Abstract

本实用新型提供一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,改进之处在于随着纵、横筋条与极耳距离的由小到大,纵、横筋条间距分别由大到小,并且靠近极耳的纵筋条的同一根截面积由大到小。本实用新型通过筋条的合理排布,制成极板后,适应电流走向,使活性物质化成均匀,提高活性物质利用率,延长极板使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种适用于铅酸蓄电池的板栅,属于铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
板栅是铅蓄电池的重要组成部分,起到支撑活性物质、充当活性物质的载体、传导电流的作用,使电流均匀分布在活性物质上。板栅结构主要包括边框、极耳、横筋条和纵筋条。目前现有的板栅结构中,横纵筋条都采用均匀排布方式。实际证明,该方式容易造成极板内部活性物质化成不均匀,一般靠近极耳部位的活性物质中Pb02含量能达到70%~80%,而远离极耳部位的活性物质中Pb02含量仅能达50~70%。长期使用,极板各部位的活性物质因不同的利用率而使极板失效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有板栅的不足之处,提供一种能使极板内部活性物质化成均匀,提高极板使用性能和寿命的铅酸蓄电池板栅。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,由纵筋条、横筋条、边框和极耳构成,其改进之处是随着纵、横筋条与极耳距离的由小到大,纵、横筋条间距分别由大到小,并且靠近极耳的纵筋条的同一根截面积由大到小。
进一步方案是:随着纵、横筋条与极耳距离的增加,纵筋条间距由10~11mm减小至8~9mm,横筋条间距由13~14mm减小至9~10mm;靠近极耳的3~5根纵筋条的同一根宽度随着与极耳距离的加大,由2.5~4mm减小至1.5~2mm,厚度不变;与极耳相连的横边框靠近极耳处的宽度为4~5mm,远离极耳处的宽度为3~4mm。
本实用新型将板栅中纵、横筋条由现有的均匀排布的结构改变为间距和截面合理变化的结构,适应电流走向,使极板内活性物质化成均匀,提高活性物质利用率,延长极板寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
图1所示的板栅用于制作12V铅酸蓄电池,图中所示尺寸为纵筋条间距、横筋条间距,纵筋条宽度以及与极耳相连的横边框宽度变化范围。
本实施例中,随着纵筋条A与极耳C的距离由小到大,纵筋条间距由10mm减小至8mm,随着横筋条B与极耳C的距离由小到大,横筋条间距由13mm减小至9mm;靠近极耳的三根纵筋条随着与极耳距离的由小到大,每一根的由3mm减小至1.5mm,而厚度不变,其余八根纵筋条宽度与厚度均不变;与极耳相连的横边框D靠近极耳处的宽度为4mm,远离极耳处的宽度为3mm,厚度不变;所有横筋条与其余三条边框宽度与厚度均不变。
将该板栅制成极板并化成后,取不同部位单格的活性物质进行Pb02含量检测,图2中1~15代表15个检测部位,检测结果(质量百分比)如下:

根据极板不同部位取样的Pb02含量检测情况,可以明显看出,各部位Pb02分布均匀,上下含量不超过2个百分点,有效解决了现有板栅因内部筋条排布不合理造成的活性物质不均匀问题。

Claims (4)

1.一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,由纵筋条、横筋条、边框和极耳构成,其特征是随着纵、横筋条与极耳距离的由小到大,纵、横筋条间距分别由大到小,并且靠近极耳的纵筋条的同一根截面积由大到小。
2.按权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征是随着纵、横筋条与极耳距离的增加,纵筋条间距由10~11mm减小至8~9mm,横筋条间距由13~14mm减小至9~10mm。
3.按权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征是靠近极耳的3~5根纵筋条的同一根宽度随着与极耳距离的加大,由2.5~4mm减小至1.5~2mm,厚度不变。
4.按权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征是与极耳相连的横边框靠近极耳处的宽度为4~5mm,远离极耳处的宽度为3~4mm。
