The vibrating sifting mechanism 3110 of this embodiment makes the copper cover arrange in proper order along the length direction of the conveying table and continuously convey the copper cover one by one in the direction away from the vibrating sifting mechanism 3110 in a vibrating manner, so that the conveying is rhythmic, thereby being capable of rhythmically cooperating with the photoelectric sensor 3130, avoiding the continuous transmission of the conveying process, and the failure to respond to signals and pause in time. This embodiment can realize continuous automatic conveying, does not need artifical the transport, has guaranteed transmission rate, also avoids artifical transmission to pollute the copper sheathing.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the surface of the table 3120 is provided with a cover 3121 in the portion between the copper hood access stations. The cover plate 3121 is used for shielding the copper cover, and avoids the copper cover between the two copper cover acquisition stations due to careless error adsorption.

Claims (7)

1. An assembly device for a copper cage, comprising:
a copper cover providing component, which comprises a conveying platform and is used for providing a copper cover;
the copper cover acquisition component comprises a guide rail and a picking and placing mechanism in sliding fit with the guide rail, one end of the guide rail is arranged above the copper cover providing component, and the picking and placing mechanism can move to the position above the copper cover providing component along the guide rail and acquire two copper covers;
and the positioning jig is arranged below the other end of the guide rail and used for placing the battery cover plate, and the taking and placing mechanism can move to the upper part of the positioning jig along the guide rail and can move downwards so as to place the two obtained copper covers in the two mounting holes of the battery cover plate.
2. The assembling device for the copper cover according to claim 1, wherein the pick-and-place mechanism comprises a vertical telescopic cylinder and a horizontal telescopic cylinder;
the vertical telescopic cylinder comprises a vertical telescopic cylinder seat and a vertical telescopic cylinder head capable of extending downwards, and the vertical telescopic cylinder seat is in sliding fit with the guide rail;
the horizontal telescopic cylinder comprises a horizontally arranged bidirectional cylinder, the bidirectional cylinder comprises a horizontal telescopic cylinder seat and two horizontal telescopic cylinder heads which are arranged oppositely, the horizontal telescopic cylinder seat is connected with the vertical telescopic cylinder head, and the length direction of the bidirectional cylinder is consistent with the conveying direction of the conveying table; the horizontal telescopic cylinder heads are respectively connected with negative pressure adsorption heads, a preset distance is formed between the two negative pressure adsorption heads, and the distance L1 between the two negative pressure adsorption heads is consistent with the distance L1 between the two copper covers spaced on the conveying table, so that the two copper covers can be close to and respectively adsorbed; and the distance between the two negative pressure adsorption heads can be adjusted to be consistent with the distance L2 between the two mounting holes when the vertical telescopic cylinder seat slides to the position above the positioning jig along the guide rail, and the two copper covers are respectively arranged in the corresponding mounting holes.

The assembling device for the copper cover according to claim 1, wherein the positioning fixture comprises a positioning support, positioning bosses for positioning the battery cover plate are respectively arranged at two ends of the top surface of the positioning support in the length direction, positioning surrounding parts are respectively arranged at two end edges of the top surface in the length direction, and the positioning surrounding parts are correspondingly arranged around the positioning bosses.
4. The assembling apparatus for a copper shell according to claim 3, wherein said positioning support comprises two or more positioning supports arranged in sequence in the width direction;
the battery cover plate positioning device is characterized in that the number of the picking and placing mechanisms is two or more, the picking and placing mechanisms are sequentially arranged along the width direction of the positioning supports, and the distance between every two adjacent picking and placing mechanisms is consistent with the distance between the corresponding two mounting holes of the battery cover plate on the positioning supports along the width direction of the positioning supports.
5. The fitting device for a copper shell according to claim 3, wherein said positioning boss is square and protrudes 2-5mm from said top surface.

The copper cover assembling device according to claim 1, wherein the copper cover supplying component further comprises a vibrating screening mechanism connected with the input end of the conveying table, and the vibrating screening mechanism is used for screening and conveying the copper covers to the copper cover acquiring station through the conveying table in sequence;
and the conveying table is provided with photoelectric sensors at the positions corresponding to the two obtained copper covers, the photoelectric sensors are connected with a central control system and used for detecting whether the copper covers exist at the positions and feeding back the copper covers to the central control system, and the central control system controls the vibration screening mechanism to start and convey the copper covers based on the detection result.
7. The apparatus for assembling a copper housing according to claim 1, wherein a cover plate is provided on a surface of the conveying table at a portion between the copper housing taking-out stations.
