成型，制成有玻璃槽、安装框槽和嵌心槽的整体框状
胶条。本实用新型用于火车门窗玻璃安装密封，光滑
美观，防水性能好。
Description
本实用新型涉及火车门窗玻璃安装用的密封胶条，属于交通运输机械技术领域。
现有火车门窗玻璃安装采用的密封胶条，是用挤出法生产的，胶条为条状结构，使用时根据火车门窗的大小，剪取相应长度的胶条进行粘接安装，安装操作比较困难，并常造成胶条浪费，胶条在门窗玻璃的四角处需折弯成直角或圆弧角，折弯处内侧产生皱纹，外侧常发生开裂现象，既影响美观，也降低了防水性能。胶条接头处存在缝隙，且随时间的延长，胶条的老化、收缩变形，缝隙越来越大，防风雨性能差，漏水严重。
本实用新型的目的就是为克服现有胶条存在的不足，提供一种框状整体结构的火车门窗玻璃密封整体胶条。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：以橡胶或橡塑为材料，通过压模整体一次成型，制成框状整体结构的火车门窗玻璃安装整体密封胶条，框状整体胶条内周设玻璃槽，外周设安装框槽、处侧设嵌心槽。门窗玻璃安装在胶条的玻璃槽内，胶条的框槽插在门或窗框架上，嵌心槽内插嵌配备的三角胶条。
本实用新型结构简单，安装操作方便，门窗玻璃拐角处光滑美观，四周无接头，防水性能好。有很好的推广应用价值。

本实用新型以橡胶或橡塑为基本材料，采用模具，一次压模整体成型。胶条1成整体框状，其上设玻璃槽2、安装框槽3、嵌心槽4。整体胶条除用于火车门窗玻璃的安装密封，也可应用于汽车等车辆门窗玻璃的安装密封。
