技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种成型铣刀,具体涉及一种加工平面螺纹(梳齿纹)的圆柱形错齿成型铣刀。
背景技术:
平面螺纹的加工目前常采用成型铣刀铣削,通常的成型铣刀螺纹牙型齿槽浅,刀具的齿背具有一定的后角,当刀具经几次重磨后,牙型齿全高即不能满足要求,导致刀具报废。中国专利CN201049407Y,专利名称螺旋槽错齿梳齿铣刀,专利号200720101023.7公开了一种成型铣刀,包括刀体,刀体上设有若干组刀具,每组刀具上分布有若干齿形,相邻两组刀具之间形成容屑槽,容屑槽在刀体上呈螺旋状分布,任意相邻两组刀具上的齿形呈交错排列,每组刀具上相邻齿形间的齿距为工件齿距的两倍。该专利的不足之处为容屑槽为螺旋槽,螺旋角为30°,理论上刀具牙型角两侧角度不等于零件牙型角,使牙型角两侧角度产生较大的误差,需修正牙型角两侧角度,给刀具制造带来困难。
发明内容:
本实用新型通过提供一种容屑槽为直槽的成型铣刀,解决了目前刀具牙型角两侧角度易产生较大误差的问题。
本实用新型是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种圆柱形直槽错齿成型铣刀,包括刀体,刀体上设有若干组刀具,每组刀具上分布有若干齿形,相邻两组刀具之间形成容屑槽,任意相邻两组刀具上的齿形呈交错排列,每组刀具上相邻齿形间的齿距为工件齿距的两倍,容屑槽为直槽,刀具牙型角两侧角度等于零件牙型角。
本实用新型刀具易于制造,显著提高刀具牙型有效高度,当切削刃磨损,刀具数次重磨时,有效保证牙型高度,显著提高刀具耐用度,提高刀具整体寿命。

具体实施方式:
如图1-4所示,本实用新型的技术方案是一种圆柱形直槽错齿螺纹(梳齿纹)成型铣刀,由高速钢制造。包括刀体1,刀体上设有若干组刀具2,每组刀具2上分布有若干齿形3,相邻两组刀具2之间形成容屑槽5,任意相邻两组刀具2上的齿形3呈交错排列,每组刀具2上相邻齿形间的齿距为工件齿距的两倍,容屑槽5为直槽,刀具牙型角4两侧角度等于零件牙型角。
实施例1
传统成型铣刀切削刃的螺纹牙型螺距t=1.5时,齿全高H=0.93,本实用新型刀具前后相邻的切削刃螺纹牙型采取错齿结构,即前后排切削刃的螺距轴向错齿偏移e=1.5,刀具前后切削刃齿形结构呈现交错错齿结构。
刀具容屑槽5采用直槽结构,牙型角4两侧角度为理论值30°,此时本实用新型刀具切削刃螺纹牙型结构为螺距t=3,经计算齿全高可达H=2.12,避免了因螺旋槽造成的牙型两侧角度误差或修正。该结构使刀具易于制造,易于保证刀具设计精度。
该刀具主要结构尺寸为外径φ90,定位孔φ32,长度125,容屑槽数Z=14,前角γ=0~5°,后角铲背K1=3,K2=4.5。
该刀具适于加工零件螺距t=1.5,牙型角为60°的平面螺纹(梳齿纹)。
实施例2
当牙型角4两侧角度为理论值45°,此时本实用新型刀具切削刃螺纹牙型结构为螺距t=3,经计算齿全高可达H=2.82,该刀具适于加工零件螺距t=1.5,牙型角为90°(梳齿纹)。
