技术领域

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种液密防漏包装箱,其可机械地胶合,使得该包装是由单片瓦楞纸板制成的包装箱。
根据操作场合,本发明中使用的瓦楞纸板是双层或三层常规纸板。如果材料需要特殊性能,例如为了防止油脂、湿气和气体通过,可对瓦楞纸板的衬板进行涂塑,或者在纸层之间层压塑料薄膜。塑料用作阻挡材料,使得包装箱就其结构和材料而言都是防漏的和液密的。瓦楞纸板中通常使用的塑料例如是聚乙烯、聚酯和聚丙烯。
上述PCT/FI2016/050662说明书中描述了现有技术。所提及的解决方案主要用于较轻的负载,因此在将它竖立时根本不需要胶水。由于机械胶合的结构,根据本发明的解决方案承受比根据现有技术的解决方案大得多的负载。从技术上讲,本发明具有本质上的区别;例如,用于实现防漏拐角的拐角表面位于包装箱的短边的外侧上。在端部形成有大的胶合折板,该胶合折板在胶合阶段中折叠到长边上。这样,该结构坚固并且具有抗扭刚性。在本发明中,利用双重折叠在所有边上形成了一种极为坚固的梁结构,该梁结构比以前更加固了该结构。作为该解决方案的结果,在本发明中不需要常规的堆叠平面,而是由形成梁结构的肩部执行相同的任务。与常规解决方案相比,它们更窄并且不会妨碍装箱和拆箱。同样重要的是,如果需要的话,可以对根据本发明的解决方案增加堆叠卡爪和用于它们的配对孔洞,使得当将包装箱彼此上下堆叠时,包装箱能够保留在合适的位置。另外,根据本发明的液密防漏包装箱的端部的新结构使得能够使用所谓的普通把手。根据现有技术,在液密防漏的包装箱中不能形成便于搬运的相应的堆叠卡爪或把手。
根据图1和2,根据本发明的箱坯具有底面1和折叠表面2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、 11、12。更具体地,折叠表面是:长边的内部竖直表面2,短边的内部竖直表面3,短边的外部竖直表面8和短边的胶合折板4。短边的从折叠线21、22折叠的可双重折叠的肩部形成刚性梁结构5。用以产生防漏的拐角结构的长边的拐角表面6和短边的拐角表面7 形成折叠线17。长边的从折叠线23、24折叠的可双重折叠的肩部形成刚性梁结构9。长边的外部竖直表面11和12以这样的方式被折叠:竖直表面11形成长边的顶部部分,而竖直表面12形成底部部分,并且折叠线16位于它们之间。
根据图1,通过这些折叠表面,从一个模切的坯件获得了利用胶合作为辅助手段形成的机械地形成的包装箱,该箱具有形成液密防漏的拐角结构的折叠表面2、3、6和7。根据图2和3,长边的拐角表面6和短边的拐角表面7从折叠线17彼此抵靠地折叠以实现防漏的拐角结构。在本发明中重要的是,短边的拐角表面7被折叠以附接到短边的竖直表面3的外表面上,即附接到包装箱的外表面上。
另外,对于本发明来说重要的是,短侧的可双重折叠的梁结构5连同短边的外部竖直表面8一起从折叠线21、22被折叠到短端的表面3的外表面上,即折叠到包装箱的外表面上。更具体地,以使得竖直表面8抵靠表面3的外表面被折叠并且附接到防漏拐角的表面6上的方式。可双重折叠的梁结构5确保了为所述表面至少保留出长边的拐角表面6和短边的拐角表面7的组合材料厚度所需的空间。这样,拐角表面6、7紧密地安放在表面3和8之间,但不会在瓦楞纸板的蜂窝结构中引起压裂。
从本发明的观点来看,胶合折板4是极为重要的,所述折板抵靠长边的表面2的外表面被折叠,所述折板通过胶合而附接到所述外表面上。这样,在所有情况下都确保了箱拐角的抗扭刚度。此后,长边的形成梁结构9的可双重折叠的肩部利用长边的外部竖直表面11和12从折叠线23、24被折叠到箱的外侧,使得胶合折板4保留在内部竖直表面2与外部竖直表面11和12之间。将长边的表面11和12抵靠胶合折板4进行胶合使结构变直。表面11和12之间的折叠线16有助于胶合并且用于长边的变直,从而用作额外的加强件。可双重折叠的梁结构9确保至少为胶合折板4保留了胶合折板4的材料厚度所需的空间。这样,胶合折板4被紧紧地安放在表面2、11和12之间,但不会导致瓦楞纸板的蜂窝结构的压裂。由于双重折叠的梁结构9,通过将长边的外表面11和12胶合到胶合折板4上而实现的附接确保了非常刚性的长边。由于要折叠在包装箱的外侧上的双重折叠,在箱的所有边上形成了刚性的梁结构9和5,该梁结构还防止了各边在应力作用下鼓起。根据图3和4,双重折叠的梁结构9和5的优点之一是在壁2、3和8、 11、12之间形成气隙26,该气隙26改善了箱的隔热性并用作缓冲器。由于梁结构9、5,箱可以安全地彼此上下堆叠。
根据图3,在制成的包装箱中,通过折叠线21、22、23、24的双重折叠导致的肩部——其形成梁结构5和9——极为坚固。这样,不需要现有技术中顶部部分的单独的堆叠平面,并且当具有合适的宽度时也可以容易地进行箱的填充。换句话说,由于在箱的外侧上折叠的双折痕21、22、23、24,所以在箱的所有侧面上形成了刚性的梁结构9和 5,该梁结构还防止了侧面在应力下的鼓出。双折梁9的优点之一是在壁2、3和8、11、 12之间形成的气隙,该气隙改善了箱的绝热性。由于梁的作用,箱可以安全地彼此上下堆叠。
由于折叠线13,长边2与防漏拐角结构6、7和胶合折板4一起形成向内的锥体。换句话说,长边2的内顶部部分朝向包装箱的内部部分倾斜。通过在底面1与长边2之间形成折叠线13以使其相对于折叠线14倾斜来形成锥形结构。更具体地,以使得当从底面1看去时折叠线13相对于长边的直折叠线14朝向短边的竖直表面3方向向内倾斜的方式。这样,短边的端部3的更靠近坯件的底面1的内部折叠线15的长度比端部3 的外部折叠线21的长度长。折叠线21同时是双重折痕的折叠线21、22的相对于底面1 的内部折叠线21。这样,在内部折叠线15的更靠近折叠线13的端点18与端部3的外部折叠线21的端点19之间形成有相对于坯件的底面1倾斜的折叠线13。内部折叠线15 与倾斜折叠线13之间的角度A小于90°,最优选地在89°-85°的范围内。
根据图1,长边2与长边的拐角表面6之间的角度B为90°。根据图4,当从包装箱的端部看去时,从成品包装箱的外侧观察,长边11、12在点18和25处成90度直角。向外折叠的双重折痕的折叠线23、24形成与边11和12成90度角的梁结构9。由于该直角,当多个包装箱彼此并排时,在堆叠时不会出现间隙。
然而,特别重要的是由包装箱的折叠线13形成的内锥体结构。当从图4的包装箱的端部看去时,根据点18和19,成品包装箱在其在宽度方向上的内部尺寸方面呈锥形向内倾斜。根据图1,当折叠线13相对于折痕14倾斜时,长边的内部竖直表面2在形成包装箱时向内偏转,其程度等于折叠线的折痕线13的角度A与角度B之间的度数差 (落在1-5°的范围内)。
在根据该实施例的一种应用中,角度A为86.3°,这样,在该实施例中,成品包装箱的内部锥形结构产生的倾斜角度为3.7°,通常该角度在1-5°的范围内。这样,内部锥形结构用作结构缓冲器,从而在包装箱的顶部部分中留出气隙26并且加强了包装箱。重要的是,这样避免了包装箱侧面的向外鼓出,在这种情况下,可以安全地将包装箱彼此上下堆叠。
根据图5,除了以上描述的内容之外,在根据本发明的防漏液密包装箱中还形成有堆叠卡爪28和用于所述卡爪的配对孔洞27,堆叠卡爪28锁定在所述孔洞中。更具体地,堆叠卡爪28以这样的方式形成在梁结构9中:它们从一条长边28.2和两条短边28.3、 28.4被切开,并且如果需要的话还从折叠线的第二长边28.1向上折叠,从而形成竖直紧固件。配对的孔洞27以这样的方式形成在长边的下部竖直表面12和胶合折板4中:在它们之中切出对应于堆叠卡爪28的腔。这样,完全竖立的防漏液密包装箱中的堆叠卡爪 28的功能是确保包装箱彼此上下堆叠并就位。下面的箱的顶面上的堆叠卡爪28被放置在其上方的箱的底部中的配对孔洞27的孔内。根据本发明的结构的新颖之处在于,即使将堆叠卡爪28添加至该结构,箱的内部也保持完全防漏。
包装箱端部的把手孔洞10(其中有折板10.1)对于本发明也是很重要的。把手孔洞10从端部的表面8形成,折板10.1抵靠包装箱被折叠,双折叠线21、22和梁结构5在提起箱时为手指留出了空间。以前在液密防漏包装箱中尚不能形成这些类型的把手孔洞。把手孔洞对于允许安全操作重型包装箱并将其彼此上下堆叠极为重要。在这种情况下,根据本发明的解决方案包括在根据现有技术的解决方案中不会出现的许多新颖的和有创造性的特征。
对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是,本发明不限于以上描述的实施例,而是可以在本申请所描述的范围内变化。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,所述坯件包括底面(1)、所述箱的长边的内部竖直表面(2)、所述箱的短边的内部竖直表面(3)、所述短边的拐角结构的拐角表面(7)、所述长边的拐角表面(6)以及它们之间的折叠线(17),使得所述表面(2)、(3)、(6)和(7)利用胶合为辅助手段形成机械地竖立的液密防漏的拐角结构,其特征在于,为了实现抗扭刚性和坚固的结构,用于包装箱的所述坯件还包括:
-位于所述短边的竖直表面(3)与所述液密防漏箱的拐角表面(7)之间的折叠线(13),当从所述底面(1)观察时,所述折叠线相对于所述折叠线(14)沿所述竖直表面(3)方向向内倾斜,
-所述短边的外部竖直表面(8)以及位于其两侧的胶合折板(4),
-所述短边的折叠线(21,22)和其间的可双重折叠的梁结构(5)、以及所述长边的折叠线(23,24)和其间的可双重折叠的梁结构(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,其特征在于,所述短边的端部(3)的更靠近所述底面(1)内部折叠线(15)的长度比所述端部(3)的外部折叠线(21)长,在这种情况下,在所述内部折叠线(15)的端点(18)与所述外部折叠线(21)的端点(19)之间形成有倾斜的折叠线(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,其特征在于,所述内部折叠线(15)与所述倾斜的折叠线(13)之间的角度A小于90°,并且所述长边(2)与所述长边的拐角表面(6)之间的角度B为90°。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,其特征在于,所述内部折叠线(15)与所述倾斜的折叠线(13)之间的角度A在89°-85°的范围内,并且所述长边(2)与所述长边的拐角表面(6)之间的角度B为90°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,其特征在于,所述坯件包括所述长边的外部竖直表面(11)、(12),所述竖直表面(11)形成所述长边的顶部部分,所述竖直表面(12)形成所述竖直表面(12)的底部部分,并且所述折叠线(16)位于两者之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,其特征在于,所述坯件包括堆叠卡爪(28)和用于它们的配对孔洞(27),所述堆叠卡爪(28)锁定在所述孔洞中,使得所述堆叠卡爪(28)形成在所述梁结构(9)中,从一条长边(28.2)和两条短边(28.3,28.4)并且如果需要的话从折叠线的第二长边(28.1)形成切口,在所述长边的下部竖直表面(12)和所述胶合折板(4)中形成所述配对孔洞(27),使得在两者中切出对应于所述堆叠卡爪(28)的腔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于防漏液密包装箱的由瓦楞纸板制成的一体式坯件,其特征在于,所述坯件包括把手孔洞(10),其具有形成在所述短边的表面(8)中的折板(10.1)。
8.一种由瓦楞纸板制成的防漏液密包装箱,所述包装箱利用胶合作为辅助手段机械地竖立,使得借助于竖直表面(2)、(3)和拐角表面(6,7)以及所述拐角表面(6,7)之间的折叠线(17)形成了液密防漏的拐角结构,其特征在于,可彼此上下堆叠的、结构坚固、具有抗扭刚性的所述防漏液密包装箱包括:
-沿着所述折叠线(17)折叠的拐角表面(6,7),所述表面被折叠并胶合到所述短边的内部竖直表面(3)的外表面上,

-位于所述外部竖直表面(8)两端处的胶合折板(4),所述胶合折板抵靠所述长边的内部竖直表面(2)被折叠并胶合,
-所述短边的折叠线(21,22)和它们之间的可双重折叠的梁结构(5)、以及所述长边的折叠线(23,24)和它们之间的可双重折叠的梁结构(9),使得在所述包装箱的所有侧面上形成刚性的、抗负载的梁结构(5)和(9)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的由瓦楞纸板制成的防漏液密包装箱,其特征在于,借助于所述倾斜的折叠线(13),所述侧面的竖直表面(2)的顶部部分朝向所述包装箱的内部部分倾斜,使得所述竖直表面(2)连同所述拐角表面(6,7)和所述胶合折板(4)一起形成向内的锥体。
10.根据权利要求8所述的由瓦楞纸板制成的防漏液密包装箱,其特征在于,借助于由所述双重折痕的向外折叠的所述折叠线(23,24)形成的所述梁结构(9)与所述长边的竖直表面(11)和(12)成90度角。
11.根据权利要求8所述的由瓦楞纸板制成的防漏液密包装箱,其特征在于,在所述梁结构(9)中形成有堆叠卡爪(28)和用于它们的配对孔洞(27),在所述长边的下部竖直表面(12)和所述胶合折板(4)中形成所述配对孔洞(27),使得在它们之中切出对应于所述堆叠卡爪(28)的腔。
12.根据权利要求8所述的由瓦楞纸板制成的防漏液密包装箱,其特征在于,在所述短边的表面(8)中形成有具有折板(10.1)的把手孔洞(10)。
