实用新型所要解决的问题
也研究在防护服中采用上述的防弹层,但由于该防弹层的柔软性低,所以可成为妨碍穿戴者的活动的主要原因。即使为了提高柔软性而减薄吸收层,防护性也会降低。
因此,本实用新型的目的是提供能够维持防护性、并且提高柔软性的防护布及防护服。
用于解决问题的手段
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的一方式所述的防护布具备具有柔软性的面状体、和相对于面状体离散地层叠的多个层叠部,层叠部通过钨而形成。
本实用新型的一方式所述的防护服具备上述防护布和保持防护布的衣服本体。
实用新型效果
根据本实用新型,能够提供能够维持防护性、并且提高柔软性的防护布及防护服。

其中,所谓防护服1是具有防护性的护具。所谓防护性设定为包含防弹性及防刃性中的至少一个性能。本实施方式中,例示出防护服1为外衣的情况进行说明,但防护服也可以为内衣。
如图1中所示的那样,防护服1具备衣服本体2和防护体3。衣服本体2通过将一般的布进行缝制而形成。这里所说的一般的布是不具有防护性的布。并且,衣服本体2的前身21及后身22各自保持有防护体3。图1中,由前身21保持的防护体3以虚线图示,由后身22保持的防护体的图示省略。
具体而言,前身21及后身22形成为袋状,通过在其内部封入防护体3,从而由前身21及后身22各自保持防护体3。作为其他的保持方法,例如可列举出相对于前身21及后身22直接缝上防护体3而进行保持的方法、相对于前身21及后身22粘接防护体3而进行保持的方法等。
防护体3是将相同形状的多个防护布4层叠而形成的。防护布4是具有防弹性及防刃性的布。以下,对防护布4进行详细说明。
图2是实施方式所述的防护布4的立体图及局部放大平面图。图3是实施方式所述的防护布4的局部截面图。具体而言,图3是观察图2中的包含III-III线的切断面的截面图。
如图2及图3中所示的那样,防护布4是包含多条纱41和由钨形成的多条金属丝42的织物,形成为能够由前身21或后身22保持的外形。具体而言,通过使用多条纱41作为经纱、使用多条金属丝42作为纬纱而实施梭织加工,形成防护布4。防护布4的织物组织例如为平纹组织。
多条纱41是比金属丝42更具柔软性的纱。纱41例如为对天然纤维、化学纤维加捻而成的加捻纱线。另外,纱41也可以为单纱。
多条金属丝42彼此具有相同的构成。具体而言,多条金属丝42各自的线径、长度、钨的纯度等彼此相同。另外,在多条金属丝42中,也可以包含线径、长度、纯度中的至少1个与其它不同的金属丝。
金属丝42的线径例如为40μm以上且200μm以下。由于金属丝42的线径为40μm以上,所以在成为防护布4的情况下,能够在防弹性及防刃性这两者上得到一定的性能。此外,由于金属丝42的线径为200μm以下,所以金属丝42的柔软性增加,即使作为防护布4也容易弯曲。
金属丝42的钨纯度例如为99.9%以上。也可以说金属丝42通过一体的钨而形成。金属丝42的钨纯度例如也可以为95%以上,但并不限于此。
由钨形成的极细的金属丝42例如可以通过下面那样的方法而制造。首先,将粒径为5μm的钨粉末进行加压成型并烧结而锭化。接着,通过对锭化后的钨锭,实施从周围进行锻造压缩而伸展的模锻加工而制成金属丝状。之后,进行使用了拉丝模的拔丝(拉丝)。拔丝通过将孔径互不相同的多个拉丝模按照孔径逐渐变小的顺序使用而进行。
例如,在50MG时刻的金属丝中包含的氧化物量的重量比为0.2%以上且0.5%以下的情况下,以孔径为200μm的单晶金刚石模作为最初的模而开始拔丝。由此,能够制造表面粗糙度Ra为0.10μm以下的金属丝42。另外,所谓“MG”是表示以毫克表示长度为200mm的线的质量的数值的单位。另外,金属丝42通过使用了多个拉丝模的拔丝,抗拉强度增加。即,金属丝42即使变得极细也不易断裂,反而通过变得极细而变得结实。
然后,若在防护布4中仅着眼于多条纱41,则多条纱41以面状配置。即,可以说多条纱41形成具有柔软性的面状体6。并且,多条金属丝42中的与多条纱41重叠的部分(图2及图3中的网络部分)形成在面状体6上离散地层叠而成的多个层叠部421。换而言之,层叠部421也是多条金属丝42中的在俯视时与多条纱41重叠的部分。
另外,也可以多条纱41为纬纱、多条金属丝42为经纱。此外,也可以使多条纱41与多条金属丝42混合存在于多条纬纱中,还可以使多条纱41与多条金属丝42混合存在于多条经纱中。在混合存在的情况下,为了作为防护布4的整体实现没有不均衡的防护性,将多条金属丝42均等地配置。
另外,防护布4的织物组织并不限定于上述的平纹组织,也可以是三枚斜纹、四枚斜纹等斜纹组织、或缎纹组织等。此外,防护布4也可以通过使用纱41及金属丝42作为编纱并实施编织加工而制造。在防护布为编织物的情况下,纱也形成面状体,金属丝中的与纱重叠的部分形成层叠部。
[效果等]
如以上那样,本实施方式所述的防护布4具备具有柔软性的面状体6、和相对于面状体6离散地层叠的多个层叠部421,层叠部421通过钨而形成。
根据该构成,由于由钨形成的多个层叠部421相对于面状体6离散地配置,所以通过多个层叠部421能够发挥防弹性、防刃性。并且,由于多个层叠部421相对于面状体6离散地配置,所以在面状体6中变得存在从层叠部421露出的部分。就该露出的部分而言,由于可发挥面状体6的柔软性,所以防护布4在该部分中变得容易弯曲。由此,能够维持防护布4的防护性,并且提高柔软性。
此外,由于多个层叠部421由钨形成,所以能够屏蔽放射线。
此外,本实施方式所述的防护服1具备上述防护布4和保持防护布4的衣服本体2。
根据该构成,由于如上述那样防护服1具有维持防护性、并且提高了柔软性的防护布4,所以对于防护服1也能够维持防护性、并且提高柔软性。特别是由于防护布4被多个层叠而被保持,所以作为防护服1整体也能够提高防护性。另外,若以一片防护布4可得到充分的防护性,则衣服本体2也可以由前身21及后身22各自保持一片防护布4。
此外,面状体6通过纱41而形成,防护布4是包含纱41和由钨形成的金属丝42的编织物或织物,层叠部421是金属丝42中的在俯视时与纱41重叠的部分。
根据该构成,由于防护布4为包含纱41和由钨形成的金属丝42的编织物或织物,所以仅通过对纱41和金属丝42实施梭织加工或编织加工,就能够将多个层叠部421离散地配置。此外,由于金属丝42为线材,所以能够在织物或编织物的整体中致密地配置。因此,能够由防护布4的整体发挥防护性。
此外,金属丝42的线径为40μm以上且200μm以下。
根据该构成,由于金属丝42的线径为40μm以上,所以在成为防护布4的情况下,在防弹性及防刃性这两者上能够得到一定的性能。此外,由于金属丝42的线径为200μm以下,所以金属丝42的柔软性增加,作为防护布4也变得更容易弯曲。
另外,在上述实施方式1中,对由没有进行涂敷的金属丝42制作防护布4的情况进行了说明,但也可以由经涂敷的金属丝来制造防护布。
图4是实施方式1中的变形例所述的金属丝42a的截面图。如图4中所示的那样,金属丝42a其表面被覆盖层43包覆。覆盖层43例如为加捻纱线,通过以金属丝42a作为芯材而加捻,将该金属丝42a的表面包覆。由此,能够将纱41与金属丝42a的表面的质感均质化,能够改良防护布的美观。
[实施方式2]
实施方式1中,例示出通过金属丝42和纱41被织入而将由钨形成的层叠部421离散地配置的情况。在该实施方式2中,对层叠部为被膜的情况进行说明。另外,在以下的说明中,对于与上述实施方式1相同的部分,有时标注同一符号并省略其说明。
图5是实施方式2所述的防护布4B的立体图及局部放大平面图。图6是实施方式所述的防护布4B的局部截面图。具体而言,图6是观察图5中的包含VI-VI线的切断面的截面图。
如图5及图6中所示的那样,防护布4B具备面状体6b和多个层叠部8。
面状体6b是不具有防护性的布体。具体而言,面状体6b是通过使用多条纱41作为经纱及纬纱并对它们实施梭织加工而形成的织物。另外,面状体也可以是通过对纱41实施编织加工而形成的编织物,还可以是将具有柔软性的纤维互相缠绕而形成的无纺布。
层叠部8是形成于面状体6b的表面的被膜,由钨形成。多个层叠部8的俯视形状均形成为相同的正六边形状。此外,多个层叠部8以相对于面状体6b的表面成为均等的方式离散地配置。由此,相邻的层叠部8的间隔H变得一定。由于若该间隔H大,则作为防护布4B整体也减弱防弹性、防刃性,所以该间隔H比枪弹的弹头的直径或刀的刀尖的厚度小较佳。具体而言,间隔H只要为3mm以下即可,若为1mm以下则更好。
多个层叠部8是通过喷镀而形成的喷镀被膜。具体而言,由喷镀装置,将钨材料通过加热而熔融或软化,制成微粒状后加速,通过碰撞到面状体6b上,形成喷镀皮膜。由此,层叠部8通过一体的钨而形成。并且,在喷镀时,在喷镀装置的喷嘴与面状体6b之间配置有掩模。在掩模上预先形成多个开口,从该多个开口通过的钨材料在面状体6b中成为多个层叠部8。即,能够将多个面状体6b一并形成。此外,各掩模的开口形状决定层叠部8的俯视形状。即,若控制掩模的开口形状,则也能够控制层叠部8的俯视形状。同样地,由于掩模中的多个开口的布局决定多个层叠部8的布局,所以若控制掩模中的多个开口的布局,则也能够控制多个层叠部8的布局。
另外,形成层叠部8的被膜也可以通过喷镀以外的方法而形成。作为喷镀以外的方法,例如可列举出3D打印方法。具体而言,使钨粉体通过粘合剂的喷射而结合并进行加热而烧结的所谓的喷粘合剂方式的3D打印方法等。
另外,本实施方式中,例示出层叠部8的俯视形状为六边形的情况,但层叠部的俯视形状可以是任意的。作为层叠部的其他的俯视形状,可列举出六边形以外的多边形状、圆形状、椭圆形状、除这些以外的闭合曲线所形成的内侧形状等。此外,本实施方式中,例示出俯视形状相同的多个层叠部8,但多个层叠部的俯视形状也可以不同。
如以上那样,根据实施方式2,层叠部8为形成于面状体6b的表面的被膜。
根据该构成,由于层叠部8为被膜,所以例如能够使用喷镀、3D打印方法等而形成层叠部8。若能够通过这样的方法而形成层叠部8,则能够使多个层叠部8的俯视形状及布局具有自由度。例如,变得容易采用观察防护布的整体在想要重视柔软性的部位不配置层叠部8这样的布局。相反,也变得容易采用观察防护布的整体在想要重视防护性的部位较大配置层叠部8这样的布局。像这样,若层叠部8为被膜,则变得容易形成与用途相应的防护布。
此外,被膜为喷镀皮膜。
根据该构成,能够将通过喷镀而形成的喷镀皮膜制成层叠部8。若为喷镀,则能够将多个层叠部8一并形成。
另外,在实施方式2中,例示出面状体6b为布体的情况。然而,只要是具有柔软性的面状体,可以是任意的材料。作为布体以外的面状体,可列举出例如树脂片材、纸等。
[其他]
以上,对于本实用新型所述的防护布4及防护服1,基于上述实施方式1、2进行了说明,但本实用新型并不限定于上述的实施方式。
例如,在上述实施方式1、2中,例示出由不具有防护性的布形成的衣服本体2保持防护体3的情况。但是,也可以由防护布形成衣服本体自身。这种情况下,也可以从防护服中省略防护体。另一方面,在由防护布形成衣服本体、由该衣服本体保持防护体的情况下,能够更加提高防护性。
此外,在上述实施方式1、2中,例示出由衣服本体2的前身21及后身22保持防护体3的情况,但也可以由衣服本体2的其他的部分(例如袖子、领子等)保持防护体。
此外,对各实施方式实施本领域技术人员所想到的各种变形而得到的方式、通过在不脱离本实用新型的主旨的范围内将各实施方式中的构成要素及功能任意组合而实现的方式也包含在本实用新型中。

1.一种防护布,其特征在于,具备:
具有柔软性的面状体、和
相对于所述面状体离散地层叠的多个层叠部,
所述层叠部通过钨而形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护布,其中,
所述层叠部通过一体的钨而形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防护布,其中,
所述面状体通过纱而形成,
所述防护布是包含所述纱和由钨形成的金属丝的编织物或织物,
所述层叠部是所述金属丝中的在俯视时与所述纱重叠的部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防护布,其中,
所述防护布为所述织物,
所述织物的经纱及纬纱中的一者为所述纱,并且所述经纱及所述纬纱中的另一者为所述金属丝。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防护布,其中,
所述金属丝的线径为40μm以上且200μm以下。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防护布,其中,
所述层叠部为形成于所述面状体的表面的被膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防护布,其中,
所述被膜为喷镀皮膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防护布,其中,
所述多个层叠部均等且离散地配置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防护布,其中,
所述多个层叠部的俯视形状相同。
10.一种防护服,其特征在于,具备:
权利要求1所述的防护布、和
保持所述防护布的衣服本体。
