Abstract

双向卧式水力碎浆机,在圆筒罐的两端分别设置安装有叶轮和受浆盘装置,构成双叶轮的双向卧式水力碎浆机。浆液在罐体内形成两个循环流动区,并在罐体内产生巨大的冲击对流,浆液在罐内形成更强的循环回转翻动湍流,使浆板、废纸等浆料迅速有效地疏解,提高了碎浆能力。

本实用新型涉及的是造纸业碎解浆板、废纸等纸浆料的水力碎浆机。
现有卧式水力碎浆机是由一个卧式碎浆圆筒罐、在圆筒罐内的一端设置安装有叶轮和受浆盘(即出浆口),在圆筒罐内壁上连接设有导流板,在圆筒罐的上部开设有入料口,在圆筒罐的下端开设有出渣口装置,叶轮由传动装置带动旋转,对圆筒罐内的液体和物料进行搅动通过水流冲击碎解浆料。这种单叶轮卧式水力碎浆机,虽能满足生产使用要求,但其碎浆能力并非理想。
本实用新型的目的是针对这种卧式水力碎浆机进行改进,提供一种结构简单,生产制造方便,使用效果好,碎浆能力高的双向卧式水力碎浆机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在现有卧式水力碎浆机的基础上,在卧式圆筒罐的另一端也设置安装有叶轮和受浆盘装置。
本实用新型在圆筒罐的两端分别安装叶轮,在两叶轮的作用下,圆筒罐内的液料向四周抛出沿罐壁向中部运动,在罐体内形成两个循环区,并在罐体中部产生巨大的冲击对流,浆液在罐内形成更强的循环回转翻动湍流,使浆板、废纸等浆料迅速有效地疏解,由于两个叶轮旋转作用,改变了浆液在筒罐内的流动路径,降低了液体无功流动损耗,提高了效率,提高了碎浆能力,并能充分满足大吨位,大流量生产需求,而且对于难碎解的如纱管芯、牛皮卡纸等浆料物料,不用加温也可直接碎解疏解。

如附图所示,本实用新型由卧式圆筒罐1、在圆筒罐的上部开设有入料口2,在圆筒罐1的下端开设有出渣口装置3,在圆筒罐体1内的左右端壁上设置有导流板12,在圆筒罐体1内壁上设有挡浆板14,在圆筒罐1内的两端分别设置安装有叶轮4、4’、受浆盘6、6’、叶轮轴安装轴架装置5、5’构成。其左右两端的叶轮4、4’、受浆盘6、6’、叶轮轴安装轴架装置5、5’结构相同,制造生产简便。
