Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种便携式乳膏瓶,包括内瓶和装在该内瓶顶部的喷头组件,内瓶底部设有充液机构,所述内瓶内设有与喷头组件相连接的吸管,该吸管延伸至内瓶内底部,内瓶内设有伺服活塞,该伺服活塞套装在吸管外壁并沿吸管外壁上下滑动,伺服活塞的外沿与内瓶的内壁动配合,内瓶上部开设有贯通该内瓶侧壁的排气孔。本实用新型充液方便,能够充分吸取利用内瓶中的液体。

一种便携式乳膏瓶
技术领域
  本实用新型涉及一种乳膏充液瓶,具体地说是一种可重复充液使用的便于携带的便携式乳膏瓶。
背景技术
市面上的乳膏瓶通常由按喷头组件和瓶体组件构成。部分为一次性用品,即通过喷头组件将瓶体内的流体喷出使用完之后便无法再次循环使用,无法往瓶体内循环充入流体。此种一次性乳膏瓶使用一次后由于无法再次使用,因此往往都是直接丢弃,造成较为严重的浪费。另有部分乳膏瓶则是可以循环充液的,在瓶体底部设置充液机构,当瓶体内的流体使用完后,通过母瓶即可往瓶体再次充入流体,使得乳膏瓶能够循环使用。现有的可循环充液乳膏瓶,在充液的时候密封性往往做得不够好,容易泄露液体。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种便携式乳膏瓶,能够循环充液,并且喷头组件能够充分吸取内瓶中的液体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种便携式乳膏瓶,包括内瓶和装在该内瓶顶部的喷头组件,内瓶底部设有充液机构,所述内瓶内设有与喷头组件相连接的吸管,该吸管延伸至内瓶内底部,内瓶内设有伺服活塞,该伺服活塞套装在吸管外壁并沿吸管外壁上下滑动,伺服活塞的外沿与内瓶的内壁动配合,内瓶上部开设有贯通该内瓶侧壁的排气孔。
所述内瓶底部装设有底座,充液机构装在该底座内。
所述充液机构包括充液活塞,该充液活塞内设有充液通道,充液活塞上部侧壁设有与充液通道相通的出液孔,充液活塞上套装有弹簧。
所述充液活塞底部装设有下密封圈,下密封圈上开设有通孔,充液活塞的充液通道与该通孔相通。
所述底座内还设有上密封圈,该上密封圈开设有贯穿孔,充液活塞穿过该贯穿孔并且与该充液活塞外壁与上密封圈的贯穿孔内壁为动配合。
所述底座内设有限位块,该限位块与上密封圈紧密接触安装,充液活塞上的弹簧一端抵顶着该充液活塞底部、另一端抵顶着限位块。
所述底座底部还安装有尾盖。
本实用新型便于携带,能够循环充液,循环使用,避免浪费,由于吸管下端延伸至内瓶底部,能够最大程度的吸取内瓶中的液体,利用率高,既能够用于洗发水、沐浴露、护肤霜、防晒油及医药类膏药等流动性较差的乳膏液体的盛装和补充,同时也能句用于盛装和补充香水、爽肤水等流动性较强的液体。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如附图1所示,一种便携式乳膏瓶,包括内瓶2和装在该内瓶2顶部的喷头组件1,内瓶2底部设有充液机构,充液机构能够往内瓶中循环补充液体,内瓶2内设有与喷头组件1相连接的吸管3,该吸管3延伸至内瓶2内底部,内瓶2内设有伺服活塞13,伺服活塞13上设置有孔,吸管3穿过该伺服活塞13的孔并且与该伺服活塞13紧密配合,使得液体不会从伺服活塞13与吸管2间流过,该伺服活塞13套装在吸管3外壁并沿吸管外壁上下滑动,伺服活塞13的外沿与内瓶2的内壁动配合,内瓶2上部开设有贯通该内瓶2侧壁的排气孔14。排气孔14用于排出内瓶中的气体,使得充液时内瓶中的气体经排气孔排出,并且保持伺服活塞能够上下移动。内瓶2底部装设有底座10,充液机构装在该底座10内,吸3管下端延伸至底座10上端,与底座10上端面尽量保持平齐,使得吸管3能够与内瓶2内最底部的液体接触。底座10与内瓶2之间可以相卡装,如在内瓶内壁设置凹槽,在底座外壁设置凸起块,该凸起块卡入内瓶的相应凹槽内实现底座与内瓶的固定,或者其他形式的可拆卸式安装,也方便拆卸。在内瓶外还可以安装外瓶,便于保护内瓶不易受到损坏。同样,喷头组件也可以再设置一个壳盖,用于遮盖住喷头组件,需要喷出液体时,打开壳盖即可。喷头组件包括相连接的按压喷头和吸液泵,吸管与吸液泵连接。由于喷头组件为常规技术手段,在此再详细赘述。
充液机构包括充液活塞4,该充液活塞4内设有充液通道11,充液活塞4上部侧壁设有与充液通道11相通的出液孔12,充液活塞4上套装有弹簧7。在充液活塞4底部装设有下密封圈8,下密封圈8上开设有通孔,充液活塞4的充液通道11与该通孔相通,充液时母瓶瓶嘴能够经下密封圈的通孔***充液通道内。下密封圈8有效避免充液过程中发生液体泄露,保持干净卫生。底座2内还设有上密封圈5,该上密封圈5开设有贯穿孔,充液活塞4穿过该贯穿孔并且该充液活塞4外壁与上密封圈5的贯穿孔内壁为动配合。充液活塞4上下移动,上密封圈5有效防止内瓶中的液体倒流出内瓶外。
底座2内设有限位块6,该限位块6与上密封圈5紧密接触安装,充液活塞4上的弹簧7一端抵顶着该充液活塞4底部、另一端抵顶着限位块6,该限位块6同时能够保证充液活塞4不能无限止的往内瓶移动。
此外,在底座10底部还安装有尾盖9,该尾盖9具有径向突出的承托块,下密封圈位于底座内并且被尾盖承托着不会掉出底座外,尾盖固定在底座内。
由于底座10与内瓶2可选择可拆卸式安装,便于更换底座。当充液机构发生问题时,可以拆下整个底座进行更换,方便操作,提高整个瓶子的利用率。
如附图1所示,为内瓶中未充液体的状态。此时伺服活塞位于内瓶最底部。充液时,如附图2所示,将充液母瓶对准充液机构的充液活塞中的充液通道,开始充液后,充液活塞被往上顶,液体经充液通道排出到出液孔,再由出液孔进入内瓶中。随着液体的增多推送,伺服活塞开始往内瓶上部移动,内瓶中的空气经排气孔排出,使得伺服活塞能够顺利上升,直到液体充满。充液活塞上的弹簧受到压缩,不再充液后,拿离母瓶,不再顶着充液通道,此时压缩弹簧产生回复弹力,使充液活塞自动复位。按压喷头组件喷出液体后,内瓶中的液体减少,内瓶中伺服活塞以下的内瓶空间由于液体的减少形成真空空间,外界大气会经排气孔进入到内瓶中,从而迫使伺服活塞往下移,直到液体使用完全,伺服活塞下移到最底部。

Claims (7)

1.一种便携式乳膏瓶,包括内瓶和装在该内瓶顶部的喷头组件,内瓶底部设有充液机构,其特征在于,所述内瓶内设有与喷头组件相连接的吸管,该吸管延伸至内瓶内底部,内瓶内设有伺服活塞,该伺服活塞套装在吸管外壁并沿吸管外壁上下滑动,伺服活塞的外沿与内瓶的内壁动配合,内瓶上部开设有贯通该内瓶侧壁的排气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式乳膏瓶,其特征在于,所述内瓶底部装设有底座,充液机构装在该底座内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式乳膏瓶,其特征在于,所述充液机构包括充液活塞,该充液活塞内设有充液通道,充液活塞上部侧壁设有与充液通道相通的出液孔,充液活塞上套装有弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式乳膏瓶,其特征在于,所述充液活塞底部装设有下密封圈,下密封圈上开设有通孔,充液活塞的充液通道与该通孔相通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式乳膏瓶,其特征在于,所述底座内还设有上密封圈,该上密封圈开设有贯穿孔,充液活塞穿过该贯穿孔并且与该充液活塞外壁与上密封圈的贯穿孔内壁为动配合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的便携式乳膏瓶,其特征在于,所述底座内设有限位块,该限位块与上密封圈紧密接触安装,充液活塞上的弹簧一端抵顶着该充液活塞底部、另一端抵顶着限位块。
7.根据权利要求6所述的便携式乳膏瓶,其特征在于,所述底座底部还安装有尾盖。
