Abstract
一种用于塑料挤压成形组合设备的冷却套管,所述冷却套管包括内套管、外套管和挡圈,外套管套装在内套管上,一端与内套管的端部法兰密封连接,挡圈安装在内外套管的另一端,密封固定,内外套管之间形成密封空腔,外套管上径向设置进水口和出水口,分别安装进水阀和出水阀。本实用新型冷却套管结构简单,安装在塑料挤压成形组合设备的挤出模具出料端与定型机之间,可使最后成形的塑料管件制品外观光亮,材质紧密,强度好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷却套管,尤其是一种用于塑料挤压成形设备的冷却套管。
背景技术
塑料制品的挤出法成型是塑料加工中一种较为简单的成型工艺,该工艺的方法是把粉状或粒状的塑料树脂原料加入挤出机的料筒内,在螺杆旋转、推动下,将原料在高温、高压条件中熔融塑化,然后连续转动的螺杆将熔融料再推入机头模具,从机头模具中挤出成型为塑料制品,再经定型和切割制成所需规格的产品,挤出成型设备一般包括挤出机及附属的定型机和切割机,组合形式有多种,使塑料制品挤出成形加工连续自动完成。其中一种塑料挤出成形设备包括有挤出机、真空定型机和切割机,但从实际生产中发现,该塑料挤出成形设备成型的塑料管件外观质量及密度存在不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,为解决上述问题,提供一种用于塑料挤压成形设备的冷却套管,改善成型的塑料管件外观质量及密度。
所述冷却套管包括内套管、外套管和挡圈,外套管套装在内套管上,一端与内套管的端部法兰密封连接,挡圈安装在内外套管的另一端,密封固定,内外套管之间形成密封空腔,外套管上径向设置进水口和出水口,分别安装进水阀和出水阀。
外套管与内套管端部法兰之间装设橡胶密封圈。
内套管材料为碳素45号钢,表面镀铬。
本实用新型冷却套管安装在塑料挤压成形组合设备的挤出模具管件推出端与定型机之间,可使最后成形的塑料管件制品外观光亮,材质紧密,强度好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明:
如图1所示,所述冷却套管包括内套管4、外套1管和挡圈5,内套管4一端带有法兰,外套管1套装在内套管4上,一端与内套管的端部法兰通过紧固件密封连接,连接时外套管与内套管端部法兰之间装设橡胶密封圈6,挡圈5置于内外套管的另一端,通过与外套管端部的焊接密封固定,使内外套管之间形成密封水腔,外套管上径向设置进水口和出水口,分别安装进水阀2和出水阀7。内套管材料选用碳素45号,表面镀铬。
安装于在塑料挤压成形组合设备的挤出模具出料端与定型机之间后,进出水阀通过水管与水源相连。

1. 一种用于塑料挤压成形组合设备的冷却套管,其特征在于:所述冷却套管包括内套管(4)、外套管(1)和挡圈(5),外套管(1)套装在内套管(4)上,一端与内套管(4)的端部法兰密封连接,挡圈(5)安装在内外套管的另一端,密封固定,内外套管之间形成密封空腔(3),外套管上径向设置进水口和出水口,分别安装进水阀(2)和出水阀(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述用于塑料挤压成形组合设备的冷却套管,其特征在于:外套管(1)与内套管(4)端部法兰之间装设橡胶密封圈(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述用于塑料挤压成形组合设备的冷却套管,内套管(4)材料为碳素45号,表面镀铬。
