Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the cover actuating assembly 30 includes a slider 31, and the slider 31 is disposed on the liner cover 11 and is movable between an initial position and a working position relative to the liner cover 11. A biasing member 12 is connected between one side of the slide 31 and the cover 10, and one side of the slide 31 facing away from the biasing member 12 is in contact with the removable cover 13. Further, an upper engaging block 32 is mounted on the slider 31. For example, a fixing groove 31a is provided at the lower end of the slider 31, and the upper engaging block 32 is provided in the fixing groove 31 a. The upper engaging block 32 is fixed in the fixing groove 31a, for example, by a snap fastener; or the upper suction block 32 can be directly adhered to the slide 31; or the upper engaging block 32 is stuck to a fixing plate, which is fixed to the slider 31 via fasteners.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a side of the slider 31 for contacting the detachable cover 13 is provided with a contact portion 31c. Preferably, the aforementioned liner cap latch member is provided on the cap body actuation assembly 30. For example, the lining cover latching member is configured as a catch groove 31b on the slider 31, and the contact portion 31c is a peripheral portion of a notch of the catch groove 31b. When the detachable cover latch member 15 latches with the lining cover latch member 31b, the detachable cover latch member 15 of the front end of the detachable cover 13 protrudes into the latch groove 31b.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the biasing member 12 is configured as a spring, and when the removable cover 13 is normally installed, the removable cover 13 cooperates with the biasing member 12, so that the cover body engaging assembly 30 is in the working position, the removable cover 13 is connected to the inside of the clamping slot 31b and abuts against the sliding seat 31, and in the cover body 10 in the closed state, the upper engaging block 32 is opposite to the lower engaging block 42, and the cover body 10 is normally engaged with the pot body 20. When the detachable cover 13 is detached, the sliding seat 31 slides to the initial position under the action of the biasing member 12, at this time, the upper engaging block 32 and the lower engaging block 42 are at least partially staggered, so that the engaging force between the cover 10 and the pot body 20 is reduced, and normal closing of the cover 10 cannot be realized.
The following describes the closing and opening process of the cover 10 under the condition that the removable cover 13 is normally installed (i.e., the cover engaging assembly 30 is in the working position).
The pot body engaging assembly 40 is disposed within the pot body 20, the pot body engaging assembly 40 includes a lower engaging block 42, and the pot body engaging assembly 40 is configured to be movable relative to the pot body 20 between a first position and a second position. The upper and lower engaging blocks 32 and 42 may be configured as magnets, or one of the upper and lower engaging blocks 32 and 42 may be configured as a magnet and the other may include a magnet material, thereby achieving the mutual attraction of the upper and lower engaging blocks 32 and 42. When the upper engaging block 32 and the lower engaging block 42 are both configured as magnets, foolproof structures may be provided on both the upper engaging block 32 and the lower engaging block 42 in order to prevent the polarity of the upper engaging block 32 and the lower engaging block 42 from being repelled, which may cause the cover 10 to be unable to be normally opened or closed. For example, N, S poles of the magnet can be respectively coated with different colors, or marks can be recorded on the magnet, or any magnetic surface of the magnet can be made into a special shape or a whole magnet can be made into a special shape and matched with corresponding installation phase.
As shown in fig. 1, a return force member 70 is provided between the cover 10 and the pot 20, and when the pot suction assembly 40 is located at the second position, the cover 10 is opened under the action of the return force member 70. For example, the return member 70 is configured as a torsion spring 70 and is mounted in connection with the pivot shaft. The return member 70 is preferably located at the rear end of the cooking appliance 100. The return force member 70 and the upper suction block 32 are disposed substantially symmetrically with respect to a center line of the cooking appliance 100 in the left-right direction.
