5. A spraying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a fan, the spray head being mounted to the air outlet side of the fan, the fan being electrically connected to the controller.
6. The spray device of claim 1, further comprising an energy source mechanism, said energy source mechanism being electrically connected to said controller.
7. A spray device as claimed in claim 6 wherein the energy source means is a battery or an electrical generator.
8. A spray device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, 6 or 7, further comprising a mounting frame and a rotatable platform, the rotatable platform being provided with a support, the spray head being provided in the support, the rotatable platform being rotatably mounted to the mounting frame.
9. The spray device of claim 8, further comprising a telescoping rod, one end of the telescoping rod being directly or indirectly connected to the spray head, the spray head being rotatably disposed on the support, the other end of the telescoping rod being connected to the support.
10. A spraying device as claimed in claim 8, in which the base of the mounting frame is provided with a moving wheel.
