本实用新型提供了一种高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置,其包括螺杆机筒和内部的螺杆,所述螺杆机筒的外壁上缠绕有电流线圈,螺杆机筒和电流线圈外包覆有隔热层,所述电流线圈两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块。所述隔热层又包括内层的石棉和外层的XPS保温板。本实用新型的优点是:通过设置在螺杆机筒外侧壁上的电流线圈,通过电流的波动及电磁感应原理从而产生热量,并通过电流线圈外侧的隔热层限制热量的扩散。通入高频电流,螺杆因电磁压而升温;并通过隔热层限制热量的扩散,有效的节约了能耗。

本实用新型涉及一种加热装置,具体是一种高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置。
背景技术
片材机是一种生产新型热固性模压塑料的一种生产设备,塑料粒子经过片材机上的由机筒和螺杆共同组成的挤压***进行塑化,现有的片材机开工预热阶段,是通过螺杆机筒外部加热部分(采用电加热瓦)进行加热,电能转换成加热瓦的热能,利用加热瓦和螺杆机筒外壁的接触传递能量,从而对螺杆机筒内聚合物进行加热塑化。这样存在热量传递到螺杆附件聚合物加热时间长,加热效率低,电能的消耗大,使用效果差的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置,实现更好的加热效果。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,所述的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置包括螺杆机筒和内部的螺杆,所述螺杆机筒的外壁上缠绕有电流线圈,螺杆机筒和电流线圈外包覆有隔热层,所述电流线圈两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块。
所述隔热层又包括内层的石棉和外层的XPS保温板。其中,石棉的厚度为15~18mm,XPS保温板的厚度为20~23mm。
本实用新型的优点是:通过设置在螺杆机筒外侧壁上的电流线圈,通过电流的波动及电磁感应原理从而产生热量,并通过电流线圈外侧的隔热层限制热量的扩散。通入高频电流,螺杆因电磁压而升温;并通过隔热层限制热量的扩散,有效的节约了能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置,包括螺杆机筒1和内部的螺杆7,螺杆机筒1材质为非金属易导热材料,螺杆7材料有45号钢、氮化钢、38CrMOAl,高温合金等。所述螺杆机筒1的外壁上缠绕有电流线圈2,螺杆机筒1和电流线圈2外包覆有隔热层3,所述电流线圈2两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块4。使用时,通过高频电源模块4控制电流线圈2工作,通过电流的波动及电磁感应原理产生热量,从而对螺杆机筒1内螺杆7进行加热。
所述隔热层3包括内层的石棉5和外层的XPS保温板6。石棉5和XPS保温板6具有隔热、吸音、减震等效果。石棉5的厚度为15~18mm,所述XPS保温板6的厚度为20~23mm。在实施例中,我们采用的石棉5厚度为15mm,XPS保温板6厚度为20mm,厚度为35mm的隔热层3包覆在设有至少一组电流线圈2的螺杆机筒1的外壁上。
所述电流线圈2逆时针缠绕在螺杆机筒1上,两端与高频电源模块4可靠连接,便于产生磁通量从而感应加热螺杆7。

1.高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置,包括螺杆机筒(1)和内部的螺杆(7),其特征是:所述螺杆机筒(1)的外壁上缠绕有电流线圈(2),螺杆机筒(1)和电流线圈(2)外包覆有隔热层(3),所述电流线圈(2)两端连接控制线圈电流的高频电源模块(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置,其特征是,所述隔热层(3)包括内层的石棉(5)和外层的XPS保温板(6)。
3.如权利要求2所述的高频电磁感应片材机螺杆加热装置,其特征是,所述石棉(5)的厚度为15~18mm,所述XPS保温板(6)的厚度为20~23mm。
