Abstract

本实用新型公开一种十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其推力轴承内壁上开设有若干条沿圆周方向呈放射状均匀分布的油槽,推力轴承内壁上设置有一环形油槽,环形油槽位于上述呈放射状均匀分布的油槽外缘,若干条呈放射状均匀分布的油槽由推力轴承内孔壁通至环形油槽;推力轴承的内孔为腰形孔。本实用新型结构简单,使径向轴承滚动体在转动过程中以环形油槽与推力轴承外缘之间的圆环部为引导挡边,不经过环形油槽以及呈放射状均匀分布的油槽,使径向轴承转动连续;推力轴承的内孔为腰形孔,不仅使推力轴承通过端盖内侧中心的圆环形凸台定位,而且能够防止推力轴承转动。

技术领域
本实用新型属于联轴器技术领域,尤其涉及一种十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承。
背景技术
十字轴式万向联轴器是一种最常用的联轴器,利用其结构的特点能使不在同一轴线或轴线折角较大或轴向移动较大的两轴等角速连续回转,并可靠地传递转矩和运动。目前,已经广泛应用于冶金、起重、工程运输、矿山、石油、船舶、煤炭、橡胶、造纸机械及其它重机行业的机械轴系中传递转矩。传统的十字轴式万向联轴器结构如图1所示,其十字包包括十字轴,十字轴的轴颈上安装有径向轴承1,十字轴的轴端安装有推力轴承2,推力轴承通过端盖3内侧中心的圆环形凸台4进行定位,推力轴承承受工作状态下十字轴端部传递的载荷,结构如图2所示,其内壁上开设有若干条沿圆周方向呈放射状均匀分布的油槽5,油槽储存润滑脂,在工作时提供充分的减磨润滑,油槽由内孔壁直通至推力轴承的外缘,内孔6为圆形;由图1可知,推力轴承的部分外圈作为径向轴承的引导挡边,由于油槽由内孔壁直通至外沿,使径向轴承滚动体在转动过程中经过油槽,致使径向轴承转动出现断续;由图1、3可知,推力轴承通过端盖内侧中心的圆环形凸台进行定位,但是不能防止推力轴承转动,在工作过程中由于存在摩擦力作用在推力轴承表面,致使推力轴承在转动过程中出现爬行、蠕动现象,引起推力轴承与端盖接触的外壁表面产生磨损,出现细末、杂质,而且引起推力轴承间隙增大,导致整轴振动,精度下降。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其结构简单,设计合理,能够使径向轴承连续转动,而且防止推力轴承产生转动。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其推力轴承内壁上开设有若干条沿圆周方向呈放射状均匀分布的油槽,推力轴承内壁上设置有一环形油槽,环形油槽位于上述呈放射状均匀分布的油槽外缘,若干条呈放射状均匀分布的油槽由推力轴承内孔壁通至环形油槽;推力轴承的内孔为腰形孔。
所述的十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其环形油槽与推力轴承外缘之间的圆环部为径向轴承的引导挡边。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本实用新型具有如下优越性:
该十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其结构简单,设计合理新颖,通过在推力轴承内壁上设置位于呈放射状均匀分布的油槽外缘的环形油槽,使径向轴承滚动体在转动过程中以环形油槽与推力轴承外缘之间的圆环部为引导挡边,不经过环形油槽以及呈放射状均匀分布的油槽,使径向轴承转动连续;推力轴承的内孔为腰形孔,不仅使推力轴承通过端盖内侧中心的圆环形凸台定位,而且能够防止推力轴承转动,避免引起推力轴承间隙增大、整轴振动、精度下降的问题。

下面通过附图和实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
如图4所示,该十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其推力轴承2内壁上开设有若干条沿圆周方向呈放射状均匀分布的油槽5,推力轴承内壁上设置有一环形油槽7,环形油槽位于上述呈放射状均匀分布的油槽外缘,若干条呈放射状均匀分布的油槽由推力轴承内孔壁通至环形油槽;推力轴承的内孔6为腰形孔,两端为半圆弧面,中部为平行平面。
上述的呈放射状均匀分布的油槽数量为6~8条。
所述的十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其环形油槽与推力轴承外缘之间的圆环部为径向轴承的引导挡边,环形油槽的位置设置应满足径向轴承滚动体在转动过程中经过上述的引导挡边,而不经过环形油槽以及呈放射状均匀分布的油槽。

1.一种十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其特征是:其推力轴承(2)内壁上开设有若干条沿圆周方向呈放射状均匀分布的油槽(5),推力轴承内壁上设置有一环形油槽(7),环形油槽位于上述呈放射状均匀分布的油槽外缘,若干条呈放射状均匀分布的油槽由推力轴承内孔壁通至环形油槽;推力轴承的内孔(6)为腰形孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十字轴式万向联轴器十字包用改进型推力轴承,其特征是:其环形油槽与推力轴承外缘之间的圆环部为径向轴承的引导挡边。
