The drawing shows a linkage brake system 1 with parking function, which mainly comprises a first brake operating device 4, a second brake operating device 5, a first brake generating device 6 and a second brake generating device 7. In this embodiment, the first brake operating device 4 is connected to the first brake generating device 6 by a first brake wire 81, so that a drum brake structure 61 of the first brake generating device 6 can actuate the brake. A brake master cylinder 51 of the second brake operating device 5 is connected to the second brake generating device 7 by a brake oil pipe 83, so that a disc brake structure 71 of the second brake generating device 7 can actuate the brake. The first brake operating device 4 is further connected to the second brake operating device 5 by a second brake wire 82, so that the disc brake structure 71 of the second brake generating device 7 can actuate the brake, thereby achieving the effect of linkage brake.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, which are a perspective view, a side view and a perspective view from another angle of view of the first brake operating device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, in the present embodiment, the brake operating device 4 includes a brake lever fixing base 41, a brake lever 42, a balance member 43, a brake locking lever 44 and an elastic member 45. The brake lever fixing bracket 41 includes an upper fixing plate 411, a lower fixing plate 412 and a connecting plate 413 connecting the upper fixing plate 411 and the lower fixing plate 412, that is, the ideal design structure is to arrange the upper fixing plate 411, the connecting plate 413 and the lower fixing plate 412 in sequence to form a reversed U-shaped structure, so that the brake locking bar 44 is disposed in the accommodating space of the reversed U-shaped structure, and the upper fixing plate 411 is disposed on the handlebar 3. Therefore, with a simple structural configuration, waste in space is effectively reduced, and convenience in assembly and maintenance can be improved.
The upper fixing plate 411 has a first pivot point 4111 and a second pivot point 4112. The brake lever 42 is pivoted to the first pivot point 4111, can rotate at the first pivot point 4111, and has a holding portion 421 for the rider to operate the brake and a third pivot point 422. The balance member 43 is pivotally mounted at the third pivot point 422, can rotate at the third pivot point 422, and has a balance positioning portion 431, and the balance member 43 is used for distributing the force applied from the brake lever 42 to the first brake generating device 6 and the second brake generating device 7. The lock-locking lever 44 is pivoted to the second pivot point 4112, can rotate at the second pivot point 4112, and has an interference portion 441 and an operation portion 442. One end of the elastic member 45 abuts against the brake lever fixing seat 41, and the other end abuts against the brake locking rod 44 to provide an elastic restoring force to the brake locking rod 44, so that the brake locking rod 44 can be restored to the initial position after parking is finished.
The brake locking rod 44 is disposed inside the brake lever fixing base 41, and more specifically, the brake locking rod 44 is disposed in the receiving space of the n-shaped structure below the upper fixing plate 411 and above the lower fixing plate 412, so as to improve the space utilization and reduce the volume of the brake locking rod 44.
Fig. 7 is an operation diagram of the first brake operating device according to the first embodiment of the present invention in a normal state. Referring to fig. 3, the first brake wire 81 of the present embodiment of the associated brake system includes a first inner wire 811 and a first sleeve 812, a portion of the first inner wire 811 is covered by the first sleeve 812, and the first inner wire 811 can transmit a portion of the force applied by the balance member 43 to the first brake generating device 6. One end of the first sleeve 812 abuts against the brake lever fixing base 41, and the other end abuts against the first brake generating device 6, and meanwhile, in order to make the elastic member 45 device more stable, the elastic member 45 can also be disposed between the first brake operating device 4 and the first sleeve 812 (not shown). The second brake wire 82 includes a second inner wire 821 and a second sleeve 822, a portion of the second inner wire 821 is covered by the second sleeve 822, the second inner wire 821 can apply force to transmit a portion of the balance member 43 to the second brake operating device 5, one end of the second sleeve 822 abuts against the brake lever fixing base 41, the other end abuts against the second brake operating device 5, and the balance positioning portion 431 is closer to the first inner wire 811 and farther from the second inner wire 821.
When the rider operates the brake lever 42, the brake lever 42 rotates around the first pivot point 4111 as a pivot point, and pulls the balance member 43 through the third pivot point 422, so that the balance member 43 can transmit the force to the first inner wire 811 and the second inner wire 821, respectively. The first inner wire 811 makes the drum brake structure 61 of the first brake generating device 6 operate to generate braking force, and the second inner wire 821 makes the brake master cylinder 51 of the second brake operating device 5 generate oil pressure, which is then transmitted to the second brake generating device 7 through the brake oil pipe 83, so that the disc brake structure 71 operates to generate braking force, thereby achieving the effect of linkage braking.
Fig. 8 is an operation diagram of the parking state of the first brake operating device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, while the rider continues to operate the brake lever 42, the operation portion 442 of the brake lock lever 44 is also operated, and the interference portion 441 of the brake lock lever 44 comes into contact interference with the balance positioning portion 431 of the balancer 43. At this time, the rider can stop applying force to the brake lever 42, and the balance positioning portion 431 and the interference portion 441 contact and interfere with each other, so that the first inner wire 811 is continuously pulled by the balance 43 and cannot be released, and the drum brake structure 61 of the first brake generating device 6 is continuously operated to generate braking force, thereby achieving the parking effect. In this embodiment, since the second inner wire 821 is far from the balance positioning part 431, the balancing member 43 releases the biasing force to the second inner wire 821 to end the braking effect of the disc brake structure 71 of the second brake generating device 7, so as to protect the hydraulic system from being damaged due to long-term pressure holding in the parking state.
Fig. 9 is a configuration diagram of an interlocking brake system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is an operation diagram of the parking state of the first brake operating device according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the basic structure of the first brake operating device 4 'of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the structural design of the brake lever 42' and the balance member 43 'is slightly different from that of the first embodiment, wherein the brake lever 42' is pivoted to the first pivot point 4111, and has a holding portion 421, a third pivot point 422 and a lever positioning portion 423. The balance member 43 ' is pivotally connected to the third pivot point 422 for distributing the force from the brake lever 42 ' to the first brake generating device 6 and the second brake generating device 7 '.
While the rider continues to operate the brake lever 42 ', the operating portion 442 of the brake locking lever 44 is also operated, and the interference portion 441 of the brake locking lever 44 comes into contact interference with the lever positioning portion 423 of the brake lever 42'. At this time, the rider can stop applying force to the brake lever 42, and the balance 43 'is in contact with and interferes with the interference portion 441 through the lever positioning portion 423, so that the first inner wire 811 and the second inner wire 821 are continuously pulled by the balance 43' and cannot be released, and the drum brake structure 61 of the first brake generating device 6 and the drum brake structure 71 'of the second brake generating device 7' are continuously operated to generate braking force, thereby achieving the parking effect.
