4、在上支撑杆的头端部设置限位开关后,当限位开关碰到人时,所述控制主机控制智能货仓车反向行走100mm后停止,可以保证操作人员的安全。
5、上支撑杆上还设置有喇叭和喇叭开关,可以通过喇叭提醒前方的人,保证前方人员的安全。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
参照图1-5,智能货仓车,包括行走机构和车身;行走机构包括设备箱11和后桥12,设备箱11设置在后桥上,设备箱11内设置有电源(未图示)、电机13和控制主机(未图示),电源和电机13均与控制主机电性连接,设备箱11上还设置有充电插头14,充电插头14与电源电性连接,后桥12内设置有差动离合器15和转轴16,差动离合器15和转轴16传动连接,差动离合器15由电机13驱动,电机13上设置有电磁刹车装置17和散热风扇18,转轴16外端连接有车轮19;车身包括上支撑杆21、中间支撑杆22和下支撑杆23,上支撑杆21的尾端与设备箱11固定连接,设备箱11的上方固定有托盘24,上支撑杆21的头端设置有把手211、电源开关(未图示)、进退调速装置(未图示)、刹车开关(未图示)和电量显示装置(未图示),电源开关、进退调速装置、刹车开关和电量显示装置均与控制主机电性连接,上支撑杆21上还设置有框架挂钩212和挂钩杆213,下支撑杆23的尾端转动连接在后桥12上,下支撑杆23上设置有滑套25,滑套25的下部连接有万向轮26,滑套25的侧面上设置有与挂钩杆213配合的挂柱251,中间支撑杆22的两端分别与上支撑杆21和滑套25铰接。
本实用新型由电机13驱动,控制主机智能控制,通过进退调速装置可以控制智能货仓车的前进和后退,及前进和后退的速度,通过刹车开关能控制智能货仓车的停止,能够节省人力,降低劳动强度。通过电量显示装置可以实时了解电源的电量,电量不足时通过充电插头向电源充电,使用方便并且简单。因为滑套25可以沿下支撑杆23滑动,并且中间支撑杆22的两端分别与上支撑杆21和滑套25铰接,所以当滑套25滑到下支撑杆23尾部时,上支撑杆21和下支撑杆23可以折叠在一起,占用空间小。
在本实施例中,所述上支撑杆21的头端部还设置有限位开关(未图示),限位开关与所述控制主机电性连接,当限位开关碰到人时,所述控制主机控制智能货仓车反向行走100mm后停止,可以保证使用者的安全。
在本实施例中,所述上支撑杆21上还设置有喇叭(未图示)和喇叭开关(未图示),喇叭与喇叭开关电性连接,喇叭开关与控制主机电性连接。上支撑杆21上还设置有喇叭和喇叭开关,可以通过喇叭提醒前方的人,保证前方人员的安全。
在本实施例中,所述把手211为牛角型把手。选择做成牛角型把手,可以使操作人员能更好握,推拉更省力,还可以在牛角型把手表面上设置防滑纹或缓冲海棉垫,可以防滑或保护手。
在本实施例中,所述下支撑杆23的尾端通过轴承(未图示)转动连接在所述后桥12上。

Claims (5)
1.智能货仓车,其特征在于:包括行走机构和车身;
行走机构包括设备箱和后桥,设备箱设置在后桥上,设备箱内设置有电源、电机和控制主机,电源和电机均与控制主机电性连接,设备箱上还设置有充电插头,充电插头与电源电性连接,后桥内设置有差动离合器和转轴,差动离合器和转轴传动连接,差动离合器由电机驱动,电机上设置有电磁刹车装置和散热风扇,转轴外端连接有车轮;
车身包括上支撑杆、中间支撑杆和下支撑杆,上支撑杆的尾端与设备箱固定连接,设备箱的上方固定有托盘,上支撑杆的头端设置有把手、电源开关、进退调速装置、刹车开关和电量显示装置,电源开关、进退调速装置、刹车开关和电量显示装置均与控制主机电性连接,上支撑杆上还设置有框架挂钩和挂钩杆,下支撑杆的尾端转动连接在后桥上,下支撑杆上设置有滑套,滑套的下部连接有万向轮,滑套的侧面上设置有与挂钩杆配合的挂柱,中间支撑杆的两端分别与上支撑杆和滑套铰接。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能货仓车,其特征在于:所述上支撑杆的头端部还设置有限位开关,限位开关与所述控制主机电性连接,当限位开关碰到人时,所述控制主机控制智能货仓车反向行走100mm后停止。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能货仓车,其特征在于:所述上支撑杆上还设置有喇叭和喇叭开关,喇叭与喇叭开关电性连接,喇叭开关与控制主机电性连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能货仓车,其特征在于:所述把手为牛角型把手。
5.如权利要求1所述的智能货仓车,其特征在于:所述下支撑杆的尾端通过轴承转动连接在所述后桥上。
