The U-shaped water pipe 41 is communicated with the high-pressure water pump 43 in the following way, as shown in fig. 3, the middle point of the bottom section of the U-shaped water pipe 41 is communicated with a water guide pipe 44, the water guide pipe 44 horizontally penetrates through the anti-sputtering plate 2 and is communicated with the water outlet of the high-pressure water pump 43 after being bent downwards, the high-pressure water pump 43 is fixed with a mounting seat 45 through bolts and is welded and fixed on the outer wall of the water tank base 1, the water inlet of the high-pressure water pump 43 is communicated with the inner cavity of the water tank base 1, and therefore the technical requirement that the high-pressure water pump 43 extracts the.
In order to improve the water spray cleaning effect, as shown in fig. 3, the plurality of high pressure nozzles 42 are inclined toward the vertical center line of the anti-spattering plate 2, so that by optimizing the water spray direction of the high pressure nozzles 42, on one hand, the hidden danger that water spray splashes out of the anti-spattering plate 2 is further reduced, and on the other hand, the water spray direction and the pulled air deflector have a relative movement direction, thereby improving the water spray cleaning effect.
The brush holder 51 is movably mounted on the supporting frame 31 in the following manner, as shown in fig. 4, two sliding posts 54 welded and fixed on the brush holder 51 are in sliding, inserting and matching with the supporting frame 31, so as to meet the technical requirement that the brush holder 51 is movably mounted on the supporting frame 31; a compression spring 55 is padded between the brush seats 51 and the support frame 31, so that the two brush seats 51 are pushed to approach each other by utilizing the elastic potential energy of the compression spring 55, the brush cylinders 52 on the two brush seats 51 are ensured to be tightly attached to the air deflector, and the wiping and cleaning effect is effectively improved; two scissor-type stabilizing structures 56 are mounted between the brush holder 51 and the support frame 31 to ensure stability of the brush holder 51.
The specific structure of wiping structure is as follows, as shown in fig. 5, every brush holder 51 all rotates and connects two brush section of thick bamboo 52, thereby improve and wipe the cleaning performance, two brush section of thick bamboo 52 are coaxial fixed with pivot 57 respectively, pivot 57 top run through brush holder 51 and detect respectively and be fixed with driven gear 58, driving motor 53 bolt fastening is in brush holder 51's top surface, its output shaft keyway is fixed with driving gear 59 with two driven gear 58 meshing simultaneously, thereby driving motor 53 can pass through the cooperation of driving gear 59 and two driven gear 58, drive two brush section of thick bamboo 52 simultaneously, and then realize the technological effect of two brush section of thick bamboo 52 of single power source simultaneous drive.
The high-pressure air pump 62 supplies air pressure to the two air knives 61 in the following manner, as shown in fig. 3, an air guide pipe 63 is fixed on an air outlet flange of the high-pressure air pump 62, and the air guide pipe 63 penetrates into the anti-sputtering plate 2 and then is simultaneously communicated with the two air knives 61, so that the technical requirement that the high-pressure air pump 62 supplies air pressure to the two air knives 61 is met; it should be noted that the blowing directions of the two air knives 61 are inclined inwards, so that the blowing directions of the two air knives 61 are optimized, on one hand, the hidden danger that the cleaning solution is brought out by the air deflector is reduced, on the other hand, the blowing directions are opposite to the moving directions of the air deflector, and further, the drying effect is improved.
