Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is merely illustrative and is in no way intended to limit the utility model, its application, or uses. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the utility model to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of parts and steps, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments should be construed as merely exemplary, and not as limiting, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown an exploded view of a tortilla device provided by the present invention. As shown in figure 1, the cake pressing device of the cake making machine comprises a main frame 7. The main frame 7 is a component of a main body base structure, and each component can be attached to the main frame 7 for assembly. For example, the main frame 7 may have a substantially square configuration having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall rising above the bottom wall.
A driving component of the cake pressing device is arranged above the main frame 7 and mainly comprises a motor 5, a transmission rod 3 driven by the motor 5 to move in the vertical direction, an upper cover 1 and a lower cover 6 for bearing and installing the motor 5 and the transmission rod 3, and the like. The motor 5 can be rotated at a corresponding speed by current control after the circuit is turned on, and can be rotated in a forward direction or a reverse direction. The drive rod 3 can thus be driven in a vertical direction upwards or downwards by the motor 5. Also, the upper and lower covers 1 and 6 can be coupled to each other with a receiving chamber formed therebetween. At least a part of the electric motor 5 and at least a part of the transmission rod 3 are located in the housing. It should be noted that, here, only the main technical features of the driving assembly are briefly described, and the detailed features of the driving assembly will be further described below with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
A grill pan 8 is movably mounted below the main frame 7, and the grill pan 8 can move upward or downward in the vertical direction with respect to the main frame 7. The upper surface of the baking tray 8 is provided with a fixing part 8a, and the fixing part 8a is movably connected with the lower end head 3a of the transmission rod 3, so that the baking tray 8 can move upwards or downwards along with the transmission rod 3 along the vertical direction. Specifically, the fixing portion 8a may be a small cavity having an upper opening. The diameter of the upper opening of the small cavity is smaller than the lower end head 3a of the transmission rod 3. That is, the lower tip 3a can be received in a small cavity of the fixing portion 8a, and the small cavity does not affect the rotation of the driving lever 3. Along with the rotation of the rotating rod 3, the lower end 3a of the transmission rod 3 can drive the fixing part 8a and further drive the baking tray 8 to move upwards or downwards in the vertical direction.
The lower end of the main frame 7 is fixedly connected with a cake pressing base 9. A partition wall is provided in the middle of the cake pressing base 9, thereby dividing the cake pressing base 9 into two areas, and the baking pan 8 is located above one of the areas of the cake pressing base 9. When the baking tray 8 is moved downward, the baking tray 8 cooperates with the bottom plate of the area to perform a cake pressing operation, i.e., the dough can be pressed into a cake of a predetermined size and shape.
Hereinafter, the driving assembly in the cake pressing device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Figure 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the drive assembly of the tortilla device of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view of the lower cover of the driving assembly of the cake pressing device according to the present invention; and, fig. 4 shows a schematic sectional structure view of a driving assembly of the cake pressing device of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the driving assembly includes an upper cover 1 and a lower cover 6 which can be assembled. And as mentioned above, said lower cover 6 has a housing cavity able to carry at least partially said electric motor 5. And, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 6 each have a central hole through which the driving rod 3 can pass upward and downward from the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 6, respectively. Therefore, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 6 not only do not affect the vertical movement of the transmission rod 3, but also serve as vertical movement guide for the transmission rod 3.
Wherein, aligned shaft holes 6c are provided in opposite sidewalls of the lower cover 6. An output shaft of the motor 5 is rotatably mounted in the shaft hole 6 c.
A damping ring 6a is arranged in at least one of the shaft holes 6c, and the damping ring 6a is sleeved on the output shaft of the motor 5.
Preferably, the damper ring 6a may be a rubber damper ring.
Further, a fixing piece 6b may be further provided in the shaft hole 6c, and the fixing piece 6b is fixedly installed at an outer side of the damper ring 6 a. Thus, the fixing piece 6b is provided outside the damper ring 6a, so that the damper ring 6a can be securely positioned in the shaft hole 6c without falling out.
Preferably, a damper ring 6a and a fixing piece 6b are provided in both of the shaft holes 6 c.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the output shaft of the motor 5 is formed with a turbine 5 a. The turbine 5a is located in the housing chamber of the lower cover 6. Meanwhile, a transmission gear 4 is also rotatably installed in the receiving chamber of the lower cover 6. The transmission gear 4 has external teeth which mesh with the worm wheel 5a, and the transmission gear 4 also has a central threaded bore, the thread of which meshes with the transmission rod 3. Thereby, the transmission gear 4 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the turbine 5a, and the transmission rod 3 can be driven to rotate. The transmission rod 3 can move upwards or downwards along the vertical direction along with the rotation of the transmission rod.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a transmission gear fixing block 2 may be disposed between the upper cover 1 and the transmission gear 4 to limit the transmission gear 4 and ensure that the transmission gear 4 does not shift when rotating.
Preferably, the transmission gear fixing block 2 is arranged above the threaded hole of the transmission gear 4, the upper end of the transmission gear fixing block 2 abuts against the lower surface of the upper cover 1, and the lower end of the transmission gear fixing block 2 abuts against the upper end of the transmission gear 4. In this case, the transmission gear 4 does not shift or move in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction when rotating, and transmission stability can be ensured.
According to the cake pressing device, when the cake pressing operation is carried out, the motor 5 is switched on and then can output rotating power through the turbine 5 in the output shaft of the motor, so that the transmission gear 4 and the transmission rod 3 are sequentially driven to rotate, the transmission rod 3 can move in the vertical direction along with the rotation of the transmission rod 3, and the transmission rod 3 can drive the baking tray 8 to move in the vertical direction.
When the baking tray 8 moves towards the bottom plate of the cake pressing base 9 along the vertical direction, the cake pressing operation can be completed. In the cake pressing operation, as the output shaft of the motor 5 is sleeved with the damping ring 6a, the vibration between the motor 5 and other parts can be effectively reduced, and the noise of the cake pressing device can be obviously reduced.
In conclusion, according to the cake pressing device provided by the utility model, vibration and noise generated by a rotary driving device such as a motor can be effectively reduced, so that the working stability of the automatic cake making machine can be ensured, and the use feeling of a user is improved.
So far, some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made in the above embodiments or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope and spirit of the utility model. The scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims.
