背景技术
目前,保护胶带,其在经过回流焊工艺时,在印刷线路板上的线路上往往容易发生残胶的现象;当出现残胶现象时,需要对印刷线路板上的残胶进行清除,在清理过程中往往会对印刷线路板造成划痕,使得印刷线路板损坏,更严重的会使印刷线路板失效,无法工作。

针对上述技术问题,本实用新型公开一种胶带,包括:依次设置的防滑层、基材层、粘结层、保护层;所述基材层用于承载胶带;所述基材层上设有粘结区和非粘结区,所述粘结层设置在所述粘结区上;所述保护层全部覆盖粘结层或者全部覆盖基材层;所述粘结层设置在基材层的单面或双面的部分区域内。
优选地,所述保护层为PTT保护层。
优选地,所述粘结层为耐高温粘结层。
优选地,所述粘结层为有机硅类胶粘结层、酚醛树脂胶粘结层、脲醛树脂胶粘结层、耐温环氧胶粘结层和聚酰胺胶粘结层中的一种。
本实用新型的有益效果是所述胶带无残胶、耐高温,并且带有一定的防滑效果。

如图所示,本实用新型公开一种胶带,包括:依次设置的防滑层1、基材层2、粘结层3、保护层4;所述基材层2用于承载胶带;所述基材层2上设有粘结区21和非粘结区22,所述粘结层3设置在所述粘结区21上;所述保护层4全部覆盖粘结层3或者全部覆盖基材层2;所述粘结层3设置在基材层2的单面或双面的部分区域内。所述保护层4为PTT保护层。所述粘结层3为耐高温粘结层。所述粘结层3为有机硅类胶粘结层、酚醛树脂胶粘结层、脲醛树脂胶粘结层、耐温环氧胶粘结层和聚酰胺胶粘结层中的一种。所述胶带无残胶、耐高温,并且带有一定的防滑效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的胶带,其特征在于:所述保护层为PTT保护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶带,其特征在于:所述粘结层为耐高温粘结层。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的胶带,其特征在于:所述粘结层为有机硅类胶粘结层、酚醛树脂胶粘结层、脲醛树脂胶粘结层、耐温环氧胶粘结层和聚酰胺胶粘结层中的一种。
