本实用新型属于金属加工技术领域，具体涉及一种适用于冶金炉窑熔体排放的导流装置。
背景技术
在火法冶炼行业中冶金炉窑产出物需定期排放，排放流程基本为排放口-熔体-流槽-钢包。排放时钢包与流槽对位困难。仅能通过钢包车驶入包子房的距离来控制钢包与流槽的相对位置。如果钢包与流槽对位不当，会导致熔体冲刷钢包壁，引发钢包烧漏、熔体外溢的安全事故。其次，部分熔体在流槽末端滴落至钢包外沿或者直接喷溅至钢包房地面，造成有价金属损失。在排放过程中，产生的大量烟气外溢至排放区域以外，污染现场作业环境。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于冶金炉窑熔体排放的导流装置，它包括A槽、B槽、进回水管、支撑件、螺栓紧固层；所述A槽、B槽内部分别埋设铸铜冷却水管，所述铸铜冷却水管末端设有进回水管；所述A槽、B槽分别两侧固定设有螺栓紧固层，所述螺栓紧固层分别设有支撑件。
所述A槽内表面堆焊耐磨合金涂层，所述B槽上端设有开口。

具体实施方式
如图1的一种适用于冶金炉窑熔体排放的导流装置，它包括A槽1、B槽2、进回水管4、支撑件5、螺栓紧固层6；A槽1、B槽2内部分别埋设铸铜冷却水管，铸铜冷却水管末端设有进回水管4；A槽1、B槽2分别两侧固定设有螺栓紧固层6，螺栓紧固层6分别设有支撑件5。A槽1内表面堆焊耐磨合金涂层3， B槽2上端设有开口。
使用时，用螺栓通过螺栓紧固层6 将A槽1与B槽2对接紧固，将流槽末端搭接在B槽2的开口位置，通过支撑件5将组合好的A槽1与B槽2固定于钢包房内承重梁上，进回水管4与冷却水管网连接，实现水冷降温。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于冶金炉窑熔体排放的导流装置，其特征在于：所述A槽（1）内表面堆焊耐磨合金涂层（3），所述B槽（2）上端设有开口。
