本实用新型涉及一种数控线切割机床旋转伺服加工装置,它能在工件做直线运动的同时,对其进行旋转伺服加工。该装置主要由步进电机、谐波减速机、齿轮、卡盘等部件组成,具有结构简单,操作方便,加工精度高等特点。

数控线切割机床旋转伺服加工装置
该实用新型涉及电火花数控线切割技术领域。
在现有技术中,数控线切割机床拖板是作平面二维运动,它可以加工任意平面形状。但若加工工件是一种专用万向节,由在圆周上均布的几个互锁的“Ω”型瓣组成,就无法实现加工。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种旋转装置,使被加工工件置于其夹具中,可以使之在做直线运动的同时,做旋转伺服加工。
该实用新型是这样实现的:步进电机连接谐波减速机,减速机通过其输出轴,键联接齿轮箱内的小齿轮,小齿轮与大齿轮相啮合,大齿轮键连接从动轴,卡盘安装于从动轴端部。
该实用新型与现有技术相比,拓宽了现有机床的使用范围,采用了高科技谐波减速机,具有结构简单,操作方便,加工精度高等优点。

该数控线切割机床旋转伺服加工装置的工作过程如下:该装置固定于线切割机床的拖板上。当步进电机旋转一步时,经过谐波减速机与减速箱中一对齿轮的减速后,从动轴带动其上的工件旋转相应的角度,保证在所需圆周上进给弧长为1μm。

1.一种数控线切割机床旋转伺服加工装置,主要由步进电机、谐波减速机、齿轮箱、齿轮、卡盘、从动轴等部件组成,其特征在于步进电机连接谐波减速机,减速机通过其输出轴,键连接齿轮箱内的小齿轮,小齿轮与大齿轮相啮合,大齿轮键连接从动轴,卡盘安装于从动轴端部。
