Abstract
一种集成式LED照明模块,包括圆形基板、设置在所述圆形基板上的LED灯、设置在所述圆形基板上的整流单元以及与所述整流单元电性连接的恒流芯片,所述LED灯为高压LED灯,所述恒流芯片为CYT3000A型恒流芯片,所述整流单元为MB6S桥式整流器。所述高压LED灯为多个且沿所述圆形基板的边缘均匀分布。在所述圆形基板的圆心处还设置有定位孔,所述照明模块还包括设置在所述圆形基板上的过热保护单元。这种结构的集成式LED照明模块结构简单且体积较小,能够适用在各种照明场合。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明模块,特别是涉及一种集成式LED照明模块。
背景技术
在电子学领域里,LED驱动电路(LED circuit,又译发光二极管电路),为发光二极管灯具的核心器件,是一个用来使发光二极管(LED)发亮的电路。随着全球倡导绿色照明以及节能的迫切需求。越来越多的照明产品进入到发光二极管光源的时代。而作为发光二极管灯具的核心器件,LED照明模块扮演着越来越重要的角色。LED照明模块驱动LED工作时,其最终目的都是要控制流经LED的电流以达到或贴近原有设计要求的数值,并使其稳定而不受或减少被电源电压、温度、顺向偏压差异等因素影响,从而得到所需光度、防止LED寿命减短或被损坏。LED工作于直流电,其顺向偏压与电流成指数关系,因此极细小的电压变化也会使其电流、光度有很大变化,严重的更会因为功耗过高而永久损坏。目前的直流驱动式LED照明模块需要先将交流市电通过变压***转换成为直流电然后再驱动LED工作,这种驱动方式需要的部件较多且、结构复杂且本身的体积较大。现在亟需要一种部件较少、结构简单且本身体积较小的LED照明模块。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种部件较少、结构简单且本身体积较小的集成式LED照明模块。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种集成式LED照明模块,包括圆形基板和设置在所述圆形基板上的LED灯,其关键是:还包括设置在所述圆形基板上的整流单元以及与所述整流单元电性连接的恒流芯片,所述LED灯为高压LED灯。
作为本实用新型的改进一,还包括设置在所述圆形基板上的过热保护单元。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进,所述高压LED灯的个数为14个。
作为本实用新型的改进二,所述恒流芯片为CYT3000A型恒流芯片,所述整流单元为MB6S桥式整流器。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进,所述高压LED灯为多个且沿所述圆形基板的边缘均匀分布。
作为本实用新型再进一步的改进,在所述圆形基板的圆心处还设置有定位孔。
作为本实用新型更进一步的改进,还包括设置在所述定位孔两侧的安装固定孔,所述安装固定孔为长圆形孔。
通过实施本实用新型可取得以下有益效果:
一种集成式LED照明模块,包括圆形基板和设置在所述圆形基板上的LED灯,还包括设置在所述圆形基板上的整流单元以及与所述整流单元电性连接的恒流芯片,所述LED灯为高压LED灯。这种集成式LED照明模块可以直接接交流市电,交流市电先经过整流单元整流然后再经过恒流芯片分时恒流输出就可以直接驱动所述高压LED灯,这大大精简了LED照明模块的结构,使得其自身的体积较小,这样方便将其应用在对体积大小有限制的照明场合,大大拓展了LED照明模块的应用范围和领域。所述恒流芯片为CYT3000A型恒流芯片,所述整流单元为MB6S桥式整流器,应用所述的恒流芯片和桥式整流器保证了LED照明模块有较高的光照效率和较长的使用寿命。所述高压LED灯的个数为14个且沿所述圆形基板的边缘均匀分布,LED灯的这种分布方式保证了其能够很好的散热从而杜绝温度过高而对LED灯造成的不良影响。所述LED照明模块还包括设置在所述圆形基板上的过热保护单元,过热保护单元能够杜绝元器件因高温而损坏。在所述圆形基板的圆心处还设置有定位孔,在所述定位孔的两侧还设置有安装固定孔,所述安装固定孔为长圆形孔,这种结构方便将所述LED照明模块灵活地与灯具的其他部分安装连接。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种集成式LED照明模块,包括圆形基板11,还包括设置在所述圆形基板11上的LED灯12、过热保护单元15、整流单元13以及与所述整流单元13电性连接的恒流芯片17。所述LED灯12为高压LED灯,所述高压LED灯的个数为14个且沿所述圆形基板11的边缘均匀分布,所述恒流芯片17为CYT3000A型恒流芯片,所述整流单元13为MB6S桥式整流器。在所述圆形基板11的圆心处还设置有定位孔14,在所述定位孔14的两侧设置有安装固定孔16,所述安装固定孔16为长圆形孔。
必须指出,上述实施例只是对本实用新型做出的一些非限定性举例说明。但本领域的技术人员会理解,在没有偏离本实用新型的宗旨和范围下,可以对本实用新型做出修改、替换和变更,这些修改、替换和变更仍属本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种集成式LED照明模块,包括圆形基板(11)和设置在所述圆形基板(11)上的LED灯(12),其特征是:还包括设置在所述圆形基板(11)上的整流单元(13)以及与所述整流单元(13)电性连接的恒流芯片(17),所述LED灯(12)为高压LED灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:所述恒流芯片(17)为CYT3000A型恒流芯片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:所述整流单元(13)为MB6S桥式整流器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:所述高压LED灯为多个且沿所述圆形基板(11)的边缘排列。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:所述高压LED灯沿所述圆形基板(11)的边缘均匀分布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:在所述圆形基板(11)的圆心处还设置有定位孔(14)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:还包括设置在所述定位孔(14)两侧的安装固定孔(16)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:所述安装固定孔(16)为长圆形孔。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任何一项所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:还包括设置在所述圆形基板(11)上的过热保护单元(15)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种集成式LED照明模块,其特征是:所述高压LED灯的个数为14个。
