Abstract
一种单个差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器,其动力输入轴(1)以滑动齿轮、套装齿轮变速传动后左轮输出轴(18)、后右输出轴(7),装在输出轴(7)上的固定齿轮、套装齿轮分别变速传动装在差速器壳、左半轴锥齿轮及差速器心轴上的固定齿轮,差速器心轴(9)经啮合套传动前左轮输出轴(16),经滑动啮合套传动前右轮输出轴(17),各滑动齿轮及滑动啮合套上套装有手柄伸出箱体外的拨叉;本实用新型采用一个差速器来驱动四个车轮,可使装置外表尺寸减小,有利于增大车辆的离地间隙,从而高了车辆同的通过性能。同时车辆能够转向自如,即不会影响车辆的转向性能,从装置的内部结构来看,零部件的数量少,成本低,真正体现实用经济。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及机动车的传动装置,具体地说是一种单个差速器的差速分动装置。
背景技术
我国多丘陵、山地的复杂地形环境,很大程度地限制了车辆行驶范围。车辆可行驶路况的限制,使很多偏远山区处于由交通不便利而造成的经济发展速度缓慢。由此,部分车辆一般采用差速锁差速限制装置。当车辆的某一侧驱动车轮失去附着力时,采用机械的差速锁限制差速,直至将差速器锁死,使两侧驱动半轴成为一体,但是这种情况下,差速器一旦锁死,车辆就会失去转向功能,只能直线行驶。这种限制差速的装置,机构复杂,生产成本特别高,维护困难,而且当未装差速锁的驱动桥的一车轮打滑时,将使牵引力大幅度下降,因此,现有技术有改进、完善的必要,研发新的差速分动装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足,提供一种改进的单个差速器的差速分动装置,采用一个差速器来驱动四个车轮,可使装置外体尺寸减小,有利于增大车辆的离地间隙,从而提高了车辆的通过性能。同时车辆能够转向自如,即不会影响车辆的转向性能。从装置的内部结构来看,零部件的数量少,成本低,实用经济。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种单个差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器、箱体和有手柄的拨叉,差速器装在箱体的下部,在差速器上方的箱体轴承座中装有动力输入轴,该输入轴上装有滑动齿轮,套装有双联齿轮,该双联齿轮有内齿与滑动齿轮对应啮合:
在差速器左上侧的箱体轴承座中装有后右轮输出轴,该输出轴上依次套装有双联齿轮和齿轮,固装有齿轮,该双联齿轮与输入轴上的滑动齿轮,双联齿轮的大齿轮对应啮合,该齿轮与双联齿轮的小齿轮啮合;
差速器右半轴锥齿轮固装于差速器心轴,该轴上固装有齿轮与后右轮输出轴上的齿轮啮合;差速器的左半轴锥齿轮套装于心轴,该心轴经啮合套联接同轴心的前左轮输出轴,并由滑动啮合套传动套装于前左轮输出轴上的前右轮输出轴,在左半轴锥齿轮的轴套上固装有齿轮;
在差速器的右上侧的箱体的轴承座中装有后左轮输出轴,该输出轴固装有齿轮,该齿轮与左半轴锥齿轮上的固装齿轮啮合;
所述滑动齿轮、滑动啮合套的外圆上有拨叉环槽,该环槽中装有拨叉,该拨叉的手柄伸出箱体外。
所述各套装于轴上的齿轮内孔与套装轴外圆之间装有滚针轴承和/或滚动轴承。
所述固装于轴的各齿轮及滑动安装于轴的各齿轮与轴的连接结构为花键。
本实用新型有以下积极有益的效果:
本分动装置能够使车辆的价值充分得到体现。本装置采用一个差速器来驱动四个车轮,可使装置外体尺寸减小,有利于增大车辆的离地间隙,从而高了车辆的通过性能。同时车辆能够转向自如,即不会影响车辆的转向性能。从装置的内部结构来看,零部件的数量少,成本低,真正体现实用经济。
本装置的两侧车轮是由一个差速器控制驱动的,允许两侧车轮间存在一定的速度差,因此,不会影响车辆的转向性能。
当车辆行驶在冰雪、泥泞、凹凸不平等复杂路面上时,当有一车轮打滑而失去地面附着力时,一方面打滑车轮不会飞转,区别于其他车辆,这样不会降低发动机的输出功率。对于与其同侧的未打滑车轮,因两车轮是由差速器的一个半轴齿轮驱动,所以未打滑车轮的动力仍存在。而另一侧的两个车轮是由差速器的另一半轴齿轮控制,不会受到很大的影响,因此其动力仍存在,这样足以驱动车轮使车辆正常行驶。当有两个车轮打滑时,若为同侧两车轮打滑,而另一侧车轮的动力不丧失,可使车辆走出困境;若为非同侧上的两车轮打滑,对于由差速器的一个半轴齿轮驱动的一侧车轮而言,未打滑车轮不会因另一车轮失去附着力而丧失其动力,由此两个未打滑车轮的动力仍存在,可使车辆行驶前进。
这种纯机械结构的分动装置,能够增大车辆的离地间隙,有力地提高了车辆的通过性能,同时,使发动机的功率得到了充分地发挥。

本实用新型是一种单个差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器、箱体和有手柄的拨叉:
差速器12装在箱体的下部,在差速器上方的箱体轴承座中装有动力输入轴1,该输入轴上装有滑动齿轮2,套装有双联齿轮4,该双联齿轮有内齿401与滑动齿轮2对应啮合;
在差速器12左上侧的箱体轴承座中装有后右轮输出轴7,该输出轴7上依次套装有双联齿轮3和齿轮5,固装有齿轮6,该双联齿轮3与输入轴1上的滑动齿轮2双联齿轮4的大齿轮对应啮合,该齿轮5与双联齿轮4的小齿轮啮合;
差速器12右半轴锥齿轮10固装于差速器心轴9,该轴上固装有齿轮8与后右轮输出轴7上的齿轮6啮合;差速器12的左半轴锥齿轮13套装于心轴9,该心轴9经啮合套20联接同轴心的前左轮输出轴16,并由滑动啮合套15传动套装于前左轮输出轴16上的前右轮输出轴17,在锥齿轮13的轴套上固装有齿轮14;
在差速器12的右上侧的箱体的轴承座中装有后左轮输出轴18,该输出轴18固装有齿轮19,该齿轮19与左半轴锥齿轮13上的固装齿轮14啮合;
所述滑动齿轮2、滑动啮合套15的外圆上有拨叉环槽,该环槽中装有拨叉,该拨叉的手柄伸出箱体外。
实施时,所述各套装于轴上的齿轮内孔与套装轴外圆之间装有滚针轴承和/或滚动轴承。
所述固装于轴的各齿轮及滑动安装于轴的各齿轮与轴的连接结构为花键。
本装置的动力传输路线是这样的:
动力通过输入轴1和花键传向可滑动齿轮2,齿轮2滑动时可分别与齿轮3、齿轮4相啮合,以获得不同的速度,再由齿轮4将动力通过齿轮5的连接传向差速器12的大齿圈11,则差速器12旋转运动。差速器12的一部分动力由其右半轴齿轮10通过花键分别传向轴9和齿轮副8、6,齿轮6由花键的连接使动力由后右轮输出轴7传向相应的轮边装置。同时,轴9的动力通过啮合套20的连接,使这部分动力由前右轮输出轴17输出。差速器12的另一部分动力由其左半轴齿轮13分成两路输出,一是通过啮合套15,由前左轮输出轴16输出;二是通过齿轮副14、19将动力由后左轮输出轴18输出。在分动箱内,前轮的两个输出轴是呈套筒的形式输出的,后轮的两个输出轴是平行输出的,本装置使同侧车轮联动。
Claims (3)
1.一种单个差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器、箱体和有手柄的拨叉,其特征在于:
差速器(12)装在箱体的下部,在差速器上方的箱体轴承座中装有动力输入轴(1),该输入轴上装有滑动齿轮(2),套装有双联齿轮(4),该双联齿轮有内齿(401)与滑动齿轮(2)对应啮合;
在差速器(12)左上侧的箱体轴承座中装有后右轮输出轴(7),该输出轴(7)上依次套装有双联齿轮(3)和齿轮(5),固装有齿轮(6),该双联齿轮(3)与输入轴(1)上的滑动齿轮(2),双联齿轮(4)的大齿轮对应啮合,该齿轮(5)与双联齿轮(4)的小齿轮啮合;
差速器(12)右半轴锥齿轮(10)固装于差速器心轴(9),该轴上固装有齿轮(8)与后右轮输出轴(7)上的齿轮(6)啮合;差速器(12)的左半轴锥齿轮(13)套装于心轴(9),该心轴(9)经啮合套(20)联接同轴心的前左轮输出轴(16),并由滑动啮合套(15)传动套装于前左轮输出轴(16)上的前右轮输出轴(17),在左半轴锥齿轮(13)的轴套上固装有齿轮(14);
在差速器(12)的右上侧的箱体的轴承座中装有后左轮输出轴(18),该输出轴(18)固装有齿轮(19),该齿轮(19)与左半轴锥齿轮(13)上的固装齿轮(14)啮合;
所述滑动齿轮(2)、滑动啮合套(15)的外圆上有拨叉环槽,该环槽中装有拨叉,该拨叉的手柄伸出箱体外。
2.如权利要求1所述的单个差速器的差速分动装置,其特征在于:所述各套装于轴上的齿轮内孔与套装轴外圆之间装有滚针轴承和/或滚动轴承。
3.如权利要求1所述的单个差速器的差速分动装置,其特征在于:所述固装于轴的各齿轮及滑动安装于轴的各齿轮与轴的连接结构为花键。
