The utility model provides a cooking appliance.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a cooking appliance 100 includes a cover 10 and a pot 20. The pot body 20 has, for example, a cylindrical inner pot accommodating part 29. The inner pot 24 may be fixedly provided at the inner pot receiving part 29, or may be freely placed in the inner pot receiving part 29 or taken out from the inner pot receiving part 29, to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 24. The inner pot 24 is typically made of a metallic material and has a circular opening for holding food materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The pot body 20 includes therein heating means for heating the inner pot 24 to heat the inner pot 24.
It is understood that the cooking appliance 100 according to the present utility model may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, or other cooking appliances, and the cooking appliance 100 may have various functions of cooking porridge, etc., in addition to the function of cooking rice.
The cover 10 has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot 20. The cover 10 is openably and closably disposed on the pot 20, for example, is pivotally connected to the pot 20 by a pivot shaft, and is capable of freely pivoting about the pivot axis where the pivot shaft is located between a closed position and an open position with respect to the pot 20, so as to facilitate closing and opening of the pot 20. When the cover 10 is covered on the pot 20, it covers the inner pot 24 and forms a cooking space between the inner pot 24.
As shown in fig. 1, the pot body 20 may include a base 23, a housing 22 disposed above the base 23, and a middle plate 21 disposed inside the housing 22. In side view, the middle plate 21 is generally T-shaped. The portion of the middle plate 21 corresponding to the transverse direction of the T-shape is located above the housing 22, and the housing 22 is located between the middle plate 21 and the base 23 and can connect the outer circumference of the middle plate 21 and the outer circumference of the base 23 together, so that the middle plate 21, the housing 22 and the base 23 together constitute the surface of the pot body 20. The vertical portion of the middle plate 21 corresponding to the T-shape has a hollow structure, and encloses the inner pot accommodating portion 29. The middle plate 21 may also be connected to the base 23 by fasteners such as screws.
In addition, a heat-insulating cover 25 can be arranged in the cooker body 20, and the heat-insulating cover 25 is positioned at the periphery of the inner cooker 24 to reduce heat dissipation of the inner cooker 24.
It is noted that directional terms used herein to describe various components, portions, etc. of the cooking appliance 100, such as "upper", "lower", "above", "below", "upward", "downward", etc., are relative to the cooking appliance 100 in a horizontally placed and upright state. The directional terms "inward", "outward", "inside", "outside", etc. refer to "inward" toward the center of the cooking appliance 100 and "outward" refer to "away from the center of the cooking appliance 100, unless otherwise limited.
The cooking utensil 100 further includes an upper engaging block 11 and a pot engaging assembly 40.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, an upper engaging block 11 is disposed in the cover 10. For example, a fixing groove 12 is provided in the cover 10, and the upper engaging block 11 is fixed in the fixing groove 12. The upper suction block 11 is fixed to the fixing groove 12 by a clip; or the upper suction block 11 can be directly adhered to the cover body 10; or the upper suction block 11 is stuck on a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is fixed into the cover body 10 via a fastener.
The pot body sucking assembly 40 is disposed in the pot body 20. The pot engaging assembly 40 includes a lower engaging block 42. The pot engaging assembly 40 is configured to be movable relative to the pot 20 between a first position and a second position. Wherein, when the pot body sucking assembly 40 is located at the first position, the lower sucking block 42 is used for being opposite to and sucking with the upper sucking block 11, so that the cover body 10 and the pot body 20 are sucked. For example, when the cover 10 is rotated toward the pot 20 to the closed position, the lower engaging piece 42 is positioned opposite to the upper engaging piece 11, and the lower engaging piece 42 and the upper engaging piece 11 are engaged with each other, so that the cover 10 is engaged with the pot 20. When the pot engaging assembly 40 is in the second position, the lower engaging block 42 is configured to be positionally offset from the upper engaging block 11 such that the lid 10 is disengaged from the pot 20 (or at least the engaging force therebetween is reduced). For example, in a state where the lid 10 is closing the pot 20, the lower engaging block 42 is moved to the second position so as to be positionally offset from the upper engaging block 11, and the lower engaging block 42 is disengaged from the upper engaging block 11 (or at least the engaging force therebetween is reduced), so that the lid 10 is disengaged from the pot 20 (or at least the engaging force therebetween is reduced), and thus the lid 10 can be opened relatively easily.
The upper and lower engaging blocks 11 and 42 may be configured as magnets, or one of the upper and lower engaging blocks 11 and 42 may be configured as a magnet, and the other may include a magnet material, thereby achieving mutual attraction of the upper and lower engaging blocks 11 and 42. When the upper engaging block 11 and the lower engaging block 42 are both configured as magnets, foolproof structures may be provided on both the upper engaging block 11 and the lower engaging block 42 in order to prevent the polarity of the upper engaging block 11 and the lower engaging block 42 from being repelled, which may cause the cover 10 to be unable to be normally opened or closed. For example, N, S poles of the magnet can be respectively coated with different colors, or marks can be recorded on the magnet, or any magnetic surface of the magnet can be made into a special shape or a whole magnet can be made into a special shape and matched with corresponding installation phase.
As shown in fig. 1, a return force member 30 is disposed between the cover 10 and the pot 20, and when the pot suction assembly 40 is located at the second position, the cover 10 is opened under the action of the return force member 30. For example, the return member 30 is configured as a torsion spring 30 and is mounted in connection with the pivot shaft. The return member 30 is preferably located at the rear end of the cooking appliance 100. The return member 30 and the upper suction block 11 are disposed substantially symmetrically with respect to a center line of the cooking appliance 100 in the left-right direction. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a cover opening assembly 50, wherein the cover opening assembly 50 is disposed on the pot body 20 and exposed from an outer surface of the pot body 20 for a user to operate to open the cover body 10. Preferably, the lid opening assembly 50 is provided at the front end of the cooking appliance 100. The lid opening assembly 50 is adapted to contact the pot actuation assembly 40. The lid opening assembly 50 is movable in a second direction relative to the pot 20 between a third position and a fourth position. Wherein the cooking appliance 100 is configured such that the pot actuation assembly 40 is in the first position when the lid opening assembly 50 is in the third position, and the pot actuation assembly 40 is in the second position when the lid opening assembly 50 is in the fourth position. Thus, by operating the lid opening assembly 50, the lower engaging block 42 can be repositioned to disengage from the upper engaging block 11 (or at least reduce the engaging force therebetween) so that the lid 10 can be opened relatively easily.
The cooking appliance 100 is configured such that the pot actuation assembly 40 moves in a first direction between a first position and a second position. Preferably, the first direction is a horizontal direction. Preferably, the second direction is an up-down direction. Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in one embodiment, the lid opening assembly 50 includes a first contact surface 53a for contacting the pot engaging assembly 40, and the pot engaging assembly 40 includes a second contact surface 41b for contacting the lid opening assembly 50, at least one of the first contact surface 53a and the second contact surface 41b being configured to be inclined with respect to both the up-down direction and the horizontal direction. In the illustrated embodiment, both the first contact surface 53a and the second contact surface 41b are configured to be inclined with respect to both the up-down direction and the horizontal direction.
Specifically, the door assembly 50 includes an operating member 52 and a pull-down slider 53. The operating member 52 is exposed from the outer surface of the pot 20 for operation by a user. The first contact surface 53a is provided on the pull-down slider 53. The pot body sucking assembly 40 comprises a mounting seat 41, and a second contact surface 41b is arranged on the mounting seat 41. In actual use, the first contact surface 53a and the second contact surface 41b are in contact with each other, so as to realize a moving transmission effect. When the user moves the operating member 52 downward to the fourth position, the mount 41 moves horizontally (rightward in fig. 4 and 6) by the inclined contact surface 53a and/or 41b, thereby driving the lower engaging block 42 to move to the second position.
In the illustrated embodiment, the first contact surface 53a is inclined downward, and the second contact surface 41b is inclined upward, so that the fourth position is lower than the third position, that is, the lid is opened when the operation member 52 is pushed downward. Of course, the first contact surface 53a may be inclined upward, and the second contact surface 41b may be inclined downward, so that the fourth position is higher than the third position, that is, the cover is opened when the operating member 52 is lifted upward.
Preferably, the pot actuation assembly 40 moves in a side-to-side direction between a first position and a second position. Accordingly, the first contact surface 53a and the second contact surface 41b are arranged opposite to each other in the left-right direction, thereby converting the operation force applied by the user in the up-down direction of the operation member 52 into the driving force in the left-right direction.
Referring back to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the pot body engaging assembly 40 is provided with a mounting groove 41a, specifically, the mounting seat 41 is provided with a mounting groove 41a, and the lower engaging block 42 is placed in the mounting groove 41 a. Preferably, the lower engaging block 42 and the second contact surface 41b are arranged in the up-down direction, for example, the mounting groove 41a is located above the second contact surface 41 b. The depth of the mounting groove 41a is greater than the height of the lower engaging block 42. For example, the depth of the mounting groove 41a is 1-5mm greater than the height of the lower engaging block 42, and when the magnets are engaged, the lower magnet will rapidly move upward to collide with the upper wall (middle plate 21) of the pot body 20, making a crisp sound to alert the user that the lid has been engaged.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the door assembly 50 further includes a baffle 51. The baffle 51 is disposed within the pot 20 and is movable in a second direction within the pot 20. The side of the baffle plate 51 facing the inside of the pot body 20 is connected to the pull-down slider 53, and the side of the baffle plate 51 facing the outside of the pot body 20 is connected to the operating member 52. The casing 22 is provided with a button seat 26, the button seat 26 is provided with a sliding groove extending in a second direction (for example, up-down direction) and penetrating the button seat 26 from inside to outside, and the operating member 52 is exposed outside the casing 22 and connected to the baffle plate 51 in the pot body 20 via the sliding groove. The baffle plate 51 cooperates with the button seat 26 to shield the internal structure of the pot body 20. The operating member 52 extends to the outside of the housing 22 via a slide groove for operation by a user. The operating member 52 is movable in the second direction within the sliding channel. When the user operates the operating member 52, the shutter 51 and the pull-down slider 53 move in synchronization with the operating member 52.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, a reset member 60 is disposed between the pot body 20 and the pot body engaging assembly 40, and the reset member 60 is used to drive the pot body engaging assembly 40 from the second position to the first position. The return member 60 may be configured as a spring 60. When the pot engaging assembly 40 is moved from the first position to the second position, the spring 60 is compressed or the spring 60 is stretched.
Specifically, when the pot engaging assembly 40 is moved from the first position to the second position, if the spring 60 is in a stretched state, an end of the spring 60 facing away from the pot 20 needs to be connected to the pot engaging assembly 40. When the pot engaging assembly 40 is moved from the first position to the second position, if the spring 60 is compressed, the spring 60 contacts the pot engaging assembly 40 when the pot engaging assembly 40 is in the first position, or the spring 60 is in a free state and an initial distance d exists between the spring 60 and the pot engaging assembly 40. Further, the initial spacing d is not less than 2mm and less than the dimension of the lower actuation block 42 in the first direction (the first direction being the direction in which the pot actuation assembly 40 moves between the first position and the second position). At this time, when the pot body engaging assembly 40 is initially moved without contacting the reset member 60, and when the moving distance is greater than d, the reset member 60 is initially compressed, and after the lid opening assembly 50 is stopped, the reset member 60 resets itself and the pot body engaging assembly 40.
When the user operates the lid opening assembly 50 to open the lid, the lower engaging block 42 is displaced to be offset from the upper engaging block 11. When the user releases the operation of the lid opening assembly 50, the pot actuation assembly 40 and the lower actuation block 42 return to the first position under the influence of the reset member 60. When the cover 10 is covered again, the pot body sucking assembly 40 is completely reset under the action of the elastic force of the reset member 60, and the upper sucking block 11 and the lower sucking block 42 are aligned again for sucking.
The second contact surface 41b acts upon the first contact surface 53a during the return of the pot engaging assembly 40 from the second position to the first position by the reset member 60, such that the lid opening assembly 50 moves from the fourth position to the third position by the pot engaging assembly 40.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in one embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 is configured to move the pot actuation assembly 40 in a first direction between a first position and a second position. The pot engaging assembly 40 includes a first guide member 41c and the pot 20 includes a second guide member 27. At least one of the first guide member 41c and the second guide member 27 extends in the first direction. The second guide member 27 is adapted to the first guide member 41c, the first guide member 41c being connected to the second guide member 27 and being movable in relation to the second guide member 27 in the first direction. Thus, the pot engaging assembly 40 can be stably moved between the first position and the second position in the first direction by the first guide member 41c and the second guide member 27.
For example, one of the first guide member 41c and the second guide member is configured as a chute, and the other of the first guide member 41c and the second guide member 27 is configured as a slide rail or a slider located within the chute. Illustratively, the first guide member 41c is configured as a slider, and the second guide member 27 is configured as a chute extending in a first direction, and the first guide member 41c is accommodated in the second guide member 27 and is slidable left and right along the second guide member 27 (accordingly, the aforementioned first direction is the left and right direction). Specifically, the first guide member 41c may be provided to the mount 41. Preferably, the mounting seat 41 is provided with first guide members 41c on opposite side surfaces, and correspondingly, two second guide members 27 are also provided in the pot body 20, corresponding to the two sets of first guide members 41c, respectively, so that the movement of the pot body sucking assembly 40 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in one embodiment, the lid opening assembly 50 includes a third guide member 53b and the pot 20 includes a fourth guide member 28, at least one of the third guide member 53b and the fourth guide member 28 extending in a second direction, e.g., at least the fourth guide member 28 extending in the second direction, the third guide member 53b being coupled to the fourth guide member 28 and movable relative to the fourth guide member 28 in the second direction. For example, one of the third guide member 53b and the fourth guide member 28 is configured as a chute, and the other of the third guide member 53b and the fourth guide member 28 is configured as a slide rail or slider located within the chute.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, a third guide member 53b is provided on the pull-down slider 53, and the third guide member 53b is configured as a slider. Accordingly, the fourth guide member 28 within the pot 20 is configured as a chute in the second direction. The slider is accommodated in the chute and is movable in the chute. The lid opening assembly 50 is connected to the fourth guide member 28 within the pot 20 via the third guide member 53b, and the lid opening assembly 50 is slidable (e.g., up and down) along the fourth guide member 28 in the second direction. In addition, referring to fig. 2 and 3, as described above, the button seat 26 is provided with a sliding groove extending in the second direction (for example, extending up and down), which has a guiding effect on the side of the operating member 52 near the barrier 51, so that the lid opening assembly 50 is also guided by two sets of guiding means, ensuring the directional stable movement of the lid opening assembly 50.
Of course, in actual production, the position of the upper engaging block 11 may be changed and the position of the lower engaging block 42 may be fixed. That is, the upper engaging block 11 is designed to have a structure similar to the pot engaging assembly 40, and correspondingly, the reset member 60 and the lid opening assembly 50 are also disposed on the lid 10, so as to move the lid opening assembly 50 in the up-down direction relative to the lid 10.
