Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种自动添加痰消化液的加样***,包括带有重量传感器的称重装置和加样装置;加样装置包括痰消化液试剂瓶,进液口深入至痰消化液试剂瓶内的加样管的出液口向称重装置上方延伸,在加样管出液口处连接有加样针头,加样管管路上连通有定量加样泵;重量传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端电连接,单片机的控制输出端与所述定量加样泵的控制输入端电连接。本实用新型结构简单、操作方便。通过称重装置称量痰液重量,从重量方面反映痰液的体积,然后再根据重量所反映出的体积标准化的添加痰消化液的用量,有效解决了人工评估痰液量来添加痰消化液的不准确性,实现了自动化精确添加痰消化液对痰液进行消化的目的。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及标本处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种自动添加痰消化液的加样***。
背景技术
痰液是肺泡、支气管和气管的分泌物。痰液检查对某些呼吸***疾病的诊断、疗效观察和预后有一定的价值,在呼吸道疾病的诊断治疗中具有现实的临床意义。迄今为止,咳痰培养依然是应用最广、简单方便、经济安全的病原学诊断技术。
由于痰液标本具有明显的非均质性,细菌等成分的分布浓度很不均匀等特征,极大的影响了真正致病菌的培养阳性率。目前,临床上遇到含大量粘液的痰液标本时,通常都会进行痰液前处理,其中痰液前处理是人工加入等量的消化液,然后进行温育放置消化或者温育震荡消化。从而达到把痰块从胶冻状态消化成液体状态,使痰液内的细菌均一化更好,涂抹平板培养时更加有利于致病菌分散开,让被胶冻状痰块包裹下的致病菌生长出单个菌落,这样大大有利于提高真正致病菌培养阳性率。现在痰液标本在前处理过程中,痰消化液的添加及其添加量完全依赖人工完成,这样痰消化液的添加量受人为因素影响很大,痰液添加量的均一性及标准化很难把握。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种自动精确添加痰消化液来进行痰液消化的自动添加痰消化液的加样***。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的自动添加痰消化液的加样***,包括带有重量传感器的称重装置和加样装置;所述加样装置包括痰消化液试剂瓶,进液口深入至所述痰消化液试剂瓶内的加样管的出液口向所述称重装置上方延伸,在所述加样管出液口处连接有加样针头,所述加样管管路上连通有定量加样泵;所述重量传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端电连接,所述单片机的控制输出端与所述定量加样泵的控制输入端电连接。
所述称重装置为天平;所述定量加样泵可以为柱塞泵、蠕动泵、齿轮泵或定量阀。
所述加样针头为钢针或Tip头。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单、操作方便。通过称重装置称量痰液重量,从重量方面反映痰液的体积,然后再根据重量所反映出的体积标准化的添加痰消化液的用量,有效解决了人工评估痰液量来添加痰消化液的不准确性,实现了自动化精确添加痰消化液对痰液进行消化的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型所述的自动添加痰消化液的加样***,包括带有重量传感器的称重装置1和加样装置;加样装置包括痰消化液试剂瓶2,进液口深入至痰消化液试剂瓶2内的加样管3的出液口向称重装置1上方延伸,在加样管3出液口处连接有加样针头4,为保证加样量更加精准,加样针头4可采用钢针或Tip头;在加样管管路上连通有定量加样泵5;重量传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端电连接,单片机的控制输出端与定量加样泵5的控制输入端电连接。
实际制作时,称重装置1可以采用天平,当然也可以采用其他的称重平台;定量加样泵5可以采用柱塞泵、蠕动泵、齿轮泵或定量阀。
使用时,将盛装有痰液的痰杯6放置在称重装置1上,痰杯6的形状、大小及颜色可以任意选择,称重装置1用于称量痰杯6及痰杯6内盛装的痰液的总重量;称重装置1上的重量传感器可以直接把称量出的痰杯6(包括痰液)的总质量反馈到单片机,单片机通过计算得出痰液的质量,痰液质量通过计算对应一个相应的痰消化液添加量;通过单片机控制定量加样泵5按照计算出的痰消化液添加量进行添加,精准完成痰消化液的定量加样,实现了痰消化液添加量的标准化和自动化。
本实用新型通过称重痰液的方式来实现标准化添加痰消化液,使痰液内的细菌均一化更好,大大提高了真正致病菌的培养阳性率。

1.一种自动添加痰消化液的加样***,其特征在于:包括带有重量传感器的称重装置(1)和加样装置;所述加样装置包括痰消化液试剂瓶(2),进液口深入至所述痰消化液试剂瓶(2)内的加样管(3)的出液口向所述称重装置(1)上方延伸,在所述加样管(3)出液口处连接有加样针头(4),所述加样管管路上连通有定量加样泵(5);所述重量传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端电连接,所述单片机的控制输出端与所述定量加样泵(5)的控制输入端电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动添加痰消化液的加样***,其特征在于:所述称重装置(1)为天平;所述定量加样泵(5)为柱塞泵、蠕动泵、齿轮泵或定量阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动添加痰消化液的加样***,其特征在于:所述加样针头(4)为钢针或Tip头。
