Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种压裂混砂装置,用于混配压裂液,其包括固液混配装置,所述固液混配装置为压力容器,其包括:能够将所述压裂液的固体颗粒导入的固体导入口;导入所述压裂液的基液的基液导入口;容纳所述固体颗粒和所述基液的混配内腔;导出混配而成的所述压裂液的固液导出口。本实用新型提供的压裂混砂装置,其能够将在常温下呈气态的二氧化碳或石油气等物质通过高压使其保持为液体状态,进而与固体颗粒混合形成压裂液,实现了制备以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的目的。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及采油/气设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种压裂混砂装置。
背景技术
油、气井在试油或生产过程中,由于近井地带有污染(钻井、固井、洗压井过程都会造成污染)或地层原始渗透率低的原因会造成油、气井的产量较低,而此问题可以通过压裂技术来解决。
压裂技术是指采油或采气过程中,利用液体压力作用,使油、气的储层形成裂缝的一种方法,其具体操作是采用高压大排量的泵,利用液体传压的原理,将具有一定粘度的液体(即压裂液),以大于储层的吸收能力的压力向储层注入,并使井筒内压力逐渐升高,从而在井底憋起高压,当此压力大于井壁附近的地应力和地层岩石的抗张强度时,便在井底附近地层产生裂缝,继续注入压裂液,裂缝向前延伸并填以压裂液,关井后压裂液存在于裂缝中,从而在井底附近地层内形成具有一定几何尺寸和高导流能力的填砂裂缝,使井达到增产增注的目的。其中,压裂液由作为溶剂的液体(一般称为基液)和作为溶质的固体颗粒(如石英砂等)混配而成。
目前,传统的压裂工艺中普遍采用水基或者油基的压裂液对油层或者气层进行压裂,但是使用水基或者油基的压裂液进行压裂操作存在着一定的缺陷:首先,水基或者油基的压裂液在降解以后,会对储层造成伤害,尤其是降解产生的杂质会对储层裂缝周围的毛细孔造成伤害。其次,压裂完成后,水基或者油基的压裂液反排时间长,而且反排效果很难预测,影响油、气田的正常开采。为了避免上述问题的出现,人们采用了液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为压裂液的基液,但是,二氧化碳或石油气(丙烷)只能在一定压力下呈液体状态存在,而现有的适用于水基或者油基压裂液的混砂装置(用于混配固、液原料使其成为压裂液)因为无需使压裂液存在于高压环境中,所以其容纳空间均为开放式设计,并不适用于以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的制备。
因此,如何提供一种用于制备以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的压裂混砂装置,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种压裂混砂装置,其能够适用于以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的制备。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种压裂混砂装置,用于混配压裂液,其包括固液混配装置,所述固液混配装置为压力容器,其包括:
能够将所述压裂液的固体颗粒导入的固体导入口;
导入所述压裂液的基液的基液导入口;
容纳所述固体颗粒和所述基液的混配内腔;
导出混配而成的所述压裂液的固液导出口。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,还包括用于容纳所述压裂液的固体颗粒的密闭存储装置,且所述存储装置和所述固液混配装置设置于底盘车上。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,还包括设置在所述底盘车上能够改变所述存储装置放置状态的翻转装置,所述翻转装置能够使所述存储装置以其轴线处于水平方向和竖直方向的状态设置在所述底盘车上。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,在所述存储装置以其轴线处于竖直方向的状态设置时,所述固液混配装置设置在所述存储装置的底部,且所述存储装置通过设置在其底部的支撑装置与地面接触。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,所述固液混配装置设置在所述支撑装置上。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,还包括设置在所述支撑装置上与所述混配内腔连通的液体添加装置。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,所述底盘车上设置有驱动所述固液混配装置、所述翻转装置和所述液体添加装置工作的液压驱动装置。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,所述存储装置为压力罐。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,所述翻转装置包括多个双级液压缸。
优选的,上述压裂混砂装置中,所述支撑装置包括多个在所述液压驱动装置的驱动下工作的液压支撑杆。
本实用新型提供的压裂混砂装置中,其在工作时,对固液混配装置的混配内腔施加压力,固体颗粒从固体导入口进入到固液混配装置中,由于固液混配装置为压力容器,其混配内腔为高压环境,基液通过基液导入口进入到固液混配装置内部后,在高压作用下依旧能够保持为液体状态,使其成为压裂液的基液,固体颗粒和基液在混配内腔中混配成压裂液后从固液导出口导出。本实用新型提供的压裂混砂装置,其能够将在常温下呈气态的二氧化碳或石油气等物质通过高压使其保持为液体状态,进而与固体颗粒混合形成压裂液,实现了制备以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的目的。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种压裂混砂装置,其能够适用于以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的制备。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供的压裂混砂装置,用于混配压裂液,例如以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液,其包括:固液混配装置6,该固液混配装置6为耐低温的压力容器,其包括:
与存储装置3连通以将存储装置3内的固体颗粒(如砂子)导入的固体导入口;
导入压裂液的基液的基液导入口,;
容纳固体颗粒和基液的混配内腔;
导出混配而成的压裂液的固液导出口。
本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置中,其在工作时,对固液混配装置6的混配内腔施加压力,固体颗粒从固体导入口进入到固液混配装置6中,由于固液混配装置6为压力容器,其混配内腔为高压环境,基液通过基液导入口进入到固液混配装置6的混配内腔后,在高压作用下依然能够保持为液体状态,使其成为压裂液的基液,固体颗粒和基液在混配内腔中混配成压裂液后从固液导出口导出。
本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置,其能够将在常温下呈气态的二氧化碳或石油气等物质通过高压使其保持为液体状态,进而与固体颗粒混合形成压裂液,实现了制备以液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)作为基液的压裂液的目的。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置中,还包括用于容纳压裂液的固体颗粒的密闭存储装置3,且存储装置3和固液混配装置6设置于作为安置装置的底盘车1上,如图1所示。在现有技术中,混砂装置均为开放式设计,其进行的混配操作是在常压环境中进行的,而本实施例提供的存储装置3优选为密闭存储装置3,其能够与固液混配装置6导通,进而共同形成一个封闭空间,并使此封闭空间中的压力大于外界大气压,进而使得固体颗粒能够更加方便的随时进入到固液混配装置6中,而无需担心固体颗粒在进入固液混配装置6的过程中对固液混配装置6的混配内腔的压力造成影响,进而使压裂液的混配工作能够连续进行。当然,本实施例提供的存储装置3也可以为非密闭存储装置3,固体颗粒在固液混配装置6工作前进入到固液混配装置6中,然后固液混配装置6在密封状态下进行工作。
将存储装置3和固液混配装置6设置在底盘车1上,有利于本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置的运输移动,提高了其工作灵活性,可以很方便的在不同施工场地之间进行运输。
优选的,本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置中,还包括设置在底盘车1上能够改变存储装置3放置状态的翻转装置4,翻转装置4能够使存储装置3以其轴线处于水平方向和竖直方向的两种状态设置在底盘车1上,并且,在存储装置3以其轴线处于竖直方向的状态设置时,固液混配装置6设置在存储装置3的底部,且存储装置3通过设置在其底部的支撑装置5与地面接触,如图2所示。为了降低能耗,并使得本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置的工作更加便捷顺畅,本实施例优选在存储装置3进行工作时,使其处于轴线沿竖直方向设置的状态进行工作,此状态中,固液混配装置6位于存储装置3的底部,这样存储装置3中的固体颗粒就可以通过自身的重力进入到固液混配装置6中,无需再设置动力装置。但是,如果存储装置3始终使其轴线沿竖直方向设置,则由于存储装置3自身的尺寸问题而影响其运输,所以为了便于运输,在底盘车1上设置了翻转装置4以将存储装置3轴线沿竖直方向设置的工作状态翻转为轴线沿水平方向设置的运输状态。
当存储装置3处于轴线沿竖直方向设置的状态进行工作时,为了减小底盘车1的工作负荷,优选存储装置3通过支撑装置5将其支撑在地面上。具体的,固液混配装置6设置在支撑装置5上,如图1和图2所示。
本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置中,还包括设置在支撑装置5上与固液混配装置6的混配内腔连通的液体添加装置7,如图1和图2所示。在压裂液混配的过程中,如果需要在压裂液中添加添加剂,则使液体添加装置7进行工作,进而通过液体添加装置7将添加剂导入到固液混配装置6的混配内腔中,并与压裂液混合。
具体的,固液混配装置6、翻转装置4和液体添加装置7通过设置在底盘车1驾驶室后方的液压驱动装置2提供动力以进行工作,如图1和图2所示。
优选的,存储装置3为压力罐,为低温压力容器。其在工作时能够与固液混配装置6连通形成一个密封空间,并可承受一定的低温和压力要求,能够满足液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)的存在要求。
进一步的,翻转装置4包括多个双级液压缸,支撑装置5包括多个在液压驱动装置2的驱动下工作的液压支撑杆,如图1和图2所示。
本实施例提供的压裂混砂装置,在具体使用时,首先通过翻转装置4将压力罐翻转直立起来,然后将固液混配装置6的基液导入口与上游的液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)存储设备连接,将固液混配装置6的固液导出口与下游的压裂泵送设备连接,这样就能够通过固液混配装置6的三个接口将上游的液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)存储设备、压力罐,下游的压裂泵送设备形成一个连通的密闭空间,作业之前,首先在压力罐内加入作业要求的砂子,加砂完毕后,将上述密闭空间加压并预冷,也可以通过向密闭空间内充装少量的液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)的方式将压力罐内的温度和压力调整到能够维持二氧化碳或石油气(丙烷)呈液体的状态,然后开始混配操作。在混配过程中,液态二氧化碳或液化石油气(丙烷)与压力罐内的砂子在固液混配装置6中一边混合一边排出,进入到下游的压裂泵送设备。在此混配过程中,如果需要添加添加剂,则通过液体添加装置7将添加剂添加到压裂液中。

Claims (10)
1.一种压裂混砂装置,用于混配压裂液,其特征在于,包括固液混配装置(6),所述固液混配装置(6)为压力容器,其包括:
能够将所述压裂液的固体颗粒导入的固体导入口;
导入所述压裂液的基液的基液导入口;
容纳所述固体颗粒和所述基液的混配内腔;
导出混配而成的所述压裂液的固液导出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,还包括用于容纳所述固体颗粒的密闭存储装置(3),且所述存储装置(3)和所述固液混配装置(6)设置于底盘车(1)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述底盘车(1)上能够改变所述存储装置(3)放置状态的翻转装置(4),所述翻转装置(4)能够使所述存储装置(3)以其轴线处于水平方向和竖直方向的状态设置在所述底盘车(1)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,在所述存储装置(3)以其轴线处于竖直方向的状态设置时,所述固液混配装置(6)设置在所述存储装置(3)的底部,且所述存储装置(3)通过设置在其底部的支撑装置(5)与地面接触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,所述固液混配装置(6)设置在所述支撑装置(5)上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述支撑装置(5)上与所述混配内腔连通的液体添加装置(7)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,所述底盘车(1)上设置有驱动所述固液混配装置(6)、所述翻转装置(4)和所述液体添加装置(7)工作的液压驱动装置(2)。
8.根据权利要求2所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,所述存储装置(3)为压力罐。
9.根据权利要求3所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,所述翻转装置(4)包括多个双级液压缸。
10.根据权利要求7所述的压裂混砂装置,其特征在于,所述支撑装置(5)包括多个在所述液压驱动装置(2)的驱动下工作的液压支撑杆。
