技术领域
本实用新型属于干燥机技术领域,涉及一种封闭式双层滤饼干燥机防尘网清堵装置。
背景技术
干燥机是一种利用热能降低物料水分的机械设备;滤饼干燥机,是一种对压滤机操作形成的滤饼进行连续烘干后续处理的设备,通过加热常压对流空气使滤饼中的湿分汽化逸出,以获得规定湿含量的固体物料;封闭式双层滤饼干燥机,是一种整机使用厢体封闭式、具有双层丝网输送带的滤饼干燥机,封闭的目的是为了防止干燥过程滤饼扬尘危害、异味排放和减少热量损失。
A形防尘网是滤饼干燥机的重要部件,安装在上层丝网传送带的支架上,用于防止滤饼粉尘随热空气和水蒸气上升通过管道进入换热厢的除湿机构(包括循环冷风机、冷凝器、冷水蒸发器、冷水压缩机等);粉尘堵网是一种难免的自然现象,防尘网设计为A形,是为了扩大对粉尘的过滤面积,延长粉尘堵塞防尘网的周期,相对减少清洗频率,保证热空气和水蒸气畅通。
现有的A形防尘网,存在以下缺陷:无配套的不停机清洗装置,需要定期停机拆开干燥机上厢体防尘护罩的隔热板,才能拆下A形防尘网,人工清洗后装回,人工清洗又脏又累、水洗需要专用场地,气吹又扬尘四起,污染周边工作环境,劳人伤网、停工误产,影响干燥机的生产效率;如清洗不及时,还影响滤饼干化效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有的A形防尘网存在人工清洗的缺陷,解决相应的技术问题,提供一种干燥机A形防尘网配套的不停机反吹高压空气清堵装置及相应封闭式干燥机。
本实用新型解决现有技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种干燥机防尘网反吹清堵装置,与现有技术相比,其具有突出的实质性特点(整体特征)在于,充分利用干燥机空余的封闭式厢体空间,在防尘网上巧妙地增设配套的不停机多排反吹(与粉尘运动相反的方向吹的方法)密喷高压空气清堵装置,该反吹清堵装置主要由高压空气总管、高压空气横管、高压空气分管、分流连接管、反吹扇形喷嘴等组成;除反吹扇形喷嘴外,其它全部采用不锈钢管材料,焊接成型;每根高压空气分管长与A形防尘网相等,两端封闭,上面居中开口与分流连接管焊接,两侧错位均匀排列密布反吹扇形喷嘴,形成密喷形式;高压空气分管排数与A形防尘网段数(A形顶尖数)相等,形成多排形式;反吹清堵装置安装在防尘网上,使反吹扇形喷嘴处于两个A形防尘网中间;高压空气总管通过软管与气源阀门连接,需要清洗时,不需要停机即可打开气源阀门,高压空气通过多排密喷的反吹扇形喷嘴呈扇形反吹A形防尘网,全面扫盲式快捷清洗,使防尘网在运行中轻松再生,清尘不扬尘。
进一步地,设置的高压空气总管,附加结构特征是,一端具有与高压空气横管外圆相吻的弧面,另一端具有两段平行的螺纹,利于和高压空气源软管连接。
进一步地,设置的高压空气横管,附加结构特征是,两端封闭,上面具有与高压空气总管相吻的进气孔,下面具有均布的与分流连接管相吻的分流孔。
进一步地,设置的分流连接管,附加结构特征是,两端具有分别于高压空气横管分流孔和高压空气分管进气孔相吻的弧面。
进一步地,设置的反吹扇形喷嘴,附加结构特征是,一端具有高压空气分管出气孔相吻的弧面,焊接在高压空气分管出气孔上;另一端具有喷气呈扇形的喷嘴,喷嘴口具有V型槽使喷气形状为扇形,喷射角度60°,采用不锈钢材料机加工而成。
本实用新型还提供一种封闭式干燥机,该封闭式干燥机使用本实用新型提供的干燥机防尘网反吹清堵装置。
本实用新型显著的进步是,具有不停机反吹清尘不扬尘、全面快捷、操作简单、安装方便等优点;有益效果是大幅度降低了清堵的劳动强度,节省了清洗场地,消除了清尘时扬尘污染,提高了干燥机的生产效率,保证了滤饼干化质量,填补了封闭式干燥机防尘网反吹清堵方法的空白。

本实用新型解决了现有的A形防尘网无配套的不停机清洗装置,人工清洗又脏又累、水洗需要专用场地,气吹又扬尘四起、污染周边工作环境,劳人伤网、停工误产的问题。
实施例2
一种使用本实用新型的封闭式双层滤饼干燥机,主要由滤饼输送机构、滤饼切条机构、干料运输机构、热循环机构、除湿机构等部分构成;本实用新型的防尘网反吹清堵装置9安装在A形防尘网5上,A形防尘网安装在干料运输机构上层丝网传送带的支架上。封闭式干燥机工作流程为:将滤饼经输送带输送至干燥机的滤饼切条装置中,经粉碎、切条处理后连续落入干燥机封闭室内第一层丝网带8上,热循环机构的空调加热形成65 ℃左右高温环境,循环热风机7等提供对流热空气,对长条形滤饼进行高温干化,干化后的滤饼运输到干料运输机构的第二层丝网带8上,A形防尘网6拦截粉尘,反吹清堵装置9清洗防尘网6,除湿机构的循环冷风机等进行15℃左右低温冷凝除湿,冷凝水靠自重流出,最后将湿含量合格的的滤饼随丝网传送带运送至干料仓。本机进料含水率55%-83%,出料含水率3%-50%自由可调,节能环保、滤饼干化效果好、生产效率高、无滤饼扬尘危害。
本实用新型具有不停机反吹清尘不扬尘、全面快捷、操作简单、安装方便等优点;有益效果是大幅度降低了清堵的劳动强度,节省了清洗场地,消除了清尘时扬尘污染,提高了干燥机的生产效率,保证了滤饼干化效果与质量。

1.一种干燥机防尘网反吹清堵装置,主要由高压空气总管、高压空气横管、高压空气分管、分流连接管、反吹扇形喷嘴组成;其特征在于,充分利用干燥机空余的封闭式厢体空间,在防尘网上巧妙地增设配套的不停机多排反吹密喷高压空气清堵装置;除反吹扇形喷嘴外,其它全部采用不锈钢管材料,焊接成型;每根高压空气分管长与A形防尘网相等,两端封闭,上面居中开口与分流连接管焊接,两侧错位均匀排列密布反吹扇形喷嘴,形成密喷形式;高压空气分管排数与A形防尘网段数相等,形成多排形式;反吹清堵装置安装在防尘网上,使反吹扇形喷嘴处于两个A形防尘网中间;高压空气总管通过软管与气源阀门连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干燥机防尘网反吹清堵装置,其特征在于,设置的高压空气总管,一端具有与高压空气横管外圆相吻的弧面,另一端具有两段平行的螺纹;设置的高压空气横管,两端封闭,上面具有与高压空气总管相吻的进气孔,下面具有均布的与分流连接管相吻的分流孔;设置的分流连接管,两端具有分别于高压空气横管分流孔和高压空气分管进气孔相吻的弧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种干燥机防尘网反吹清堵装置,其特征在于,设置的反吹扇形喷嘴,一端具有高压空气分管出气孔相吻的弧面,焊接在高压空气分管出气孔上;另一端具有喷气呈扇形的喷嘴,喷嘴口具有V型槽使喷气形状为扇形,喷射角度60°,采用不锈钢材料机加工而成。
