In this embodiment, the valve seat 251 is fastened to the cover 22 in a screwing manner, the connecting structure includes a limiting protrusion 2516 disposed on the valve seat 251 and a limiting groove 282 disposed on a side wall of the mounting recess 28, the limiting protrusion 2516 can be inserted into the limiting groove 282, the limiting groove 282 includes two sections, a vertical section and a horizontal section, the limiting protrusion 2516 is inserted into the vertical section, and when reaching the horizontal section, the vertical section is mounted in a rotating manner, a limiting convex rib 283 is disposed on the horizontal section, and the limiting protrusion 2516 is in clamping fit with the limiting convex rib 283 to fix the valve seat 251. The limit ribs 283 can ensure that the valve seat 251 is not separated in the swinging process.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 10, in the first embodiment, the cover assembly further includes a vent lever 41 and a vent button 42, the vent lever 41 and the vent button 42 are disposed on the cover 22, a first end of the vent lever 41 is engaged with the vent button 42, a notch 281 is disposed on a side wall of the mounting recess 28, and a second end of the vent lever 41 passes through the notch 281 and is engaged with the pressure limiting valve 24; the cover body 22 comprises a surface cover 221, a metal cover 222 and a top cover 223, wherein the metal cover 222 is positioned below the surface cover 221, the top cover 223 is positioned above the surface cover 221 and is connected with the surface cover 221 in a clamping manner, the exhaust pipe 23 is arranged on the metal cover 222, and the mounting concave part 28 is positioned on the top cover 223; the inner wall of the container 21 is provided with a convex rib 211, and the convex rib 211 is a turbulence rib. The top cover 223 is also a decorative panel, and has a long shape. The exhaust button 42 can drive the exhaust lever 41 so that the exhaust lever 41 pushes the pressure limiting valve 24 so that the pressure limiting valve 24 is in the exhaust state. Protruding muscle 211 can collide the edible material of container 21 inside to play the effect of disturbance, and then make turning over of edible material fry more abundant, make the culinary art effect of edible material better.
The metal cover 222 has cover teeth, and the container 21 has pot teeth, and the cover teeth are matched with the pot teeth, so that the cooking utensil has better safety. In fig. 23, the structure of the valve seat 251 is shown, and the valve seat in the second embodiment is directly fitted to the outside of the pressure limiting valve 24.

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a support (10);
an appliance body (20) mounted on the stand (10), the appliance body (20) having an inclined state, the appliance body (20) including a container (21) and a lid assembly, the lid assembly including: the pressure limiting device comprises a cover body (22), an exhaust pipe (23) penetrating through the cover body (22) and a pressure limiting valve (24) installed on the exhaust pipe (23);
a stirring mechanism disposed within the appliance body (20) and/or between the bracket (10) and the appliance body (20).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover assembly further comprises a position holder (25), the position holder (25) exerting a force on the pressure limiting valve (24) to keep the pressure limiting valve (24) in a position blocking the exhaust pipe (23).

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the position holder (25) comprises a valve seat (251) and a resilient member (252), the valve seat (251) being arranged on the cover (22) and being arranged over the pressure limiting valve (24), the resilient member (252) being located between the valve seat (251) and the pressure limiting valve (24).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein a boss (2511) is provided inside the top wall of the valve seat (251), a protruding edge portion (241) is provided on the pressure limiting valve (24), a first end of the elastic member (252) is sleeved on the boss (2511), and a second end of the elastic member (252) is engaged with the protruding edge portion (241).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein a convex edge portion (241) is arranged on the pressure limiting valve (24), a limiting portion (2512) extending inwards is arranged at the bottom of the valve seat (251), the limiting portion (2512) is positioned below the convex edge portion (241), a through hole (2513) is further arranged on the top wall of the valve seat (251), and the pressure limiting valve (24) is movably arranged in the through hole (2513).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the position maintaining member (25) comprises a magnetic member (2514) and a magnetic fitting member (2515) which are fitted by magnetic attraction, one of the magnetic member (2514) and the magnetic fitting member (2515) being disposed on the pressure limiting valve (24) and the other being disposed on the cover body (22) and below the pressure limiting valve (24).
7. The cooking appliance of claim 1,
the stirring mechanism includes: a first motor (31) and a driving shaft (32) which are arranged on the bracket (10), wherein a first end of the driving shaft (32) is driven by the first motor (31), and a second end of the driving shaft (32) can drive the container (21) to swing; and/or
The stirring mechanism includes: the second motor and the transmission piece are arranged on the bracket (10) or in the appliance body (20), and the second motor drives the container (21) to rotate around the axis of the container (21) through the transmission piece; and/or
The stirring mechanism includes: a stirring blade rotatably disposed within the vessel (21).

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a first motor (31) and a drive shaft (32), the stirring mechanism being arranged on the support (10), a first end of the drive shaft (32) being driven by the first motor (31), a second end of the drive shaft (32) being able to drive the container (21) in oscillation; the appliance body (20) further comprises a shell (26) and a connecting plate (27) arranged in the shell (26), an avoiding hole (261) is formed in the shell (26), a driving hole (271) is formed in the connecting plate (27), the second end of the driving shaft (32) penetrates through the avoiding hole (261) and is inserted into the driving hole (271), the stirring mechanism further comprises a bearing (33), one part of the bearing (33) is located in the bearing hole of the support (10), the other part of the bearing (33) is located in the avoiding hole (261), and the driving shaft (32) is arranged in the bearing (33) in a penetrating mode; and a limiting table (272) abutted against the bearing (33) is arranged on the connecting plate (27).
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the cover (22) is provided with a mounting recess (28), the exhaust pipe (23) is arranged through the bottom wall of the mounting recess (28), and at least part of the pressure limiting valve (24) is mounted inside the mounting recess (28).

The cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein the cover assembly further comprises a vent lever (41) and a vent button (42), the vent lever (41) and the vent button (42) being disposed on the cover (22), a first end of the vent lever (41) being engaged with the vent button (42), a notch (281) being disposed on a side wall of the mounting recess (28), a second end of the vent lever (41) being engaged with the pressure limiting valve (24) through the notch (281); the cover body (22) comprises a surface cover (221), a metal cover (222) and a top cover (223), the metal cover (222) is located below the surface cover (221), the top cover (223) is located above the surface cover (221) and connected with the surface cover (221) in a clamping mode, the exhaust pipe (23) is arranged on the metal cover (222), and the mounting concave portion (28) is located on the top cover (223); and a convex rib (211) is arranged on the inner wall of the container (21).
