背景技术
目前，在机械部件加工领域，通常采用机械式夹头，这种机械式夹头由于是物理锁紧，导致稳定性差，需要重复定位，定位时同心度存在偏差，影响了加工精度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供稳定性好，加工精度高的一种内涨式液压夹头。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种外涨式液压夹头，其特征在于在夹头体的一端外设有套体，夹头体的另一端连接在机床卡盘连接盘上，在夹头体与机床卡盘连接盘的连接端设有油腔、活塞杆和油缸端盖，油缸端盖连接在夹头体上，活塞杆位于油腔中；在油腔内，油缸端盖与油腔之间设有无油轴承；在夹头体内设有油路，油路与油腔相接通；在套体的外侧壁设有弹性油油腔，油路与弹性油油腔相连通。

参照图1，该外涨式液压夹头在夹头体13的一端外通过连接螺栓三12设有套体9，夹头体13的另一端通过连接螺栓二7连接在机床卡盘连接盘1上，在夹头体13与机床卡盘连接盘1的连接端设有油腔14、活塞杆5和油缸端盖2，油缸端盖2通过连接螺栓一6连接在夹头体13上，活塞杆5位于油腔14中；在油腔14内，油缸端盖2与油腔14之间设有无油轴承3；在夹头体13内设有油路10，油路10与油腔14相接通；在套体9的外侧壁设有弹性油油腔8，油路10与弹性油油腔8相连通。在油腔14外部，油缸端盖2与油腔14之间设有防尘密封圈3。在油腔14内，活塞杆5与夹头体13之间设有Y型密封圈11。
使用时，通过气缸推进活塞杆5，给油腔14加压，并通过弹性油油腔8，使套体9向外张紧固定待加工机械部件，加工完毕后，拉回活塞杆5，取出机械部件即可；这样，既稳定，又重复定位精确，从而提高加工件的精度，方便高效。

1.一种外涨式液压夹头，其特征在于在夹头体的一端外设有套体，夹头体的另一端连接在机床卡盘连接盘上，在夹头体与机床卡盘连接盘的连接端设有油腔、活塞杆和油缸端盖，油缸端盖连接在夹头体上，活塞杆位于油腔中；在油腔内，油缸端盖与油腔之间设有无油轴承；在夹头体内设有油路，油路与油腔相接通；在套体的外侧壁设有弹性油油腔，油路与弹性油油腔相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外涨式液压夹头，其特征在于在油腔外部，油缸端盖与油腔之间设有防尘密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外涨式液压夹头，其特征在于在油腔内，活塞杆与夹头体之间设有Y型密封圈。
