Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电池包,尤其涉及一种足式机器人的电池包。本实用新型提供的电池包,包括电池包面板和滑扣,滑扣包括卡舌,电池包面板两侧分别设有空腔,滑扣可于空腔内滑动,滑扣与电池包面板之间设有弹性元件;当弹性元件对滑扣施加弹性力并使其与空腔的一侧抵接时,卡舌伸出到电池包面板外侧;当外力克服弹性元件提供的弹性力,使滑扣与空腔的另一侧抵接时,卡舌完全收缩到电池包面板内部。通过滑扣结构的设置,使电池包在机器人机身内固定可靠,取出方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池包,尤其涉及了一种足式机器人的电池包。
背景技术
目前,足式机器人行走环境复杂,在面临较崎岖的行走路面时,机身内的零部件会产生较大的震动,因此需要对其进行可靠的固定;但对机身内的电池包来说,需要频繁对其拆卸进行充电,又有拆卸方便的需求;因此,对机身内的电池包来说,需要其具有一种既固定可靠,又拆卸方便的结构。
进一步地,电池包安装在机器人机身内部时,电池包与机身结合处需要具有防水结构,防止液体进入到机身内部,但对电池包进行拆卸时,该防水结构又不能影响电池包的正常拆卸,因此电池包需要一种既密封防水,又拆卸方便的结构。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的之一在于提供一种固定可靠、拆卸方便的电池包。
本实用新型的目的之二在于提供一种既密封防水,又拆卸方便的电池包。
本实用新型的目的之三在于提供一种足式机器人,包括上述电池包。
本实用新型的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种电池包,包括电池包面板和滑扣,所述滑扣包括卡舌,所述电池包面板两侧分别设有空腔,所述滑扣可于所述空腔内滑动,所述滑扣与所述电池包面板之间设有弹性元件;
当所述弹性元件对所述滑扣施加弹性力并使其与所述空腔的一侧抵接时,所述卡舌伸出到所述电池包面板外侧;当外力克服所述弹性元件提供的弹性力,使所述滑扣与所述空腔的另一侧相靠近时,所述卡舌收缩到所述电池包面板内部。
在上述方案中,通过滑扣和卡舌结构的配合,当电池包放入机器人机身内部时,卡舌在弹性元件提供的弹性力的作用下,伸出到电池包外侧并保持伸出状态,卡舌能与机器人机身内部相卡接,进而起到可靠的将电池包固定于机器人机身内部的目的;当需要取出电池包进行充电或维修的时候,对滑扣施加力以克服弹性元件的弹性力,使滑扣移动,进而卡舌缩入到电池包面板内部,即可将电池包轻松从机器人机身内部取出。该方案电池包在机身内的固定可靠,取出方便。
进一步地,所述卡舌为楔形,所述楔形卡舌的斜面朝向所述电池包底部。卡舌设计为楔形,并且其斜面朝向电池包底部,当向机器人机身内部放入电池包,卡舌与机身接触时,机身能对卡舌的斜面施加力,进而使卡舌缩入到电池包面板内部,方便电池包的放入;当电池包放入机身内部后,卡舌的斜面与机身脱离接触,在弹性元件施加的弹性力作用下,卡舌弹出,起到固定电池包的作用。
本实用新型的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
电池包还包括密封圈和电池包壳体,所述电池包壳体或所述电池包面板具有安装所述密封圈的密封槽;当所述密封圈安装于所述密封槽内时,所述密封圈边缘凸出于所述密封槽。密封圈凸出于密封槽,当电池包放入机器人的机身内部后,密封圈与机器人机身相贴合,进而起到密封作用;取出电池包的时候密封圈即与机身脱离接触,方便取出。
进一步地,所述电池包还包括设于其内部的电池组和集线板,所述电池组两端分别设有导电排,所述导电排包括第一导电部和第二导电部,所述第一导电部与所述电池组端部电连接,所述第二导电部与所述集线板电连接;所述第二导电部成排相对设于所述集线板上,所述集线板设于所述电池组侧部。集线板的位置设置在电池组的侧部,使电池组两端分别到集线板的距离最短,从而连接电池组电极间的导电排的第一导电部可以直接电连接到集线板,最直接的走线、最短的走线距离即可实现集线板和电池组的连接,没有冗余的引线,电池包内的结构更紧凑可靠。
进一步地,所述电池包还包括电源管理单元和接口板,所述集线板和所述接口板分别与所述电源管理单元电连接。电源管理单元包括电源管理板,主要用于控制、管理电池组,接口板主要用于电池包的充放电。接口板可根据实际需要设置在电池包的另外几侧。
在该方案中,电池包通过设置导电排和集线板,将电池组通过导电排集成到集线板上后再连接到电源管理单元上,集线板的设计使电池包内部结构紧凑,集成度高;并且,电池芯的引线相互之间不会产生干涉,进而电池包不易发生故障,还便于电池包的安装和维修。

进一步地,所述电池包壳体相对两侧面上设有散热通风孔。散热通风孔的设置,可使电池组在使用过程中产生的热量及时散发,避免了电池包内的热量累积而使电池包的局部温度过高,发生故障,有利于大电流的充放电。

卡舌2为楔形,所述楔形卡舌2的斜面朝向所述电池包底部。卡舌2设计为楔形,当向机器人机身内部放入电池包,卡舌2与机身接触时,机身能对卡舌2的斜面施加力,进而使卡舌2缩入到电池包面板 8内部,方便电池包的放入;当电池包放入机身内部后,卡舌2的斜面与机身脱离接触,在弹性元件12施加的弹性力作用下,卡舌2弹出,起到固定电池包的作用。并且卡舌2的斜面朝向电池包底部,即可保证斜面始终朝向电池包放入机身的方向,在电池包放入机身时,机身能对卡舌2施加使其缩入到电池包面板 8内的力。

电池包还包括密封圈和电池包壳体3,在电池包壳体3或者电池包面板 8开设有安装所述密封圈的密封槽11;当所述密封圈安装于所述密封槽11内时,所述密封圈边缘凸出于所述密封槽11。保证密封圈凸出于密封槽11,当电池包放入机器人的机身内部后,密封圈与机器人机身相贴合,进而起到密封作用,防止外界液体进入到机身内部;取出电池包的时候密封圈即与机身脱离接触,方便取出。

本实用新型增设电源管理单元和接口板的实施例:
电池包还包括电源管理单元和接口板,集线板10和接口板分别与所述电源管理单元电连接。电源管理单元包括电源管理板,主要用于控制、管理电池组5,接口板主要用于电池包的充放电。接口板可根据实际需要设置在电池包的另外几侧。在该方案中,电池包通过设置导电排13和集线板10,将电池组5通过导电排13集成到集线板10上后再连接到电源管理单元上,集线板10的设计使电池包内部结构紧凑,集成度高;并且,电池芯的引线相互之间不会产生干涉,进而电池包不易发生故障,还便于电池包的安装和维修。
本实用新型增设动力线缆9和散热通风孔18的实施例:
电池包还包括与所述电池包壳体3固定连接的电池包底板4,所述电源管理单元和所述集线板10依次设于所述电池包面板 8和所述电池组5侧部之间,所述接口板设于所述电池包底板4和所述电池组5侧部之间。电源管理单元设于电池包面板 8一侧,电源管理单元上的按键、显示灯等可直接和电池包面板 8连接。电源管理板和集线板10平行叠加在一起,结构紧凑占用空间少,相互之间的电气连接也更加简单方便可靠。电池包还包括动力线缆9,所述接口板通过所述动力线缆9和所述电源管理单元电连接。电池包壳体3相对两侧面上设有散热通风孔18。散热通风孔18的设置,可使电池组5在使用过程中产生的热量及时散发,避免了电池包内的热量累积而使电池包的局部温度过高,发生故障,有利于大电流的充放电。
本实用新型还提供一种足式机器人,该足式机器人包括上述电池包。
上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本实用新型保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种电池包,其特征在于,包括电池包面板(8)和滑扣(1),所述滑扣(1)包括卡舌(2),所述电池包面板(8)两侧分别设有空腔,所述滑扣(1)可于所述空腔内滑动,所述滑扣(1)与所述电池包面板(8)之间设有弹性元件(12);
当所述弹性元件(12)对所述滑扣(1)施加弹性力并使其与所述空腔的一侧抵接时,所述卡舌(2)伸出到所述电池包面板(8)外侧;当外力克服所述弹性元件(12)提供的弹性力,使所述滑扣(1)与所述空腔的另一侧相靠近时,所述卡舌(2)收缩到所述电池包面板(8)内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述卡舌(2)为楔形,所述楔形卡舌(2)的斜面朝向所述电池包底部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括密封圈和电池包壳体(3),所述电池包壳体(3)或所述电池包面板(8)具有安装所述密封圈的密封槽(11);当所述密封圈安装于所述密封槽(11)内时,所述密封圈边缘凸出于所述密封槽(11)。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括设于其内部的电池组(5)和集线板(10),所述电池组(5)两端分别设有导电排(13),所述导电排(13)包括第一导电部(14)和第二导电部(15),所述第一导电部(14)与所述电池组(5)端部电连接,所述第二导电部(15)与所述集线板(10)电连接;所述第二导电部(15)成排相对设于所述集线板(10)上,所述集线板(10)设于所述电池组(5)侧部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括电源管理单元和接口板,所述集线板(10)和所述接口板分别与所述电源管理单元电连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括与所述电池包壳体(3)固定连接的电池包底板(4),所述电源管理单元和所述集线板(10)依次设于所述电池包面板(8)和所述电池组(5)侧部之间,所述接口板设于所述电池包底板(4)和所述电池组(5)侧部之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括动力线缆(9),所述接口板通过所述动力线缆(9)和所述电源管理单元电连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包壳体(3)相对两侧面上设有散热通风孔(18)。
9.一种足式机器人,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一所述的电池包。
