盘式制动器活塞
本实用新型涉及一种制动器活塞。
已有大型工矿、运输车辆大部分采用液压盘式制动器,其中活塞是通用件,需要量大。迄今为止,一般都采用实心棒材或锻件经过车加工成平底直筒结构,其缺点主要是活塞壁厚度大,料耗、能耗、工时耗大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种壁薄,料耗、能耗、工时耗小,液压分布均匀,刚性好的盘式制动器活塞。
盘式制动器活塞由板材直接整体冲压呈瓶状,底部为凹进球面形,顶部活塞口缩口。
本实用新型与已有盘式制动器活塞比较,由于采用板材直接整体冲压,因此活塞壁较薄,材料可节约50%以上,能耗小、工时短,实现无切削加工。由于活塞底部为凹进球面,因此活塞的液压分布均匀。由于活塞口顶部缩口,因此活塞的刚性大大增强。
图1为本实用新型的剖面图。
如图1所示,盘式制动器活塞1由板材直接整体冲压成瓶状,底部2为凹进球面形,顶部活塞口3缩口。
