短衬裤形的一次性使用的尿布是大家熟知的，例如从公开号为1992－42017的日本专利可了解到。参照那个专利的图10和11，这种已有技术的尿布包括一个叠片层，它由一剪裁成横向较长的渗透液体的顶片、一也是剪裁成横向较长的不渗液的背片和夹在它们之间的一吸液垫片、和一沿着该叠片层的两纵向相对的边缘之一围绕一腰口延伸的一个弹性件、以及沿着另一边缘围绕两腿口延伸的两弹性件，其中所述的叠片层是横向地一叠为两，这样，把以对折方式折叠的叠片层的边被粘合在一起，以及在叠片层的下端的中部位置上剪成的切口的边缘也粘合在一起，于是就形成了一个两腿中间的胯区。
上述专利所揭示的这种尿布，由于其胯区切去了一部分，便于保证腿口位于胯区的底面以下，因而呈现出对穿着者的胯区的良好适贴性；然而其胯区的中央部分却没有吸收液体的垫层，因此难以阻止液体***物沿胯区的横向相对的侧边漏出。
因此，本实用新型的一个主要目的是提供一种改进的短衬裤型的尿布，它包括前身和后身，它们是分别制成而后粘合在一起的，而且有一吸收液体的垫层复盖住前身和后身之间的胯区的粘合线。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型可归结为：这种一次性使用的具有吸液垫层的尿布包括前身和后身，两者都由一渗透液体的顶片、一不透液的背片和夹在它们之间的吸液垫片组成，并装配成有一腰口和两个腿口的短衬裤，并且围绕各口附设有可周向伸缩的弹性件，其特征在于所述前身和后身都是单独制成的，每一垫片的尺寸都是这样确定的，即要使所述顶片和背片的外周边缘向外延伸超出各垫片的外周边缘，所述顶片和背片的外周边缘就在它们的边缘处粘合到一起，而且前身和后身的下边缘的中部粘合在一起，以形成一个胯区，以及两者的横向相对的侧边缘也粘合到一起，这样就形成了吸尿裤的基本结构；再将一个弯曲成U形的辅助吸液垫片以其至少两顶边缘粘合到所述基本结构的内表面上，使U形垫片位于胯区。
由所述凸弯的区最好沿着其有一对应地弯曲的切去部分的外边缘形成。
使用根据上述的本实用新型做成的吸尿裤，其胯区能可靠地对准穿着者的胯区，而且胯区的横向相对的两侧至少能分别复盖穿着者的大腿的内侧。所述的胯区还包含吸液垫片，因此液体***物也能在这一区域有效地被吸收。
现通过实例并结合附图来说明本实用新型。
图1是表示根据本实用新型的构思做成的一种尿布的一个实施例的透视图；
图2是沿图1的X－X线所取的一剖视图。
参看图1和图2，一种尿布的基本结构1总的包括被装配成有一个腰口4和一对腿口5的短衬裤形式的前身2和后身3。前身2和后身3中的每一个都包括一不渗透液体的顶片6、一可渗透液体的背片7和夹在顶片6和背片7之间的一吸液垫片8。
前、后身2、3的下端的中央部分有切口9，以形成一个胯区。前、后身2、3分别沿着与横向相对的侧边10和切口9平行延伸的线11a和11b用热压合或超声波熔合的方式粘合在一起，且留着切口9的窄边和相对的侧边不粘合。粘合线11b的尺寸、形状和弯曲半径可按照吸尿裤是供成人还是小孩用来适当地选择，以使粘合线11b向着前、后身的腰线凸弯，以及使两腿口5的至少内侧向下延伸超出凸弯的粘合线11b的顶部16。
周向可伸缩的弹性件12、13分别围绕腰口和腿口设置在超出垫片8的顶片6和背片7的各边之间，并且所述的各边缘用热熔型粘结剂或所述的粘合手段闭合起来。顶片和背片6、7的超出垫片8的横向相对的边缘也以同样方式闭合起来。
前身和后身的横向相对的边缘和围绕两腿口的下边缘，如图示那样延伸，即与一垂直轴线14既不平行也不垂直，当然在本发明的范围内，这些侧边缘可以与垂直轴线14相平行地延伸，围绕两腿口的下边可以与垂直轴线14相垂直地延伸。
尿布的基本结构1的胯区的顶面上设有一沿尿布的基本结构1的纵向延伸的辅助吸液垫片15。辅助垫片15有一个夹在两透液片15b内的吸液芯子15a，并至少以其纵向相对的两端用粘结手段粘合于顶片4的顶面，以弯曲成一个U形。当这种尿布的基本结构1由一个穿着者穿上时，辅助垫片15将与尿布的基本结构1一起弯曲成一个U形。辅助垫片15最好是以这样的方式粘合到尿布基本结构1上，即要使这样弯曲的辅助垫片15浮在基本结构的胯区的顶面以上，更具体地说，要使弯曲的辅助垫片15的外底离开基本结构的胯区的顶面至少10mm。然而在本实用新型的范围内，也可将辅助垫片15安置得其底即使在其处于弯曲状态下仍保持与尿布胯区的顶面接触。辅助垫片15可以有一包含一不透液片的底层，和／或有从其横向相对的侧面延伸的可伸缩的边条，而这都不超出本实用新型的范围。
这种尿布1的各组成部分可以用一般尿布常用的材料制成。例如，顶片6可以用非纺织纤维制成，背片7可以用塑料薄膜制成，垫片8可以用混有吸湿性极好的聚合物的绒毛纸浆制成，弹性件12、13可以用天然或合成橡胶制成。垫片15的芯子15a可以用混有吸湿性极好的聚合物的绒毛纸浆制成，而复盖芯子15a的片15b可用非纺织纤维，最好是弹性非纺织纤维制成。
根据上述的本实用新型作成的尿布，由于胯区复有辅助吸液垫片，所以胯区能充分吸收液体***物，足以阻止任何液体***物沿着胯区的横向相对侧边缘泄漏出去。

Claims (2)

1、一种一次性使用的吸尿裤，它包括前身和后身，两者都由一可渗液的顶片、一不透液背片和夹在它们之间的一吸液垫层组成，并且装配形成一有一个腰口和一对腿口的短衬裤，且围绕各口的圆周设有可周向伸缩的弹性件，其特征在于：
所述的前身和后身都是单独成形，所述垫层的每一片的尺寸是这样确定的，即要使所述顶片和背片的外边缘向外超出各垫片的外边缘，所述的顶片和背片的各外周边沿着其外边缘粘合在一起，并且前后和后身沿着它们的下边缘的中部粘合在一起，以形成一个胯区，以及沿着横向相对的边缘粘合在一起，这样形成这种吸尿裤的基本结构；以及一个弯曲成U形的辅助吸液垫层以其至少U形的两端粘合在胯区的基本结构的内表面上。
