本实用新型公开一种十字轴式万向联轴器用改进型法兰叉头，其包括法兰叉头，法兰叉头包括基部、由基部延伸出的一对关于回转中心线对称的臂，每个臂的中部设置有两个同轴的轴孔，轴孔下部内侧中间位置向内延伸形成挡边，挡边与轴孔下部内壁呈台阶状，台阶高度为12～15mm，两个轴孔内侧的挡边关于回转中心线对称。本实用新型将定位滚针轴承的外圈结构由外圈转移至法兰叉头中间部位，阻止滚针轴承的外圈向内运动，减少法兰叉头加工量，增加自身强度，有效的增大承载，增大了法兰叉头和外圈接触面积，提高了轴承寿命，进而提高了十字轴式万向联轴器使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型属于十字轴式万向联轴器技术领域，尤其涉及一种十字轴式万向联轴器用改进型法兰叉头。
背景技术
十字轴式万向联轴器是一种最常用的联轴器，利用其结构的特点能使不在同一轴线或轴线折角较大或轴向移动较大的两轴等角速连续回转，并可靠地传递转矩和运动。目前，已经广泛应用于冶金、起重、工程运输、矿山、石油、船舶、煤炭、橡胶、造纸机械及其它重机行业的机械轴系中传递转矩。
如图1所示，现有的十字轴式万向联轴器，其包括法兰叉头4、端盖6、十字轴3和滚针轴承，法兰叉头上设置有两个同轴的轴孔，用于安装滚针轴承，并与十字轴连接，十字轴轴颈安装在法兰叉头的轴孔中，滚针轴承安装在十字轴的轴颈上，端盖安装在滚针轴承外端，端盖外沿沿圆周方向均布有螺纹孔，端盖与法兰叉头通过安装在各个螺纹孔中的螺钉1连接；滚针轴承的外圈8的外端部沿径向方向延伸形成定位挡边5，定位挡边卡在法兰叉头的端面，实现对滚针轴承的外圈定位以保证外圈工作时不窜动，但是，滚针轴承的外圈外端部的定位挡边占用端盖内部空间，造成端盖强度降低，而且，滚针轴承的外圈由于有挡边，结构复杂，加工难度大，加工精度低。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、设计合理新颖、强度大的十字轴式万向联轴器用改进型法兰叉头。
为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种十字轴式万向联轴器用改进型法兰叉头，其包括法兰叉头，法兰叉头包括基部、由基部延伸出的一对关于回转中心线对称的臂，每个臂的中部设置有两个同轴的轴孔，轴孔下部内侧中间位置向内延伸形成挡边，挡边与轴孔下部内壁呈台阶状，台阶高度为12～15mm，两个轴孔内侧的挡边关于回转中心线对称。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案，本实用新型具有如下优越性：
该十字轴式万向联轴器用改进型法兰叉头，其结构简单，设计合理新颖，将定位滚针轴承的外圈结构由外圈转移至法兰叉头中间部位，阻止滚针轴承的外圈向内运动，减少法兰叉头加工量，增加自身强度，有效的增大承载，增大了法兰叉头和外圈接触面积，对法兰叉头结构优化，使滚针轴承的外圈结构变得简单，无需在外圈的外端部沿径向方向延伸形成定位挡边，提高了外圈的加工精度和生产效率，提高了轴承寿命，进而提高了十字轴式万向联轴器使用寿命。

如图2、3所示，该十字轴式万向联轴器用改进型法兰叉头，其包括法兰叉头，法兰叉头包括基部12、由基部延伸出的一对关于回转中心线对称的臂10a、臂10b，臂10a、臂10b的中部设置有同轴的轴孔9a、轴孔9b，上述两个轴孔下部内侧中间位置向内延伸形成挡边11，挡边与轴孔下部内壁呈台阶状，台阶高度为12～15mm，即挡边顶部高于轴孔下部内壁12～15mm，挡边与轴孔相连的端面与轴孔轴线垂直，此端面与滚针轴承的外圈紧贴，用于对滚针轴承的外圈定位，挡边在轴孔轴线方向上的截面为曲面，两个轴孔内侧的挡边关于回转中心线对称。
