Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,通过增设适配的防护套,将连接器与电缆组件结合部位有效封闭起来,利用防护套两侧的防水圈结构,保护连接器不受酸碱性物质等水溶液的侵蚀破坏,结构简单,实用性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,属于密封装置领域。
背景技术
在移动通信基站或室内覆盖***中,不可缺少地需要使用连接器进行传输高频信号和功率。在用于移动通信基站的室外天馈***中,用于保护连接器使其不受酸碱性物质的水溶液的腐蚀的主要方法为用胶泥胶带缠绕连接器,但这种方法使用效果不佳,不能很好的保护连接器,导致连接器在使用过程中经常渗水,并对设备造成损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,通过适配的防护套将连接器与电缆组件结合部位有效封闭起来,保护连接器不受酸碱性物质等水溶液的侵蚀破坏,结构简单,实用性强。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,包括连接器和电缆组件,所述连接器的右端设有一连接杆,所述连接杆的左右两侧分别设有左螺纹端与右螺纹端,且所述左、右螺纹端的外径大于连接杆的外径;所述电缆组件的一端设有一与所述右螺纹端实现螺纹连接的连接头,电缆组件的另一端连接缆线。
还包括防护套,所述防护套为中空结构,且防护套的左右两侧内圈分别设有若干道左、右防水圈,所述左防水圈套接于连接杆上,所述右防水圈套接于缆线上,将实现配合的连接头与右螺纹端套接密封在所述防护套的空腔内。增设了防护套,保护连接器不受酸碱性物质的水溶液的腐蚀问题,防水圈有效与缆线、连接杆形成紧密配合,起到很好的防水效果,结构简单,价格便宜,具有很高的实用价值,可大范围推广使用。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:所述右防水圈的末端设有倒角。所述倒角端口外径大于连接头外径,有利于把防水橡胶套往配合连接器上推,方便安装。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:所述防护套表面设有防滑层,便于防护套的安装与拆卸。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:所述防护套为橡胶材质,弹性材质密封效果好。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构紧凑,加工安装方便,节约成本,密封配合效果好。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本实用新型的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细描述。
结合附图1与附图2,本实用新型提出了一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,包括连接器1和电缆组件2,所述连接器1的右端设有一连接杆5,所述连接杆5的左右两侧分别设有左螺纹端11与右螺纹端4,且所述左、右螺纹端的外径大于连接杆5的外径;所述电缆组件2的一端设有一与所述右螺纹端4实现螺纹连接的连接头9,电缆组件2的另一端连接缆线10。
还包括防护套3,所述防护套3为中空结构,且防护套3的左右两侧内圈分别设有若干道左、右防水圈,所述左防水圈6套接于连接杆5上,所述右防水圈12套接于缆线10上,将实现配合的连接头9与右螺纹端4套接密封在防护套3的所述空腔7内。
右防水圈12的外径比缆线10的外径略小,由于缆线10的结构是螺旋或波纹结构,缆线10的外皮凹凸不平,所以防护套右端设计的凸起的右防水圈12能与电缆外皮很紧密的配合,起到防水的效果,另一方面,左防水圈6的外径比连接头9的外径略小,能与连接杆5紧密配合,使防水橡胶套在自然的状态下也不易脱落,能正常防水。套上防护套3后,防护套3在连接杆5处向内倾斜,进一步起到防水作用。所述右防水圈12的末端设有倒角8,所述倒角8端口外径大于连接头9外径,有利于把防水橡胶套往配合连接器上推,方便安装。
所述防护套3表面设有防滑层,增大摩擦,防护套的安装与拆卸;所述防护套3为橡胶材质,密封效果好。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施方式,本实用新型的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本实用新型所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,包括连接器(1)和电缆组件(2),其特征在于:所述连接器(1)的右端设有一连接杆(5),所述连接杆(5)的左右两侧分别设有左螺纹端(11)与右螺纹端(4),且所述左、右螺纹端的外径大于连接杆(5)的外径;所述电缆组件(2)的一端设有一与所述右螺纹端(4)实现螺纹连接的连接头(9),电缆组件(2)的另一端连接缆线(10);还包括防护套(3),所述防护套(3)为中空结构,且防护套(3)的左右两侧内圈分别设有若干道左、右防水圈,所述左防水圈(6)套接于连接杆(5)上,所述右防水圈(12)套接于缆线(10)上,将实现配合的连接头(9)与右螺纹端(4)套接密封在所述防护套(3)的空腔(7)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,其特征在于:所述右防水圈(12)的末端设有倒角(8),所述倒角(8)端口外径大于连接头(9)外径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,其特征在于:所述防护套(3)表面设有防滑层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆组件与连接器的防水装置,其特征在于:所述防护套(3)为橡胶材质。
