本实用新型公开了一种节能的LED灯具。它包括市电输入模块、EMC输入滤波模块、一次整流模块、PFC矫正模块、二次滤波模块、恒流模块、输出滤波续流模块和LED负载模块;其特征在于:所述EMC输入滤波模块的输入电感处设有感应线圈,感应线圈的一端与恒流模块中恒流控制芯片的电源端相连,感应线圈的另一端与恒流控制芯片的接地端相连。本实用新型可以有效地防止恒流控制芯片发热,避免电能的浪费,有效地节约能耗,并提高芯片的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具,特别涉及一种具有节能功能的LED灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(Lighting Emitting Diode,LED)由于省电、安全、寿命长等优点,越来越多地被用于各种照明设备,其中就包括LED日光灯。现有的LED日光灯的驱动电源电路一般包括市电输入模块、EMC输入滤波模块、一次整流模块、PFC矫正模块、二次滤波模块、恒流模块、输出滤波模块和LED负载模块等几个模块。其中,恒流模块的主要核心构件为一恒流控制芯片(即IC电路),目前该集成电路的电源输入方式,普遍是从整流模块经导线引至集成电路的电源端,给恒流控制芯片供电。然而,现有的恒流控制芯片的供电方式容易造成集成电路发热,不仅使电能转化成热能浪费掉,而且会影响恒流控制芯片的寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种节能的LED灯具。本实用新型可以有效地防止恒流控制芯片发热,避免电能的浪费,有效地节约能耗,并提高芯片的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种节能的LED灯具,包括市电输入模块、EMC输入滤波模块、一次整流模块、PFC矫正模块、二次滤波模块、恒流模块、输出滤波续流模块和LED负载模块;所述EMC输入滤波模块的输入电感处设有感应线圈,感应线圈的一端与恒流模块中恒流控制芯片的电源端相连,感应线圈的另一端与恒流控制芯片的接地端相连。
优选地,上述的节能的LED灯具中,所述的恒流控制芯片是型号为BP2808B的恒流控制芯片。
优选地,前述的节能的LED灯具中,所述的LED灯具是LED日光灯,LED球泡灯或LED横插灯。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在EMC输入滤波模块的输入电感处设置感应线圈,感应线圈的一端与恒流控制芯片的电源端相连,另一端与恒流控制芯片的接地端相连,通过输入电感与感应线圈产生的感应电流给恒流控制芯片供电。与现有的恒流控制芯片的供电方式相比,本实用新型可以有效地防止恒流控制芯片发热,避免电能的浪费,有效地节约能耗,并提高芯片的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本实用新型的限制。
本实用新型的实施例。一种节能的LED灯具,特别是一种LED日光灯,具体电路图如附图1所示,包括市电输入模块1、EMC输入滤波模块2、一次整流模块3、PFC矫正模块4、二次滤波模块5、恒流模块6、输出滤波续流模块7和LED负载模块8;所述EMC输入滤波模块的输入电感处设有感应线圈9,感应线圈9的一端与恒流模块6中恒流控制芯片10的电源端相连(即附图中芯片标注为2的针脚处),感应线圈9的另一端与恒流控制芯片10的接地端相连。作为优选,所述的恒流控制芯片是型号为深圳市诚芯源电子有限公司生产的型号为BP2808B的恒流控制芯片,该芯片经申请人试验使用效果更好。进一步地,所述的LED灯具除了LED日光灯还可以是LED球泡灯或LED横插灯。

1.一种节能的LED灯具,包括市电输入模块、EMC输入滤波模块、一次整流模块、PFC矫正模块、二次滤波模块、恒流模块、输出滤波模块和LED负载模块;其特征在于:所述EMC输入滤波模块的输入电感处设有感应线圈,感应线圈的一端与恒流模块中恒流控制芯片的电源端相连,感应线圈的另一端与恒流控制芯片的接地端相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述的恒流控制芯片是型号为BP2808B的恒流控制芯片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述的LED灯具是LED日光灯,LED球泡灯或LED横插灯。
