Abstract

一种低功率型ACLED光源,其特征在于,交流电源经一组二极管桥式电路整流后,接入具有恒流稳压功能的恒流二极管,再连接LED光源。这一改进设计,因光源工作稳定,安全可靠,生产成本低廉,极易制作小功率灯具作为民用光源。如需增大光源功率,可采用并联方式,加以扩展,制作极为简易。

一种低功率型ACLED光源
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种LED光源,尤其是一种低功率型ACLED光源。
背景技术  目前,见诸于文献的不用电源转换装置(驱动器)的交流LED,为一种将交流电整流后,向LED供电的技术方案,且为了防止大电流冲击,在电路中加装限流电阻和热敏电阻。这种设计,实用证明:不仅不能有效地保护LED安全稳定运行,且因器件热损耗大,光源***长时间处于高温(大于60℃)状态下工作,影响使用寿命。
发明内容  有鉴于此,本设计提出的改进方案为:交流电源经一组二极管桥式电路整流后,接入具有恒流稳压功能的恒流二极管,再连接LED光源。这一改进设计,实际使用证明,不仅能更加有效地保护LED稳定工作,且因基本不产生过大热损耗,使***处于低温40℃状态下,作长时间安全运行,整个光源***既省电,发光效率提高,又大大延缓了半衰期,有效地增加了光源的使用寿命。这一改进设计,因光源工作稳定,安全可靠,生产成本低廉,极易制作小功率灯具作为民用光源。如需增大光源功率,可采用并联方式,加以扩展,制作极为简易。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,以具体实施例对本实用新型作详述:
如图1所示,4只硅整流二极管1N4007组成的D1-D4桥式整流器输出的电能,经由恒流管D5向90粒LED集成的光源组件,提供恒流稳压。
此实施方案,工作电流为18-20MA,有功功率因数为0.88,可做3W球泡等小型灯具。
如图2所示,两组并联运行的扩展型ACLED光源,每组各含90粒LED晶粒,各接入恒流二极管D6、D7,每组输出功率3W,可制作6W球泡灯。
