Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种折叠桌，包括桌面、桌腿、支撑杆，桌面与桌腿相联接，桌面为相分离的两块小桌面，小桌面下固接有横梁，不同小桌面下相对应的左、右两段横梁之间为铰链联接，其铰链联接处铰接一纵梁，并设有将两段梁体锁紧与松释的活动扳扣装置，支撑杆一端与桌腿铰链相联接，另一端呈“V”字形铰接于同一小桌面下的两段横梁上。当桌子展开时，可由活动扳扣装置锁固左右横梁，使左右横梁之间不能转动以便有效支撑桌面；当桌子收合时，松释活动扳扣装置，使两块小桌面可实现收合，为此大大缩小了桌子收折后的体积，极大地方便了桌子的室内收藏和外出携带。

一种折叠桌
技术领域
本实用新型属于家具类日常生活用品，特别是涉及一种适宜于旅游或野营使用的折叠桌。
背景技术
桌子是一种重要的家具类日常生活用品，无论是家庭居室使用还是单位办公使用，人们都离不开它，随着我国国民经济的快速发展，人民生活水平得到了大幅提高，现在人们外出旅游和到效外野营的越来越多，这体现了对现代生活追求的多样化，过去人们在外出旅游和效外野营用餐时，大多是在地上铺设一块塑料布，用餐食品就放置在塑料布上，这种用餐方式既不卫生也不符合我国传统的用餐习惯，为此一种具备可折叠功能的桌子应运而生，图1所示的用品即为该种类型的折叠式桌子，它主要由桌面A′和桌架B′组成，桌架B′包括了横梁1′、纵梁2′，桌腿3′及支撑杆4′，横梁1′固定于桌面A′的底面，纵梁2′分别枢接于两横梁1′的两端，两组桌腿3′分别固定于两端的纵梁2′上，支撑杆4′的一端固定于桌腿3′上，另一端则枢接于桌面底面的支撑连接架5′上。若需将折叠桌进行收折时，只需将桌腿3′向内朝着桌面A′的方向扳动，由于桌腿3′与纵梁2′、支撑杆4′与桌腿3′之间为枢接关系，桌腿3′便会收靠于桌面的底面上，为此实现了缩小桌子体积以便于收藏和外出携带的目的。但是由于该种结构的桌子仅能实现桌腿与桌面之间的收折，对于桌面面积较大的桌子来说，经收折后，整体体积仍较大，因此不方便于室内收藏和外出携带。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足，提供一种可收折桌面以缩小桌子收折后体积的折叠桌。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种折叠桌，包括桌面、桌腿、支撑杆，桌面与桌腿相联接，支撑杆联接于桌面与桌腿之间，桌面为相分离的两块小桌面，小桌面下固接有横梁，不同小桌面下相对应的左、右两段横梁之间为铰链联接，其铰链联接处铰接一纵梁，并设有将两段梁体锁紧与松释的活动扳扣装置。
所述的支撑杆一端与桌腿铰链相联接，另一端呈“V”字形铰接于同一小桌面下的两段横梁上。
所述的左、右横梁之一端各设有相适配的铰接头，铰接头由两片凸耳构成，凸耳上部设有穿接纵梁的铰接孔，凸耳下部设有穿接支撑杆的铰接孔。
所述的左横梁的凸耳上设有尖扣。
所述的右横梁两铰接孔之间设有容置定位销的定位孔。
所述的定位孔为一可令定位销水平移动的扁圆孔。
所述的活动扳扣装置包括扳钮、定位销，扳钮一端设有铰接孔，另一端设置扳柄，扳柄下方设置有容置定位销的销孔，销孔的下方一体设有与支撑杆定位的定位弹片。
所述的定位弹片上一体设有与支撑杆相适配的两弧形定位槽。
所述的活动扳扣装置包括复位弹簧、拉杆、定位销，拉杆一端与定位销固定相联接，复位弹簧一端与支撑杆固定相联接，另一端靠压在拉杆与定位销的相联接处。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于将折叠桌的桌面分设为两块小桌面，且小桌面下装设有相互铰接的左右横梁，其铰接处由一纵梁穿接，并设有将两段梁体锁紧与松释的活动扳扣装置，实现了桌子的折合与打开；当桌子展开时，可由活动扳扣装置锁固左右横梁，使左右横梁之间不能转动以便有效支撑桌面；当桌子收合时，松释活动扳扣装置，使两块小桌面可实现收合，为此大大缩小了桌子收折后的体积，极大地方便了桌子的室内收藏和外出携带。

具体实施方式
实施例一，参见图2至图11所示，本实用新型的折叠桌，包括桌面A、桌腿3、支撑杆4，桌面A分设为相分离的左右两块小桌面A1，每块小桌面A1下并列固定装接有二根横梁1，不同小桌面A1下相对应的左、右两段横梁12、11的一端之间为铰链联接，其铰链联接处铰接一纵梁2，左横梁12与右横梁11在其相接处各设有相适配的铰接头121、111，铰接头121、111由两片凸耳构成，凸耳上部设有穿接纵梁2的铰接孔1211、1111，凸耳下部设有穿接支撑杆4的铰接孔1212、1112；左横梁12的凸耳上设有尖扣1213，右横梁11两铰接孔1111、1112之间设有容置定位销6的定位孔1113，该定位孔1113为一可令定位销6水平移动的扁圆孔。位于桌子两端的纵梁2分别与左横梁12、右横梁11的另一端相铰接，两组桌腿3分别固定于两端的纵梁2上；支撑杆4的一端固定于桌腿上，另一端则呈“V”字形铰接于同一小桌面A1下的两段横梁12或11的铰接孔1212或1112中。
活动扳扣装置C包括扳钮5、定位销6，扳钮5一端设有铰接孔51，另一端设置扳柄52，在扳柄52下方设置有容置定位销6的销孔53，在销孔53的下方一体设有与支撑杆4定位的定位弹片54，定位弹片54上一体设有与支撑杆4相适配的两弧形定位槽541、542。活动扳扣装置C在组装时，是将左、右两段横梁12、11及扳钮5由一纵梁2穿过其铰接孔1211、1111及51而使三者连接在一起，销钉6是穿过右横梁11铰接头111的定位孔1113及扳钮5的销孔53而活动固定于二者上，而扳钮5的定位弹片54是与支撑杆4定位配合。
当需要将桌子展开时，首先将完全折叠的桌子(如图11所示)的两块小桌面A1打开成半收折状态(如图9所示)，此时的左、右两段横梁12、11成展开状态，将两侧的桌腿3分别向两侧打开，使支撑杆4成展开支撑状(如图5所示)；相对于桌面A扳动扳钮5(扳动方向如图6箭头方向所示)，扳钮5的转动使定位销6在定位孔1113内滑动(滑动方向如图6箭头方向所示)，当扳钮5上定位弹片54的弧形定位槽541与支撑杆4配合一起定位时，定位销6被固定，此时左横梁12凸耳上的尖扣1213被定位销6所限位(如图3所示)，左横梁12与右横梁11无法相对转动，处于锁紧状态，使展开的桌面A处于稳定状态。
当需要将桌子折合时，首先将完全展开的桌子(如图5所示)的两侧桌腿3向桌面A方向扳动，由于桌腿3与纵梁2、支撑杆4与桌腿3的铰链联接关系，使桌腿3收靠于桌面A的底面上，折叠桌成半收折状态(如图9所示)；相对于桌面A扳动扳钮5(扳动方向如图7箭头方向所示)，扳钮5的转动使定位销6在定位孔1113内滑动(滑动方向如图7箭头方向所示)，当扳钮5上定位弹片54的弧形定位槽542与支撑杆4配合一起定位时，定位销6被固定，此时左横梁12凸耳上的尖扣1213未被定位销6所限位，左横梁12与右横梁11可以相对转动，处于松释状态，此时可以通过左横梁12与右横梁11的相对转动，来实现两块小桌面A1的折合，使桌子成完全折叠状态(如图11所示)。
实施例二，参见图12至图17所示，本实用新型的折叠桌，与实施例一的不同点在于所使用的活动扳扣装置C不同，本实施例的活动扳扣装置C包括复位弹簧71、拉杆72、定位销6，拉杆72的一端721与定位销6固定相联接，定位销6是穿过右横梁11铰接头111的定位孔1113而活动固定于其上，拉杆72的另一端722呈自由状；复位弹簧71的一端711的是固定穿接于支撑杆4上，另一端712靠压在拉杆72与定位销6的相联接处。
当需要将桌子展开时，只需将完全折叠的桌子(参照图11所示)的两块小桌面A1打开，两块小桌面A1在打开的过程中，由于左、右两段横梁12、11与小桌面A1固定相联接，则左、右两段横梁12、11也呈打开状态，左横梁12与右横梁11在相对转动过程中，左横梁12铰接头121凸耳上的尖扣1213也随之转动，由于尖扣1213的一边为弧形，该弧形边在转动时对定位销6产生挤压，使定位销6在右横梁11铰接头111的定位孔1113中移动，由于定位销6受复位弹簧71的靠压，其移动的方向是向着复位弹簧71的紧力方向移动，当左、右两段横梁12、11相对转动成一直线时，尖扣1213的弧形边与定位销6相脱离，定位销6在复位弹簧71的作用下复位，此时定位销6恰好对尖扣1213起限位作用，左横梁12与右横梁11无法相对转动，处于锁紧状态，使展开的桌面A处于稳定状态(如图17所示)。
当需要将桌子折合时，只需拉动拉杆72的自由端722，使定位销6沿着复位弹簧71的紧力方向在右横梁11铰接头111的定位孔1113中移动，移动至与左横梁12铰接头121凸耳上的尖扣1213相脱离的拉置，消除定位销6的定位作用，使左横梁12与右横梁11可以相对转动，处于松释状态，此时可以通过左横梁12与右横梁11的相对转动，来实现两块小桌面A1的折合，使桌子成完全折叠状态。

Claims (9)

1.一种折叠桌，包括桌面、桌腿、支撑杆，桌面与桌腿相联接，支撑杆联接于桌面与桌腿之间，其特征在于：桌面为相分离的两块小桌面，小桌面下固接有横梁，不同小桌面下相对应的左、右两段横梁之间为铰链联接，其铰链联接处铰接一纵梁，并设有将两段梁体锁紧与松释的活动扳扣装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的支撑杆一端与桌腿铰链相联接，另一端呈“V”字形铰接于同一小桌面下的两段横梁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的左、右横梁之一端各设有相适配的铰接头，铰接头由两片凸耳构成，凸耳上部设有穿接纵梁的铰接孔，凸耳下部设有穿接支撑杆的铰接孔。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的左横梁的凸耳上设有尖扣。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的右横梁两铰接孔之间设有容置定位销的定位孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的定位孔为一可令定位销水平移动的扁圆孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的活动扳扣装置包括扳钮、定位销，扳钮一端设有铰接孔，另一端设置扳柄，扳柄下方设置有容置定位销的销孔，销孔的下方一体设有与支撑杆定位的定位弹片。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的定位弹片上一体设有与支撑杆相适配的两弧形定位槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的折叠桌，其特征在于：所述的活动扳扣装置包括复位弹簧、拉杆、定位销，拉杆一端与定位销固定相联接，复位弹簧一端与支撑杆固定相联接，另一端靠压在拉杆与定位销的相联接处。
