，传动机构易产生高温。
                发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种电动工具的冷却结构，在使用过程中，风扇既可冷却电机，又可以冷却传动机构。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种电动工具的冷却结构，包括设置在机壳内的电机、与电机输出轴相连接的传动机构。所述的电机上设有风扇，所述的风扇附近的机壳上开有第一出风孔，所述的传动机构外侧的机壳上开有第二出风孔，所述第一出风孔与所述传动机构之间的机壳的内壁上设置有分风风道。
由于上述技术方案运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：在原有的第一出风孔和传动机构之间的机壳的内壁上开一条分风风道，并在传动机构的外侧机壳上开有第二出风孔，使得一部分冷却风从风扇通过分风风道流到第二出风孔，这样传动机构便可以被冷却。

本实用新型一般适用于整机结构采用电机轴心线与工具头轴心线成一定角度的方式的电动工具，所述的电动工具通常为枪钻类电动工具。下面结合附图具体说明。
参见各附图，一种电动工具的冷却结构，包括设置在机壳3内的电机9、与电机输出轴相连接的传动机构8。所述的电机9上设有风扇2，所述的风扇2一体且同轴地设置在所述的电机9上。所述的风扇2附近的机壳3上开有第一出风孔1，所述的传动机构8外侧的机壳3上开有第二出风孔4，所述第一出风孔1与所述传动机构8之间的机壳3的内壁上设置有分风风道6。
电动工具工作时，由于风扇2设置在电机9上，并且风扇2附近的机壳3上开有第一出风孔1，故电机9很容易受到风扇2的冷却。同时，有一部分冷却风从风扇2通过新开的分风风道6又可流到新开的第二出风孔，使得传动机构8也可被冷却。
参见附图1，所述的第二出风孔4有多个，均匀地排布在所述的传动机构8外侧的机壳3上。因此，冷却风均匀地从第二出风孔4中流出，传动机构8便可从第二出风孔4中均匀地散热。

Claims (3)

1、一种电动工具的冷却结构，包括设置在机壳[3]内的电机[9]、与电机输出轴相连接的传动机构[8]，所述的电机[9]上设有风扇[2]，所述的风扇[2]附近的机壳[3]上开有第一出风孔[1]，其特征在于：所述的传动机构[8]外侧的机壳[3]上开有第二出风孔[4]，所述第一出风孔[1]与所述传动机构[8]之间的机壳[3]的内壁上设置有分风风道[6]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电动工具的冷却结构，其特征在于：所述的第二出风孔[4]有多个，均匀地排布在所述的传动机构[8]外侧的机壳[3]上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电动工具的冷却结构，其特征在于：所述的风扇[2]一体且同轴地设置在所述的电机[9]上。
