技术领域
本实用新型涉及工作流体流过管状吸热管道的太阳能集热器,涉及分配、输送或转送液体的管接头,尤指一种平板型太阳能集热器进出液连接头。
背景技术
现有技术的平板型太阳能集热器,其循环管道为厚度不超过1.0毫米的紫铜管。铜材质硬度低,这就使得集热器在安装过程中,很容易因为安装工人用力过大,将进出液循环管道拧变形、焊接口开裂。进出液口的变形,使得导热工质无法循环而制热效果差或不制热。开裂的焊口,将导致集热器因漏液而彻底报废。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能防止安装过程中因用力过大导致的集热器进出液口毁损的平板型太阳能集热器进出液连接头。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种平板型太阳能集热器进出液连接头,其特征在于:包括支撑架和连接管件,所述支撑架侧视为∏字形,俯视为工字形,∏字形顶部中心有通孔,所述连接管件贯穿于所述通孔中,一端有焊接接头与所述平板型太阳能集热器循环管道连接,另一端有丝口作为该太阳能集热器的进出液口与外部管道连接。
组装集热器时,将支撑架嵌入平板型太阳能集热器边框凹槽内固定即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是:能防止安装过程中因用力过大导致的集热器进出液口毁损。

组装集热器时,将支撑架2嵌入平板型太阳能集热器边框凹槽内固定即可。
