본 고안은 가랑이 아래 부위 양쪽 가장자리에서의 배설액이 새는 것을 방지하고자, 앞길(2)와 뒷길(3)을 겹쳐 맞추어, 이의 양쪽 가장자리와 가랑이 아래 중앙 부분을 접합시켜 팬츠 본체(1)를 구성하고, 상기 가랑이 아래 내면에 흡액성 보조 패널(15)을 갖춘 일회용 흡수성 팬츠에 관한 것이다.

본 고안의 일회용 기저귀 등의 흡수성 팬츠에 관한 것이다.
일본국 특허 공고 제4-42017호 공보는 팬츠형 일회용 기저귀를 개시한다. 이 공보의 제10도 및 제11도가 나타내는 기저귀는 각각 가로 방향으로 길게 재단된 투액성 내면 시이트와 불투액성 이면 시이트의 사이에 흡액성 패널을 개재시켜 길이 방향을 따라 한쪽 가장자리 부분에 허리 둘레 탄성 부재를 부착시키고 길이 방향에 따른 다른 쪽 가장자리 부분에 다리 둘레 탄성 부재를 부착시킨 적층체를 이의 가로 방향으로 두겹으로 포개어 이의 주름과는 반대쪽 가장자리 부분과, 적층체의 하단 중앙 부분에 형성된 가랑이 아래 오목 부분의 가장자리 부분을 각각 접합시키는 것으로 구성된다.
일본국 특허 공고 제4-42017호 공보가 개시하는 기저귀는 가랑이 아래 오목 부분을 형성하고 있기 때문에, 항상 가랑이 아래 바닥면보다도 아래 방향으로 다리 삽입부가 위치하여 가랑이 아래에 대한 적합성이 우수하며, 가랑이 아래 부위의 중앙 부분에는 흡액성 패널이 위치하여 접히지 않아 배설액이 가랑이 아래 부위의 양쪽 가장자리에서 새기가 쉽다.
본 고안의 과제는 앞뒷길을 별도로 형성시켜 이를 접합하여 구성된 팬츠에 관한 것이며, 이의 가랑이 아래 접합부 위에도 흡액성 패널이 위치하도록 구성하는 것에 있다.
본 고안에 관한 물품은 투액성 내면 시이트와 불투액성 외면 시이트의 사이에 흡액성 패널을 개재시킨 앞뒷길에서 허리 둘레 개구부와 한 쌍의 다리 둘레 개구부를 갖는 팬츠를 구성함과 동시에, 이들 개구부에 이의 둘레 방향으로 수축하는 탄성 부재를 부착시킨 일회용 흡수성 팬츠를 전제로 하며, 하기와 같은 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 앞뒷길을 별도로 형성하고, 패널 각각을 윤곽의 크기에 있어서 내외면 시이트 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분이 패널 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분으로부터 연장되는 정도로 형성하여 내외면 시이트 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분을 접합시킴과 동시에, 이들 앞뒷길의 가랑이 아래 가장자리 부분의 중아 부분과 이들 앞뒷길 양쪽 가장자리 부분을 각각 접합시킨 다리 삽입부를 갖는 팬츠 본체를 형성하고, 팬츠의 가랑이 아래 안쪽에 U자 형태로 구부러진 흡액성 보조 패널의 적어도 양쪽 상단부를 접합시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.
더욱더, 또 하나의 구성으로서, 앞뒷길 각각의 하단 중앙 부분에 가랑이 아래의 오목 부분을 형성하고, 패널 각각을 윤곽 크기에 있어서 내외면 시이트 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분이 패널 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리로부터 연장되는 정도로 형성하여 내외면 시이트 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분을 접합시킴과 동시에, 이들 앞뒷길의 가랑이 아래 오목 부분의 가장자리 부분과 앞뒷길의 양쪽 가장자리 부분을 각각 접합시켜 가랑이 아래 오목 부분의 꼭대기 부분인 가랑이 아래 바닥면으로부터 아래 방향으로 연장된 다리 삽입부를 갖는 팬츠 본체를 구성하여 팬츠 본체의 가랑이 아래 안쪽에 U자 형태로 구부러진 보조 흡액성 패널의 적어도 양쪽 상단부를 접합시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 구성에 관한 본 고안에 의하면, 기저귀 착용시, 가랑이 아래 부위 전체가 신체의 가랑이 사이에 확실하게 위치함과 동시에, 다리 삽입부의 적어도 안쪽면이 신체의 넓적다리 안쪽을 피복하게 된다. 가랑이 아래에도 흡액성 패널이 위치하고 있기 때문에, 이 부위에서도 배설액을 충분하게 흡수시킬 수 있다.
[실시예]
도면을 참조하여, 본 고안의 실시예에 관한 일회용 기저귀를 예로 들어 본 고안을 설명하면 하기와 같다.
제1도 및 제2도에 있어서, 기저귀 본체(1)는 앞뒷길(2,3)에서 허리 둘레 개구부(4) 및 한 쌍의 다리 삽입부(다리 둘레 개구부)(5)를 갖는 팬츠형으로 구성되어 있다. 앞뒷길(2,3)은 투액성 내면 시이트(6), 불투액성 외면 시이트(7), 내외면 시이트(6,7)의 사이에 개재된 흡액성 패널(8)로 구성되어 있다.
앞뒷길(2,3)의 하단 중앙 부분에는 가랑이 아래 오목 부분(9)이 형성되어 있다. 앞뒷길(2,3)은 가랑이 아래 오목 부분(9)과 양쪽 가장자리 부분(10)을 약간 남겨서 가열 하 또는 초음파 작용 하의 융착 수단에 의해 접합선(11a,11b)을 만들어 일체형으로 접합시키게 된다. 접합선(11b)의 크기, 형태, 곡률 반경은 기저귀가 성인용 또는 유아용인가의 여부에 따라 적절하게 결정할 수 있으나, 앞뒷길(2,3)의 허리 둘레 쪽으로 불록하게 구부리고, 또한, 이에 의해 볼록하게 구부린 접합선(11b)의 꼭대기면(16)보다 아래쪽으로 다리 삽입부(5)의 안쪽 부분이 연장되는 한, 특별하게 문제되지 않는다.
내외면 시이트(6,7)의 허리 둘레 및 다리 둘레에 있어서, 패널(8)로부터 연장된 가장자리 부분사이에서 이의 둘레 방향으로 수축하는 탄성 부재(12,13)를 개재시켜 가장자리 부분을 핫 멜트 접착제 또는 융착 수단으로 단처리를 한다. 내외면 시이트(6,7)의 양쪽 부분에 있어서 패널(8)로부터 연장된 가장자리 부분도 동일한 방법으로 단처리를 한다.
앞뒷길(2,3)의 양쪽 가장자리 및 양쪽 다리 둘레 아래 가장자리는 축선(14)에 대해서 경사져 있으며, 양쪽 가장자리는 축선(14)과 평행한 수직선, 양쪽 다리 둘레 아래 가장자리는 축선(14)에 직교하는 수평선으로 각각 형성되어도 된다.
기저귀 본체(1)의 가랑이 아래 안쪽에는 장방 형태의 흡액성 보조 패널(15)이 갖추어져 있다. 패널(15)은 흡액성 코어(15a)를 투액성 시이트(15b)로 피복하여 구성되고, U자 형태로 구부러져 적어도 이의 양쪽 상단부를 내면 시이트(6)에 접착제로 접합시킨다. 보조 패널(15)은 도시한 바와 같이, 바닥부분의 아래면을 기저귀 본체(1)의 가랑이 아래 내면에서 부상(浮上)되어 있는 것이 바람직하며, 또한, 부상되어 있는 거리, 즉, 패널(15)의 바닥 부분의 아래면과 기저귀 본체(1)의 가랑이 아래 내면과의 거리(S)는 10 mm 이상이 되게하는 것이 바람직하며, 보조 패널(15)의 바닥 부분의 아래 면을 기저귀 본체(1)의 가랑이 아래 내면에 접촉시키는 것을 특히 방해하지 않는다. 또한, 보조 패널(15)은 이의 아래면이 불투액성이어도 되고, 이의 양쪽에서 신축성 플랩을 연장시켜도 된다.
기저귀 본체(1)의 구성 재료로는 공지된 기저귀로 일반적으로 알려져 있는 것을 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 내면 시이트(6)에는 부직포, 바람직하게는 신축성 부직포를 사용할 수 있으며, 외면 시이트(7)에는 플라스틱 필름, 바람직하게는 신축성 부직포의 내면에 신축성 엘라스토머 필름을 라미네이팅시킨 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 패널(8)에는 플랩 펄프에 초흡수성 중합체를 혼합시킨 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 탄성 부재(12,13)에는 천연 고무 또는 합성 고무를 각각 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 패널(15)의 코어(15a)에는 플랩 펄프에 초흡수성 중합체를 혼합시킨 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 코어(15a)를 피복시킨 시이트(15b)에는 부직포, 바람직하게는 신축성 부직포를 사용할 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이 구성된 본 고안에 관한 물품에 의하면, 앞뒷길을 별도로 형성시켜 이를 접합시키는 것으로 구성된 팬츠로서, 이의 가랑이 아래 접합부 위에도 보조 패널이 위치하기 때문에, 가랑이 아래 부위에서 배설액을 충분하게 흡수하여 가랑이 아래 부위 양쪽 가장자리에서 배설액이 새는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 투액성 내면 시이트와 불투액성 외면 시이트의 사이에 흡액성 패널을 개재시킨 앞뒷길에서 허리 둘레 개구부와 한 쌍의 다리 둘레 개구부를 갖는 팬츠를 구성함과 동시에, 이들 개구부에 이의 둘레 방향으로 수축하는 탄성부재를 갖춘 흡수성 팬츠에 있어서, 앞뒷길을 별도로 형성하고, 또한 앞뒷길 각각의 하단 중앙부에 가랑이 아래 오목 부분을 형성하고, 패널 각각을 윤곽의 크기에 있어서 내외면 시이트 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분이 패널 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리로부터 연장되는 정도로 형성하여 내외면 시이트 각각의 바깥 둘레 가장자리 부분을 접합시킴과 동시에, 이들 앞뒷길의 가랑이 아래 오목부분의 가장자리 부분과 이들 앞뒷길 양쪽 가장자리 부분을 각각 접합시켜 가랑이 아래 오목 부분의 꼭대기 부분인 가랑이 아래 바닥면으로부터 아래 방향으로 연장된 다리 삽입부를 갖는 팬츠의 본체를 구성하고, 팬츠의 가랑이 아래 안쪽에서 U자 형태로 구부러진 흡액성 보조 패널의 적어도 양쪽 상단부를 접합시키고, 보조 패널의 바닥 부분 하면과 팬츠 본체의 가랑이 아래 내면과의 이간 거기가 10 mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 팬츠.
  2. 앞뒷길이 가랑이 아래 오목 부분이 허리 둘레 개구부쪽으로 볼록하게 구부러진 접합선을 따라 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 팬츠.
