preoperative design: 1. taking the position of the wound of the patient facing upwards, and setting a crochet hook needle inserting point with a marking pen 1-2cm away from the edge of the wound, wherein if a cavity gap appears below the skin edge, the crochet needle inserting point can be properly widened to 2-3cm away from the edge of the wound; at the moment, an operator and an assistant simulate a crochet needle inserting point by fingers, and the inserting point is symmetrically arranged; pushing skin around the wound to the center of the wound, determining the condensation effect of the wound, the displacement condition of a skin flap between needle insertion points of a crochet needle and the folding condition of the skin flap, properly adjusting the skin displacement condition and the folding condition of the skin flap, ensuring that the skin at the edge of the wound is too folded and too dispersed after the wound is polymerized as far as possible, and finally confirming the position of each needle insertion point and marking; confirming the number of needle insertion points, and preparing a crochet needle according to the number of the needle insertion points; 2. measuring the diameter of the wound, selecting a proper size annular framework (the annular framework is required to completely cover the wound), and assembling components of the annular skin stretching closer except for the crochet hook according to the determined number of needle points and the position of each needle point.
