Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种转椅托盘,尤其是涉及一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的转椅托盘无法对靠背的倾仰力度进行调节,并且多档调节时需要较大的力,操作较为繁杂等的技术问题。本实用新型包括座位固定板(1),所述的座位固定板(1)上活动连接有底板(2),底板上通过轴(3)连接有中间座(4),底板的一侧设有锁片(5),锁片上横向排列有多道调节槽(6),调节槽内设有滑块(7),滑块连接有位置调节杆(8),位置调节杆穿接在定位板(9)上,定位板固定在座位固定板上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种转椅托盘,尤其是涉及一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘。
背景技术
目前公知的转椅托盘由上托盘、下托粱、支轴及弹簧装置零部件组成,上托盘与转椅座椅背面固定后,转椅即可绕支轴作适当俯仰,可使使用者有舒适感。中国专利公开了一种托盘(授权公告号:CN 2587252Y),其主要包括底板、活动座、锥形管、和调节装置,活动座固定连接在底板,在活动座的另一侧设有一块锥管固定板,锥管固定板和活动座以及锥形管之间呈固定连接;调节装置包括有调节杆、调节板、扭簧、扭簧固定板,调节杆穿插在活动座内,调节板固定连接在调节杆***活动座内的一端上,调节板的一面接触气压棒,另一面与扭簧连接;在调节板的另一面上设有调节板止旋片;用铆钉把活动座铆接在底板上,在活动座的中央位置焊接锥形管,扭簧和扭簧固定板都绕置在铆钉上,扭簧的一端固定在扭簧固定板上,在调节板上有一个调节板凸泡;托盘设有一锁紧机构,锁紧机构主要包括固定块、铆钉、调节杆、滚轮座、滚轮、滚轮销、调节套、铆钉、调节螺栓、压簧、固定座、制动片、钢套、锁紧螺母;固定块固定连接在活动座上,其端部活动穿入铆钉,制动片的一端活动固定在铆钉的中央,制动片的另一端设有长腰形孔,在孔内穿入调节螺栓,调节螺栓的一端拧有锁紧螺母,并穿有钢套,钢套外表面与固定座的一侧面活动配合,固定座固定连接在底板上,固定座另一侧面固定连接调节套,在固定座的内侧间隙配合压簧,压簧绕制在调节螺栓上,调节螺栓的端面顶压滚轮,滚轮用滚轮销铆接在滚轮座上,滚轮座的侧面穿入铆钉,与调节套进行活动连接;在滚轮座的另一端内侧焊接调节杆。但是这种转椅托盘无法对靠背的倾仰力度进行调节,并且多档调节时需要较大的力,操作较为繁杂。

本实用新型是提供一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的转椅托盘无法对靠背的倾仰力度进行调节,并且多档调节时需要较大的力,操作较为繁杂等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,包括座位固定板,所述的座位固定板上活动连接有底板,底板上通过轴连接有中间座,底板的一侧设有锁片,锁片上横向排列有多道调节槽,调节槽内设有滑块,滑块连接有位置调节杆,位置调节杆穿接在定位板上,定位板固定在座位固定板上。本实用新型通过滑块与调节槽的配合,使得转动位置调节杆即可将座位固定板进行前后移动。
作为优选,所述的多道调节槽排列成波浪形,滑块上设有可***到调节槽内的一对锁定杆,两根锁定杆的间距与相邻调节槽之间的间距相适应。这样位置调节杆带动滑块转动后,两根锁定杆可以***到相邻两道调节槽内,即可推动并且锁定调节槽。
作为优选,所述的座位固定板上开有滑槽,底板通过螺丝滑动连接在滑槽内。利用滑槽,座位固定板可以前后运动。
作为优选,所述的底板的另一侧装配有升降锁定调节杆,升降锁定调节杆分别穿过底板一侧、中间座两侧,然后再穿过底板的另一侧。利用升降锁定调节杆可以进行转移的升降调节。
作为优选,所述的轴的两侧安装有扭簧,扭簧的两只脚分别作用在底板和中间座上,装配扭簧的轴两侧分别套有扭簧衬套。利用扭簧可以进行倾仰调节。
作为优选,所述的定位板的外侧设有固定圈,位置调节杆穿接在固定圈内。利用固定圈可以增加位置调节杆的强度,并且起到了定位的作用。
作为优选,所述的位置调节杆、升降锁定调节杆外端都设有手柄。利用手柄可以使得操作更加简便。
因此,本实用新型可以利用滑块与调节槽的配合,对靠背的倾仰力度进行调节,并且多档调节时无需较大的力,操作较为简便,结构简单、合理。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:本例的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,如图1、图2,包括座位固定板1,座位固定板上活动连接有底板2,底板上通过轴3连接有中间座4,轴的两侧安装有扭簧14,扭簧的两只脚分别作用在底板和中间座上,装配扭簧的轴两侧分别套有扭簧衬套15。底板的一侧设有锁片5,锁片上横向排列有多道调节槽6,调节槽内设有滑块7,滑块连接有位置调节杆8,位置调节杆穿接在定位板9上,定位板固定在座位固定板上。多道调节槽排列成波浪形,滑块7上设有可***到调节槽内的一对锁定杆10,两根锁定杆的间距与相邻调节槽之间的间距相适应。座位固定板上开有滑槽11,底板通过螺丝12滑动连接在滑槽内。底板的另一侧装配有升降锁定调节杆13,升降锁定调节杆分别穿过底板一侧、中间座4两侧,然后再穿过底板的另一侧。位置调节杆、升降锁定调节杆外端都设有手柄17。定位板的外侧设有固定圈16,位置调节杆穿接在固定圈内。
使用时,旋转升降锁定调节杆13的手柄,带动升降锁定调节杆旋转,完成升降调节;抽拉升降锁定调节杆13的手柄,使升降锁定调节杆可抽拉和伸缩,完成锁定调节。
旋转位置调节杆8的手柄,可使滑块7在锁片5内旋转运动,使得座位固定板1可前后移动,当座位固定板移动到如图5最前端时,椅子的重心在前方,调节靠背的力就大;当座位固定板移动到如图4中间位时,椅子的重心在中间,调节靠背的力一般;当座位固定板移动到如图3最后端时,椅子的重心在后方,调节靠背的力就小。前后移动的档位有4档,可在任意一档前进或后退。

Claims (7)

1.一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,包括座位固定板(1),其特征在于所述的座位固定板(1)上活动连接有底板(2),底板上通过轴(3)连接有中间座(4),底板的一侧设有锁片(5),锁片上横向排列有多道调节槽(6),调节槽内设有滑块(7),滑块连接有位置调节杆(8),位置调节杆穿接在定位板(9)上,定位板固定在座位固定板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其特征在于所述的多道调节槽(6)排列成波浪形,滑块(7)上设有可***到调节槽内的一对锁定杆(10),两根锁定杆的间距与相邻调节槽之间的间距相适应。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其特征在于所述的座位固定板(1)上开有滑槽(11),底板(2)通过螺丝(12)滑动连接在滑槽内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其特征在于所述的底板(2)的另一侧装配有升降锁定调节杆(13),升降锁定调节杆分别穿过底板一侧、中间座(4)两侧,然后再穿过底板的另一侧。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其特征在于所述的轴(3)的两侧安装有扭簧(14),扭簧的两只脚分别作用在底板(2)和中间座(4)上,装配扭簧的轴两侧分别套有扭簧衬套(15)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其特征在于所述的定位板(9)的外侧设有固定圈(16),位置调节杆(8)穿接在固定圈内。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种曲柄滑块机构调节的转椅托盘,其特征在于所述的位置调节杆(8)、升降锁定调节杆(13)外端都设有手柄(17)。
