仰视角双金属温度计
本实用新型涉及自动化仪表技术领域,具体说属于一种转角小于90°,可仰视读取指示值的仰视角双金属温度计。
目前双金属温度计一般为直型、角型或钝角型等,如图3所示,其测温杆与表壳轴线夹角最小为90°,当仪表安装在高于人视线高度的设备上时,该类温度计不能满足准确观察和读取指示值的需要,否则需登高观察。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种测温杆与表壳轴线夹角小于90°的可仰视双金属温度计,以满足将表安装于较高的场合,不需要登高观察的一种仰视角双金属温度计。
为完成上述的所采取的技术方案,将表壳轴线与测温杆装配成小于90°角度,感温元件通过软轴转向,带动指针指示测量值。
本实用新型由于表壳轴线与测温杆夹角小于90°,当温度计安装于较高的设备上时,其表头位置向下俯视,便于人们观察和准确读取指示值。

根据图4所示,将表壳2与测温杆6装配成小于90°夹角型式,双金属感温元件5连接芯轴4,转向弹簧软轴3及指示针1,当双金属感温元件5感温时产生的角度位移,通过芯轴4,转向弹簧软轴3,带动指针1指示温度示值。
